This is one the most friendly and reliable an efficient business I have dealt with in a long time. I trust them to service all my family automotive needs. Having been a mechanic their turn around time is unbeatable. And they service their workmanship. The prices are very reasonable. Give them a chance and you will be a repeat customer. They have some of best Tire &Accessories prices in Little Rock.

I received great service on 4/29/21 a beautiful Thursday afternoon. Luckily I worked the morning shift that day so after work I went by Discount Tire and Brake, Inc. the grinding of my back brakes had me nervous. I arrive at 4:15pm and was ready to leave at 5:15pm. I felt the cost was fair $369.04. Lorenzo was very kind with great people’s skills. I observed how all the employees treated each customer with the upmost respect. I’ll definitely do business again with Discount Tire and Brake, Inc. located at 7325 Kanis Road, Little Rock Arkansas, 72204.

I originally purchased four 35” General tires from Discount Tire & Brake around December of 2020. I also had them mounted and balanced there. I made sure to ask at the time of purchasing the tires if the company had the ability to mount said tires without damage and was assured that they could. Unfortunately, when I got home I checked over my wheels and there was gouging into the aluminum of the wheel where the wheel clamps of the mounting machine dug into my wheels. This was not just chipped powder coat, but gouging of the metal of the wheels. I assumed that a mistake was made and the pieces to protect the wheels were negligently left off of the machine. I understand that mistakes happen so I just let it slide knowing I would never have tires mounted here going forward. I was not going to encourage my family that uses and recommended the company to me to stop using the company.However, during my first tire rotation, I heard something rolling inside one of my tires. Today, I went to the shop to give them the opportunity to fix this mistake and they found that one of my TPMS was broken during mounting and was loose in the tire. Another mistake, but it is forgivable if handled appropriately. I was originally told it would be $99, but I pushed back and they handled it. When my vehicle was being brought back to have the work done I inquired as to why the wheels were damaged when they were initially mounted. I iterated that I did not want any compensation for that issue. I just wanted to know if this was something that rarely happened, was typical for the company, or if the issue had been fixed. The employee I was speaking with said he would find out. They bring my vehicle out for me, never answering my question.Sure enough, I inspect the one wheel that was worked on and there was fresh damage, the same as last time. I showed the employee he did not initially seem to care. He wanted me gone. I iterated that I did not want compensation other than an answer as to why this is happening. I was told by the employee, I am paraphrasing here, “this is how 35” tires are mounted and that damage is normal.” This is a patently false statement, you do not have to damage a wheel to mount a 35” tire. I pushed back on that statement and was met with him offering me a “discount” on my next set of tires just to get me out of his hair and avoid taking responsibility for the damage and explaining why it occurred. I did not want compensation for the damage. I just wanted to bring the issue to the company’s attention, discover why it happened, and hopefully have the company resolve the problem before the next customer has their wheels damaged. Ultimately, I wanted to know if I should tell my family and friends to stop using the company. An arbitrary “discount” on tires from a company I no longer recommend doing business with does not reverse the damage on my wheels and it certainly does not prevent the next person from having theirs damaged. This was my experience. I hope I am an outlier because I feel like the company tried to walk over me, and I do not recommend them.

I went in for the first time for an oil change (the first one since I bought my car) and they called with some news no one (especially a woman) wants to hear. Additional work is needed. After a few frantic phone calls back and forth with Lorenzo, they agreed to let me keep the bad parts so I could take them to my salesman, because I believe this problem should have been taken care of before I bought the car. Im sure they wish I wouldnt come back after all that 😅, but I definitely will. For a first time (female) customer, they treated me right and were so helpful and honest. I’ve been coming here now for about 2 years. I love the excellent customer service I get EVERY single time.It doesn’t matter if I call or go in person the customer service has always been top notch.Being female I’m always nervous that I’ll be taken advantage of by some shady mechanics shop, but they have on at least one occasion told me that a service I requested was unnecessary at that time. I believe them to be fair and honest. Definitely going to keep bringing them my business.

The people are on the job.Know what they are doing, do it right.Fast and courteous. Not sure about the question about the prices - I bought the first two tires the first time I went there and the second pair a couple months later. Price went up a little. But I think I compared prices ahead of time and they had the best offer.And they were good about checking tire pressure for me and mounting an old tire onto my spare wheel and explaining things clearly.Good people. I wish them success.

I’ve been coming here for 11 years and have had 3 different cars. To this DAY they are still the best. Courteous, Friendly, and Quality work you can trust. They are clear and transparent about their prices and services, and they welcome and answer all your questions so you’re never confused about what’s going on.I’ve gotten tires, they’ve fixed my flats, and brakes done. They treat you like a neighbor, not a number.Prices are WAY better too. Environment is nice. And again I can’t stress enough about how awesome their customer service is!I’ll always vouch for and recommend this place to anyone. =).

This place is absolutely awesome! Everyone there is really nice & friendly & very informative! They new exactly what tires I needed even mount & balanced for free! They let me know that my low bushels (or something like that) were getting worn down!I got flat tire & rotation protection! Guaranteeing that if I need it to bring it in they fix it for no charge! Very fast & efficient! Laid back atmosphere! Highly recommend!!!

I cannot brag on these guys enough! They have helped me with brake pads, tires, oil changes, and tire repair. One time, another company wanted to charge me $900+ to fix a bunch of stuff they said I needed. Discount Tire & Brake fixed what actually needed fixing and saved me a ton of money. I can always trust them to do a good job and only fix what truly needs to be fixed. There are still good people in this world, and this business is one of the good ones! I will always give them my business.

Money Guzzlers. Did not fix everything. Over $700 spent and breaks still sound bad. I believe the job was purposely left unfinished so I would have to come in and spend more money. Unprofessional. I had my small 6 month old with me and he was patronizing me about the safety of my little one. Yea of course I care about the safety of me and my child thats why I was coming in in the first place. Should have just gone elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed in my experience here. Had high performance tires put on my car. Long story short, they put 65 psi in both the rear tires and left it. I assume that was to lock the bead but that is a mistake that can cost someone their life. If I had driven the car in the rain and taken a corner too fast, that would have resulted in a crash no doubt. Good thing I always check after install. Many people assume a tire shop knows. This is what they do, install tires, and this, after not tightening lug nuts, its one of the most dangerous mistakes they can make.Follow up........Owner called and was very apologetic and said he would use the opportunity to educate the staff better in the future. I explained that I had no complaints with the customer service, just wanted safety measures in check and he assured me that is something they will work on.

If I could, I would give this place 10 stars if it it would let me. I have to say, Ive only been to these guys twice and I have to brag a little bit they are just the most respectful guys. They are laid back and make ya feel welcomed right away. Always ready to help someone. Keep up the good work guys all of you. Your doing great! thank you! 😃

Great experience! Ended up having a problem with our tire(s)/alignment on the way to California from Ohio.Was able to get two new front tires (in a not so common anymore size), an an alignment all within two(ish) hours! Mind you, they were pretty busy already as it was. Had zero issues, great service and everybody was extremely friendly and helpful!Unfortunately from out of town, so, not sure if Ill ever be back myself, but rest assured if the time ever comes, you have my full referral and future business if Im ever back around.Not many shops around anymore that do business like these guys. 👍

Came in at about 10 AM needing my brakes to be fixed. I asked if they’d have me out by 1 for an appointment that I had and they made me believe that they would. At 1:05 I was told they ordered the wrong brakes and someone was on the way with the correct ones. I immediately told them to put my old brakes back on and bring me my car back! So unprofessional. They told me numerous times that I was about to get the car from being fixed, which was a lie the whole time! I would not recommend!

Best tire and brake shop in the central Little Rock area hands down. An they do oil changes and other things as well.

After moving to Little Rock a few years ago, I priced tires around town and Discount Tire and Brake was the cheapest. Since the purchase they have rotated them promptly each time that Ive came in. I have been to all three location and get great service every time, and they have yet to scuff my pretty chrome wheels. I will be using them for all of my tire and brake needs!

The employees are very kind and generous. They help you with whatever you’re having problems with. Whether it’s a tire problem or an engine problem they’ll figure out what’s wrong with it. Your go to people are Ken and John.

Super great quality of service. The employees were very nice and helpful. There was none of the demeaning, acting like youre stupid sort-of interaction, which puts them head-as-shoulders above many other places. They had reasonable prices and I feel they provided a good quality of service.I had a semi-related problem the day after service, and upon returning, they apologized (even though it wasnt really their fault) and fixed it for free! And they fixed it immediately, too, getting my vehicle into the next available bay while I waited.Additionally, as I also need a new wheel for my spare, theyre going to look for an appropriate low-cost used wheel and give me a call. Really, these guys are great.I cant recommend these guys enough. Definitely consider then whenever you need tire/suspension/brake work done. I dont think you will regret it.

Couldn’t have asked for better or quicker service!! I just popped up needing new tires and them changed around. Everything was done perfectly and I got back from my lunch break with minutes to spare!

Great service got me in and out while reasonably busy with new tires in about an hour. Really nice thing that happened were the guys behind the counter were being honest and not up charging the other people get work done on their vehicles. Not sure the cost of labor but the hours were spot on. Really impressed and I was a mechanic before it turned into my hobby.

My family has been taking our cars to them for almost 15 years and they are far and apart the best mechanics in the state. They are honest about their work and pricing and will take good care of you.

This is a good, honest quick-service shop. During my time waiting on brake rotors, I witnessed an honest practice that truly cares about its customers. They didnt try to get me to repair extra stuff; indeed, they only worked on the parts I specifically asked them to. These seemingly basic things are sometimes hard to find in an auto shop; I will return to this store for all of my tire, brake, and other quick-service needs.

I was surprised how long it took them to fix my tire. They were telling us 2 and a half hours but I was out in a little under 1 hour with a full house. Back to work, and back to my life. Glad I chose them over other shops. Price was good all things considered (I didnt care about how much it costed)

Have taken my vehicle to the Kanis location several times for tire rotation, brake work, and oil changes and they do a great job. Very nice employees and they treat you kindly and honestly. I highly recommend them.

Hands down, my go to for tires, oil changes, check this noise out! These guys are always friendly and as long as I have an appointment, I never wait too long! I had a 9 am appointment, got the oil changed and stuff checked, new windshield wipers and was driving away by 9:30!! The waiting area is comfy-ish (they dont want yall camping out afterall), they have a vending machine, coffee, etc. and they keep it clean. You wont be disappointed if you let these guys serve your automotive maintenance needs!

They are honest and put the customer first always. I trust them so much that I have sent many of my friends and family. These mistakes were pointed out by my husband and fixed by discount tire and break on Kanis.My husband asked for a quote on another service. He was quoted an astronomical price. We took our business elsewhere and my husband gave them a mediocre rating.The owner called my husband a liar.I rated them negatively. The owner implied that I am not sane.This truly cannot be rectified because discount tire and break on Kanis never once called or emailed or contacted us in any manner. If you choose to do business with them, I hope you have a better experience.

Amazing! I just left here and felt compelled to write a review. I had a hole in my tire plugged a few weeks ago by another place but kept loosing air pressure so I wanted to get a patch added. The quoted me around $22 for the job but when I got up to pay they said I didnt owe them anything. Im from a small town where things like that happen all the time but here in Little Rock.... never. Im so impressed by this place and I will be sure to refer everyone I know. Thanks again.
