I’m surprised they have any good reviews. Was quoted $700 dollars to replace the front and back brakes. Took it somewhere else and I absolutely didn’t need any brakes replaced If you choose to be ripped off by them be sure to go back and check their work because they BARELY put my lug nuts back on 2 tires. I’m lucky they didn’t ruin my car or cause me harm. And lucky they didn’t rob me.

One of my tires developed a slow leak late Friday, and my dash power outlet blew a fuse. I dropped it off Saturday morning, they found and fixed the leak in my tire, replaced the fuse and had it my truck ready to pick up in short order. Jay, who scheduled the work and called me when it was completed, was professional and courteous. Their virus protocol was satisfactory.

Wont ever use them again. Purposely striped every lugnut on the wheel they did work on.. never even spoke to them other than to ask them to replace the control arm. Asked nicely.....treated badly.

I was 130 miles from home on a Saturday afternoon with a broke down truck. The guys at Moore &Robinson were the only people that would help me. They got my truck in the shop quickly and fixed the problem and got me back on the road. I am forever grateful for their help. Thanks again for all your help!

Called and spoke with someone who told me they could swap out two tires if I was there by four. Had my towed to this location was there at four and stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone came to the front. The man tells me he has been the only answering phones and I didn’t call. Showed him my phone log which he then tells me that they close at 430 not 5 and he didn’t have time to do it in ten mins. Now my car is stuck till Monday. I’ll call someone to change out the tires in their parking lot before I give them a penny.

Moore & Robinson went above and beyond for our family. Everyone in the shop showed their true colors. One drove around town to find the tires that best suited our travel trailer, another gave us a discount for the wait and all were kind in front of our children.Their honesty in providing us with tires that were actually rated for our trailer to keep our family safe and off the side of the road will forever be appreciated. They worked hard to accommodate our difficult situation, didn’t have us unhitch our trailer, and didn’t stop until the job was done. We couldn’t be more pleased with these men and their workmanship.

Every time weve been here, its been a good experience for us. We feel like we get honest service, because unless there is something they really believe needs to be done to our vehicles, they wont suggest doing it. Several times theyve taken a look at our cars and didnt charge us anything because there was nothing that needed to be done. Highly recommend if you want somewhere you can trust to do whats best for you, not just whats best for them.

I use Moore & Robinson for all my cars service needs. I have never had anything other than top service from them. One time I went in because I was told elsewhere that I needed 2 new tires. I was pleasantly surprised when after I said, Im here because I need at least 2 new tires I was told that all I needed was some air and maybe rotation. They could have sold 3 or 4 new tires that day - but they didnt. They did sell them when I actually needed them though. I trust my car servicing needs exclusively to these guys. More than once I have left with my car not needing anything at all. You guys have me as a life-time customer and I recommend you to all my friends. Thanks!!!!

I take my work car here to get a simple nail fixed and I wait for over an hour for them to fix. Paid $20 dollars and went on my way. When I got in my car everything out of place like someone went thru everything. Is it that hard to ask me for the tire key. The tire key wasn’t even in my car so idk how they got it off. So 3 hours away from home my tire starts going flat and now it’s even worse then it was before I had them fix it. So I take it back up there and the guys says sorry about that, we didn’t plug it we have tons of tire keys in the back. They why did someone go thru my stuff. So he says give me your key and I’ll get someone to fix it. 1 hour later my car is still sitting out front and I got my keys and left. I I’ll be having another company fix and take pictures of current fix to send to my attorney. What a horrible experience.... best of luck to anybody that has to go thru that.

I have never had my car worked on by these guys, but when I called today about bringing my car in, Barry was able to diagnose my problem over the phone for free as a bad catalytic converter and recommended I go straight to a muffler shop. I was impressed and very pleased to find someone so competent and honest, and I can only imagine that they do great work. I will keep them in mind for future auto repair needs.

Ive been going here for years. I buy all my tires there and they rotate them free for life of the tires. I get all my oil changes there. I am always treated with the best respect. I find everyone friendly and nice.

Dont waste your time with these people. After getting the car there at opening for a simple task, it sat all day and was never touched. Will NEVER waste my time with these people again!!!

I went in 2 months ago had a problem with my left front tire. The mechanic looked at my car and verified that the part was not covered under my warranty I was then told it would cost 350 to repair. Well I had no money so I dealt with the problem for 2 months. I found another mechanic in hopes it could be done cheaper. He told me to by the part and he would fix it. Well to my surprise. First off the part cost me 79.00 but what really surprised me was that the original part was never broken just needed to be tightend up. Now I am a single woman who of course who knows very little about cars. I was very upset at this because if the mechanic that tightend the part could see this clearly. Obviously the mechanics at Moore and Robinson were able to see the same thing. If I had not found another honest mechanic I would have been out 350.00 and for nothing major. Needless to say they were probably going to tighten up the original part and still charge 350.00 me being a woman I am not going to look and see if the part was changed and new I would not know the difference. I called the manager told him about this he said he would look into this further and call me back. Of course no call back has been received. I just wonder how many others have been told parts need replacing that really may not but ended up paying because we need our transportation. Oh end result I paid nothing the mechanic said I did not do anything.

Great sales & service everytime

Many red flags throughout my experience with Moore and Robinson on Cantrell. Starting off, I was quoted one price for an axle replacement which is what led me to this place. When I got there, the man told me thats not the correct quote but agreed to check with the other person who does quotes. I dropped my car. The next morning, expecting some sort of follow up on this, I called 3 hours after opening. They said my car was getting worked on and that they would honor the price; fine, but wouldve been nice to confirm with me. Later that afternoon, no update on my car. I again call myself, and they simply say yeah, its done. When I pick up the car that evening, I mention that I never received a call. He says my mechanic was working on a girlfriends car all day so was distracted. Good to know this place prioritizes personal issues over professional ones. I asked the man what kind of axle they put it, and he said A1 Cardone. This was an outright lie, as they put in an Import Direct part. When I got in my car, there was grease on the headrest and the interior door handle. Shortly after leaving I noticed a metallic sound coming from the new axle side. I called the following morning and spoke to a nice gentleman, Shane I believe, who told me to bring it back in around noon and its likely the backing plate which would take 5 minutes to fix. Great! I came and I was in and out quickly. However as I continued driving, the screeching remained. I had my boyfriend call to better explain the situation. Instead of sympathizing and offering a remedy, the man became extremely hostile and stated these accusations are getting ridiculous and aggressively invited us to come look at everything with him, to prove there was nothing wrong. Even after getting yelled at, we asked to speak with the nicer gentleman, who unfortunately wasnt there. I was completely incredulous and shaken. Never has an auto repair shop been so aggressive and defensive! This is absolutely no way to treat people, customer or otherwise. It is not a lot to ask a shop to investigate a new noise after a part was newly installed by them. If that is an accusation, Moore and Robinson is clearly insecure about their work. We ended up taking the car to another place later that day, who fixed the noise within 5 minutes. Turned out it was the backing plate AGAIN. Absolutely no noise since. Will never come here again, and neither will my colleagues who encouraged me to review this place. Hope this helps save someone the trouble!

I take all of my cars here to be fixed. I buy my tires here. They have always been fair and charged the appropriate amount for services rendered and parts purchased. Some people get upset when they think the parts, that they need for their car, are too expensive. Last time I checked, Moore-Robinson didnt control how much car companies charge for the reproduction of a part. They are fair, wouldnt take my cars anywhere else around here!

Worst service ever!!They sold me 2 defected tires. My car is shaking all the time now. I went there to address the problem, they were so rude and did not do anything to fix it.Dont waste your money and time.

Needed tires put on my car ASAP due to my wife being in the hospital at UAMS before I went home to Northwest Arkansas. These guys were guardian angels in my time of need. THANK YOU!!!

Unsatisfactory experience with Moore & Robinson, Inc. Nearly a week ago, they provided us with an oil change and looked at the brakes, as I had asked. The consensus was that the brakes were in fair condition with 80% left on the front brakes. Since then, weve been having difficulties with the car and returned it asking them to give it another look. Theyve proceeded to share that the rotors and brakes are needing to be replaced. We wont be returning and will take our business elsewhere as Barry was extremely rude and told me, You should have looked at your brakes then! Very inconsistent in their diagnosis and extremely poor customer service.

Horrible and so rude customer service. Dont go there if you dont like to be insulted. I will contact to goodyear and solve my problem thru goodyear customer service
