Im always leary about trying a different shop but the amazing staff here put my mind at ease the minute I came through the door!They kept me updated throughout the day regarding my repairs & the customer service is impeccable. Their lobby is very clean & they even brought my car around for me once it was ready.110% will be back!!!

Brought my car in for what I thought was going to be a two tire replacement. The guys there pointed out it was just a broken valve stem and replaced it for me free of charge. I plan on bringing my vehicle back for any future tire services. Great service!

Weve been coming here for a couple of years, every time theyre always very helpful and not pushy for extra unnecessary services. Every time I get my oil changed here theyre always fast and its affordable. We had a tire that we bought from them pop after a couple months and they replaced it for free!

I had a minor issue with my tire today. Sam’s Club refused to fix, and offered a new tire purchase as the only option. I took it to Cross Tire and they took care of it quickly & professionally. I’m highly impressed with their service. They have definitely earned my future business!

Went for a tire patch, tire rotation and balance. Manager tried to pressure me into buying new tires by refusing to “deal” with my tires because they are 8 year old despite the fact that they have a good amount of tread left on them. He also said that they were cracked and there “was stuff coming out of them” which is a lie as one can see from the pictures. I do understand that tires age but tire manufacturers say a tire can last 10 years provided you rotate and inspect them annually. The bottom line is that I didn’t like being lied to about the condition of my tires and pressured into buying new ones. Needless to say I’ll be buying tires elsewhere.

Marked up parts for repairs and labor,I would have to get a second opinion, but I know mechanics and I found that there are more places a less of price, they get on a computer generated quote for a markup!

Got a Roofing Nail in my tire. Drove in to Cross Tire Pros, immediately Lacy and Mike took care of me. Went to two other local places before Cross Tire Pros, and both of those gave me a ridiculous attitude when asked for a tire repair. The folks here happily and quickly took care of me so I could get back to work. The young man who did the repair, Jackson, did a great and efficient job. Ive been going to Cross Tire Pros for several years and have always known them to be honest, friendly, and fair with their pricing. I just bought a newer used AWD car that had 8800 miles on it. I didnt have much information on the maintenance history and thought I would take it in to Cross Tire Pros for an evaluation to see if the tires needed to be rotated. I brought it in and met with an employee named Kevin who came out to look at the vehicle to see if the tires could be rotated and if they ever had. He explained very clearly what to look for and it became clear, the tires had never been rotated which is what I figured. I asked if he could rotate the tires for me real quick and he said he could no problem. When they took the vehicle in, he sat down with me and we had a great conversation about cars (he was a fellow car guy like me). When it was done (it only took about 15 minutes or so), he said he enjoyed the conversation and wasnt going to charge me. He then introduced himself to me as the new owner of the Cross Tire Pros shops here in the Little Rock area! I had no idea I was speaking to the owner, what a down-to-earth man and what a generous gesture to not charge me for the tire rotation. I loved this place before, I love it even more now. Awesome job Kevin and the team! Highly highly recommend this place, theres a reason why its rated so high.

Very helpful and friendly people. I pulled in and said that I had a tire that was going low and that it had been aired up, but was losing pressure. They took it in and in a very short time came and told me that it was done and that it was a nail. I asked how much and they said no charge it was just a nail. They will get my business in the future.

Will definitely use Cross Tire again and strongly recommend you do too! I took my Yukon here after the local dealership botched a tire job - pressure sensor system error. I even took the vehicle back to the dealership to give them a chance to correct. They wanted to charge me over $100 to fix a problem they caused! Went to Cross Tire on a recommendation from a friend. These guys fixed the problem in 5-10 mins and didn’t even charge me! Will definitely be back!!

My wife had a tire mounted & balanced for me while I was out of town. The folks at Cross Tire took care of our wheel & tire and were professional & polite and they did such at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Ive had oil changes + filters, tire rotations and slight check up jobs via this store, theyve always done me a good one and have carried out the work in a nice timely manner while ensuring the job was truly done and would work. Also dont doubt if something happened after said work theyd take care of you. Just got 4 brand new tires plus protection on each of them plus an oil change +filter today, got the work done in a good manner and time. The gentleman went over tires and gave me honest opinions on them and which ones would go well with my type of car and the style of tires I was looking for and why theyd go well with me. Went over the protection plans along with the coverage Ill have and how long a time or miles traveled itll be with me.Most of all, these people can be trusted and are reliable to take care of you and your vehicle/s. Had two people show up after me both suffering from (one a screw and the other a staple) punctures in there tires passing through construction sites, both were handled and taken care of quickly and smoothly so they could get on with there day, all the while the crews kept working on my own and anyone elses vehicle. Quick, trust worthy and good quality service, those are the reasons why I go to them to spend money getting my vehicle taken care of.Update as of 10-23-2020:store is under new management and prices have changed, example being tire rotations are no longer 5$ a tire but 40$ rounded up plus tax. This review is old hence should only be held as an example of what the store was like before now.

I had a slow leak in my tire and chose this place based on all the other positive reviews.When I called them on the phone Ben was very welcoming and explained how they could help me.When I got there he was just as helpful in person. They found a small nail in my tire and repaired that. At my request they examined the water sprayer for the windshield, found the pump was dead, discussed the price of replacing it with me, I agreed for them to do it, they put in a new pump for me.I asked them about the life left in my front tires, which looked pretty bald to me, he really recommend replacing them, told me the price, I agreed.An example of Bens customer service, I felt like a fool but I felt compelled to ask him if he knew how to open the hood of my Smart Car as it has release clips which is uncommon, he said yes they have worked on lots of Smart Cars, but thanked me for checking.He could have been really condescending, but he was perfectly professional.I felt like I was a valued customer and would use them again. I only didn’t give them a 5 star because the coffee station wasnt operational.

Had 2 tires replaced. Price and service were fair. Three stars because the new tires were not properly inflated. Not a good sign for a place that does nothing but tires.They apologized and filled them up to the correct psi.

Great overall experience. I bought 4 tires online. They installed them and checked the front end alignment. The alignment was good so only charged me 40 bucks for the alignment. I walked out and only paid 154 bucks. Very nice and friendly people, will be returning.

Super great service, reasonable cost, and relatively short waiting times. I took my car here to get tires replaced and, while I was willing to get all 4 replaced, they informed me I only needed 2. Months later, I stopped by to see if they could fix the scraping sound I kept hearing every time I hit a bump and they reaffixed a loose part for very little cost. I definitely recommend this place!

We were visiting Little Rock and I happened to hit something very hard while driving. I was worried that I damaged something really badly on the bottom of the car. Wanted to lift the car and for the mechanic to take a look if car is safe to drive long distance back home. Took car in couple places but was turned away. At Cross Tire Pros Mike took my concern to consideration and had Chris to take a look if anything damaged. I didnt have to wait long at all! Greatly appreciate their care. They gave me peace of mind driving back home.
