Took my 2009 Subaru Tribeca to Donnies for valve cover gasket and rack and pinion. They were very professional and quoted me almost a thousand dollars less than my regular mechanic told me it would cost. The work was done within a good amount of time and my car ran so much better after the work was completed. I am very happy.

The experience I had with Donnies Foreign Car..Know the people are very friendly but they didnt fix my car the way they was suppose to they placed it would parts thats wasnt suppose to be fixed.I had it out for 2 weeks and had to take my car back for the same issues.

I took a vehicle to Donnies to address an issue. This issue was presented to me as fixed a few days later, at a bill of over $500. It was not, so I returned the car to Donnies a few days later. They kept it, and after a few days said they could not fix the issue. When I brought up the fact that I had paid for work to be done, they said that the car needed the work that they had completed (which is neither here nor there, as thats not the issue I requested to be fixed). So I picked up my car unrepaired, found another shop who located the issue and fixed it. It was about 30% of what Donnies charged me to not fix my issue. I would encourage you to continue your search on finding an honest and skilled shop, as Donnies is not it per my experience.

The owner is hands down the most knowledgeable person in our area to work on my Land Cruiser. Fantastic to deal with, great prices. They will always have my business.

Last week I got a call from my mother in law who is in her 80s. Her car had died on Markham just in front of Academy Sports. She was scared and could not get out of the car due to traffic and did not know what to do. I immediately called Donnies to explain the situation. Within minutes a handful of guys were at her side and had her car towed to the shop. By the time I arrived 30 minutes later, the problem was diagnosed (fuel pump) and she was calm. Very grateful for the guys at Donnies for having gone above and beyond.

Had some problems with my 94 Bronco and an oil leak. Took it in the first time and was told it was fixed. When driving home my engine started to smoke - I pulled over and there wasnt any coolant. Turns out the bottom hose wasnt connected; they mentioned it might have been from the lift. I took the car home and noticed the leak was still in the exact same spot so brought it back. About 2-months later (car still in shop) I get a call that its ready. At this point no one ever called to confirm what work was being done or how much it was going to cost. When entering the store I was told it would be around $4K (already about $1K into the project) and I notified them that I was never informed on what was being done or the cost involved and if I would have known it was that much, I could have just purchased a brand new engine. Because of this we split the difference but the oil leaks still remains to this day. I appreciate the help they tried to offer but based on results, I will not bring my car back to Donnies.

Donnie’s car service does an excellent job of repairing and servicing my Maserati. Uses only Maserati parts and Ferrari oil filters. Always does a fast job and they are very nice. Not standoffish at all.

Called Donnies on 2/14/2020 for a estimate. They couldnt give me a quote for a standard automatic transmission service. This is something VW recommends every 40000 miles. I was told none of my laborers have any idea about the time frame, so I got nothing to go off of. All other mechanics were able to provide an estimate immediately. This place was happy to get me off the phone when i said i will probably go with a shop that tells me the price in advance, just said okay and hung up on me. Glad I avoided them.

Priced lifting my truck with Donnie’s and a few others. They had the best price. Also, when talking to Forest, you could tell he knew what he was talking about. Dropped the truck off at 7:30 and picked it up at 5! They did a great job! Highly recommend these guys.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! They are reasonably priced and you dont have to be a car expert as theyve proven to be trust worthy time and again.We have brought several makes of car in over the years and have had the same excellent service every single time.We even purchased a vehicle through Donnie and have been very pleased with it.

I cannot believe how I was done by this company. Daniel the manager, Madison a m worker are not truthful..liars actually! Quoated me three different prices, higher. I had oil leaks repaired, paid 650..when I picked my vehicle up not a drop of oil was in the car! The manager Daniel said he wD there when I told the guy dont change the oil! How is that even logical? This place has gone down, standard lower than a snake belly on the ground for Certain people! Yes I said it! Im playing the card because they played games! VERY dissapointed. Please be aware of this company especially Madison and the manager Daniel. SAD situation

Theyve been my go-to service place since my first vehicle... a mustang. Then they replaced the engine on my volvo after I hit a pot hole. Then I got a BMW, they did my service on that! Then my 4runner. They are always so quick and helpful. They dont just do foreign cars... They can work on anything and do a great job! Thanks Donnie and team!

The most honest, reliable, expert auto repair service in the Little Rock Metro area. Donnie and his staff have serviced and maintained our foreign and domestic vehicles since 1998, saving us countless thousands of dollars over dealership repair depts., while adding the personal touch of an independent shop. After moving to Atlanta, GA, and having to use dealership and franchise shops like Firestone/Goodyear, there often seemed to be some new issue that would pop up shortly following service, or almost immediately. So when visiting friends/relatives in Little Rock, I now drive my vehicle and drop it off at Donnies for service and maintenance while Im there. I am never disappointed in their service, and am grateful for the trusted relationship that keeps me on the road.

I got an estimate that was much higher than a different shop. Told the guys I would have to tow it to the other place when I returned to town (few weeks). They said no problem. Picked up car and my stereo was missing. 2 - 12s and a 1000 watt amp. Battery was dead so they would have had to jump it to access trunk. No signs of forced entry. An employee stole my system. Hard to find honest people in this world. Especially when a mechanic has junkies working for him.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSEVERY disappointed! Take your car somewhere else!!!!!They did repair work on my car and didnt use certified parts and when they were done, the car was leaking oil because they didnt make the repair properly! I took the car back and requested they show me proof of part purchase (they refused) and to fix the leak. They claimed there was no leak (another mechanic verified it was STILL leaking oil). When I contacted the owner, he was dismissive and said they fixed the problem when they didnt. I paid over $700 and I was treated terribly by their customer service.I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I used them for years and I am horrified at my experience. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Truly terrible business!

Ive used Donnies before when I owned an Audi and had no complaints and only praise. Apparently, despite stating they service Hyundai on their website, they dont. Was informed my vehicle was older than their comfort range of age, and, they mainly work on European vehicles and wouldnt have the software etc to work on my vehicle.Honest they are, but they should make sure their website reflects their abilities -- Korean, too old, dont bother.

I picked up a gallon of genuine Mercedes-Benz coolant here at a reasonable price compared to other online and local distributors

Called about getting my newly acquired vehicle serviced here that the previous owner had taken to them for 15 plus years and was told no thanks on getting them to work on it. I briefly described what I thought was the issue (keep in mind it was my unprofessional diagnosis) and was willing to pay whatever I needed to get the work done and the guy that answered the phone did not seem too professional. Lame

I just picked up a car that was repaired by Donnies. First of all, they had the car checked out and repaired in 2 days !!!! I even told them, no rush. Second, the guys who work there were awesome ! They even gave me an option to do or not do a repair that they felt was unnecessary . That is just not heard of ! Thirdly, they came and picked me up so i would not have to get a cab. Finally, THE CAR RUNS GREAT !!! Thank you to Mike and Ryan and everyone I did not have the pleasure to meet. you guys ROCK !!!

I wouldnt recommend this shop to any friends, family, or enemies. Actually, based on my experience, none of my co-workers, friends, or family would ever think of taking their car(s) here.We originally took our Volvo to the dealership for a diagnosis. Every once in a while the power steering would go out during a turn, and we needed to know what other problems might be happening. After running their diagnosis they told us we needed to replace the power steering pump. The estimated bill was just over $2000.We decided to get a second opinion at Donnies.Upon receiving an estimate of our vehicle, we decided to go ahead with the $1100 repairs (much better than $2000+!). Our bill quickly skyrocketed to just over $1500. Our car is originally from MI, so there was some rust--nothing new to us. While repairing the power steering pump, though, they broke some rusted nuts and bolts. Nothing that hasnt happened before during mechanical work on our cars. Surprisingly, though, they expected us to pay for the $90 per hour labor while they nicely paid for the $30 parts. A week later--4 days longer than they had said they would have it--we picked our car up. 5 minutes down the road, I had to turn around due to strange noises and violent shaking--problems that did not exist before our visit to Donnies. The mechanic rolled his eyes at me when I described what happened while driving our Volvo. The shop manager requested he take our car for a test drive. After 15 minutes, though, he returned and admitted something was wrong with one of the wheel wells. We left the car with him again and the following day he called saying he couldnt find anything wrong and it was drivable. We were skeptical. A few days later I called to warn the shop manager we were bringing the Volvo back because there was something seriously wrong.Fast forward a week when my car broke down on the way to a very important doctors appointment. I was furious. I called Donnies and, after letting them know who was calling (they knew us well at this point), requested a tow. Based on our conversation, I assumed they were footing the tow bill. After all, they did tell us it was drivable. Wrong. Not only did they expect us to pay for the tow, but they called back the FOLLOWING day saying that the wheel bearing was being shoved into the wheel well and they couldnt determine whether that happened while they were working on it or not. Before all of the repairs, the only problem we had was the power steering would occasionally go out during a turn. Now we had a ball bearing being shoved into a wheel well and claims of other problems that werent there before. 5 days and $500 later, we finally got our car back. And it still drives like crap. Whether or not they fixed the ball bearing is up for debate, as well be taking it to the dealership and a third mechanic for a second (and third) opinions.Request work at your own risk. Expect a high bill. And expect mechanics to blame you for problems that didnt originally exist.

Ive had my Miata, BMW, and Lexus repaired at Donnies. They quickly identified the problems and repaired them to our satisfaction. They are honest and I never feel like I have to worry about repairs that are not needed. They are my go-to for auto repairs!

Donnie has serviced my BMW and my wifes Lexus for the past year and we a very satisfied with the work. I originally took the cars there because the dealerships quoted prices much too high and suggested work that Donnie said was unnecessary.

Hi All,I would like to advice any one wants his car get fixed in this place to change his mind and go to better place.they charged me $600 to change the battery of my bmw 5 series . They said the dealer would charge you more .i found out that the dealer just charge $200 for replacement . later on they asked a $700 + to change oil filter housing gasket . The dealer would charge much less .I will never go this place again .

I have always been treated in a friendly manner by folks who know what theyre talking about. The one time I had an issue after leaving, Donnie himself came as soon as I called to repair the wiring issue on the side of the road.
