Called to inquire about brake pads and the guy Eric that answered the phone is straight RUDE. Told me to figure it out on my own. Never asked for VIN # DOUCH.

My 2015 Honda CRV started making a humming sound in the front left wheel area. Turns out it was worn out bearings which needed replacement. Same thing on the left but not as bad. Strange to have it at 45k miles and likely due to substandard original parts. The guys at Clarks took care of it in no time with excellent service. Hoping that the new bearings will last ~100k miles.

Hands-down, these guys are the best. Not only are the excellent quality. But these guys have integrity which is hard to come by these days. They gave me a quote on my Mercedes, the job took them longer than anticipated. But these guys stuck to their quote and went the extra mile. You don’t find this kind of service anymore. Recommend these guys 100%.

These guys are top notch. I have used them in the past on a BMW. Brought some rear hub bearings in for our Mercedes GL 450, that the Mercedes dealership would not do. But these guys took care of me and a quickly and at reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service. I was please with there services and price. Just to compare I had my brakes and oil change cheaper than it costed for just the brake change at the dealership. Dealership $1000+ at Clark just $600+ a savings over $400+. AWESOME!!!

My experience here was great. My car was finished very quickly. I was expecting the typical rough around the edges mechanic to explain things and treat me like a woman that didn’t know anything, but I was pleasantly wrong. Service was really friendly and informative. I was called as soon as they knew what was wrong and they broke everything down for me and even explained the significance of the broken part! My car works like new again! Will definitely be back for servicing
