I showed the girl a picture of the cut I wanted & she messed up my hair. Kim normally is who I see but she wasn’t available. Normally the cost would be about $20.00. This time I was charged $40.00. Now I will be spending more money to go to someone who can fix my hair. Unfortunately, I will have to have short hair in order to correct the damage. Will never go back!

Kim is an awesome stylist. I got the exact cut that I wanted, and it was at a great price. There was a man named Scott in front of me in line, and he got a wonderful haircut as well.

I’m sure it’s good just wish their hours were updated online, because they are not open.

The lady that cut my hair did a great job. In this current Covid world, she was the only person working. Luckily she was wrapping up with someone when I arrived and no one else in front of me, so I didnt wait long. While waiting, three more customers arrived. The place was clean. They had some seats taped off but the remaining seats were not 6 feet apart. Would have given 5 stars if not for that.

Alex and Maria used to do my hair there and they were great. Unfortunately, the people there the last couple of times I went in didn’t seem to care. Prepare to be underwhelmed.

Veteran discount is offered. COVID prevention practiced here so take your children. This place has true hairstylist, ask my wife! Absolutely enjoy this place.

Incorrect hours listed online caused me to show up too late to be seen. What really got me is that the girl working had prior knowledge of the discrepancy and the answer I got when I inquired about the online hours was we just havent fixed it yet. Of course it was no big deal to her, as shes not the one that made the trip up there for nothing or that had to push everything around the next day in order to find time for a haircut on yesterdays agenda.

Have been here a handful of times. They seem very concerned with the phone. One was making personal calls. Said oh I need to call and just stopped cutting and walked off. This past visit the lady was very rude and rough with my son. He said after we left we wont come back. He was right.

I was assaulted and scratched with the brush. Then burned with the flat iron. I still tipped. It was a farewell tip. I will not be back at Supercuts. There must be some place else to get a haircut.

Today was my second time coming here ! I was let down all the way I can understand not knowing my name but you should never forget faces ! You are a hair dresser you had one job ! Which really showed how unreal and genuine you are! Was not satisfied with my cut and still tipped, wont be back ! Thought I had a good thing going !

Went in for a basic haircut. It got cut in several different lengths. Im 60 years old and this cut ranks somewhere close to the worst haircut I have ever had. Wont go there again.
