Was really upset when my brand new vehicle got a ding in the door. So glad I trusted dent doctor to fix it. They were concerned that they may not be able to completely repair the ding, but after a quick two hours and a very reasonable price, my door looks new again and the dent is completely gone. A classic case of under promising but over delivering!

Got dent repaired on my car. Charged me $1700 for $300 worth of job. My insurance clearly mentioned that they ripped me off.Over priced shop. Avoid!!!Following up on the reply below 👇🏼. When as a customer I received an estimate, I trust the honesty of price being quoted. My insurance rep booked an appointment with the shop. But when I went to drop off my car, they could not even find the estimate they gave me and an evidence of their interaction with my insurance first. When the guy from shop came to look at my car before I left after dropping it off. His first recommendation was to charge me additional labor cost above the estimate he had already given me. When I showed him my text message conversation and photos I sent before an estimate, he then backed off on increasing the estimate.When I went to pick up my car, there had been no cordination with the insurance on their part. And they won’t release my car without the full payment of $1700. And I was asked to work out with my insurance for the reimbursement which I received only $330. And insurance rep says, the estimate given by the shop is “ridiculous”.Yes I understand that repairing a dent on “Porsche” may not be as inexpensive. But as suggested by my insurance, initial estimate had been ridiculously high. Below is the picture of a dent that was repaired.

Dent Doctor was able to fix my dent to very very close to as if it was never there. The repaint they did was also very impressive. After the repair, you’d have to look very closely to spot the subtle signs of the dent being there in the first place. Given that I ended up paying less than half of what the other body shops would had charged, I am definitely happy with outcome. I’d definitely recommend Dent Doctor.

Someone scraped my bumper in the walmart parking lot. I love my car and those scrapes bothered me. I had the touch up paint from the dealer but my repair job looked awful. I dont have a very steady hand. I went to the Little Rock Dent Doctor today to see what they could do. They were so nice. The dealer touch up paint was too light so they got 4 ot 5 different silver color touch up samples and tried them all until we found the right one. The gentleman with a very steady hand painted the scrapes and it now looks great! They would not take any money! I used them years ago for a different bumper repair and they did a great job then too. I highhly recommend them.

Went in today with three issues om my Lexus. All were taken care of in a shorter period of time (about an hour) than promised. I have used this business for over 15 years and have never been dissatisfied with the quality of their work. My recent experience with my 2018 show quality Silverado truck is another example. Best experience ever - I dented my rear bumper on my 2010 Rav 4 by getting to close to a brick mailbox. The mailbox was fine. I went to Duckys first to see if they could fix my bumper and they recommended Dent Doctor. Great service, reasonable estimate, explained everything - my car looks brand new as they touched up some scratches on my car also. The receptionist was efficient and pleasant and the my sales rep was very conscientious. I highly recommend Dent Doctor.

Today is the second time Ive taken my cars to them and I had great experiences both times. I had some paint from another car that got on my car when it got too close to me and left some of its white paint on my burnt orange car. I thought it would have to be buffed and painted but the estimator took one look at it and said that it would come right off. She brought out some cleaner and wiped it off and buffed it and refused to charge me. They will definitely get my business and referrals in the future!

I had a dent on my rear bumper. Not only did they do a great job but, excellent customer service and overall delivery of my car. They cleaned and washed my car and were very quick on the turn around.The only two issues are: the location was out of my way and they are not operational on weekends and close at 5 pm.Either way, the pros out weigh the cons - Id recommend Dent Doctor.

Came here to try and get some small dings taken care of but in the process my truck bed was creased in at the top center of the fender well and the truck was dirty everywhere else except right there where they had been working. Supposedly they didnt even work in that area but 2 of the original dings being fixed were maybe 8 inch above where the new dent was....and again the dirt was now longer in that spot that was freshly dented. FURIOUS!!!! I wash this truck at least every 2 weeks because its black and I keep my rides CLEAN and bought it new so...the dent wasnt there when I purchased it brand new 7 months ago as they suggested was maybe the case. My 204 quote was reduced to 97 bucks and now I need more extensive work done. Thanks guys....

Absolutely fabulous job. We had an extremely large dent on the seam of a door gifted to us from a grocery parking lot, presumably from an impact with a cart. The staff at Dent Doctor assessed the dent and confidently said they could make it look near new...I was skeptical at the least. VERY impressed with outcome and quality of their work. Yes, near new was the result.Youd have to know where to look to see any residual. Quotes from two other body shops near almost 4x our final price. Outstanding service! I had a large dent taken out of my right front fender on an area of the car that had a curved crease in the body and I thought it would be impossible to completely remove the dent. Even when I was given the original estimate the person told me they may only be able to fix it 80 to 90 percent. Jeremy James at Dent Doctor was the technician who did the work today and he did a superb job. You cannot tell any dent was ever there. I dropped it off at 9 am and it was ready in a couple of hours. I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality of work at a very reasonable price.

Dent Doctor Little Rock provided me with excellent customer service and same day repairs. I had a full estimate on fixing the front and rear bumpers. It was more than I could spend right now, and Dent Doctor gladly made stopgap repairs for me, without trying to cajole me into the full repairs. Also, I needed a couple of parts, and Dent Doctor referred me to a parts supplier (salvage yard) where I found the parts at a reasonable price. Ill be back.

Had work done at the Markham St. Little Rock AR. facility, was able to take me in when I walked in and was able to wait while work was done. Everyone there was super to work with and very professional. The workmanship was impeccable, excellent. There was approx. 17 hail dents in my roof panel and a few on the hood. Called the Dent Doctor on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon the dent was gone. Dent Doctor removed my first dent in 1987 and my latest dent in 2018. My liftgate was dented in a crucial area where there was a crease in the design.i was told it might not be 100% fixable, it would take 4-5 hrs, and they would detail my car. It is 100%, it took 2.5 hrs and they did an excellent inside and outside detail. All for 1/5th of what Landry s estimate for cost and Landry wanted to keep my car for 4-5 days! The doctor is in at Dent Dr. And I highly recommend them.

I came to Dent Doctor under VERY stressful circumstances. My back bumper was a mess and the person who had caused the damage was going to pay for it but kept trying to bargain on the cost. Through out the estimate process and setting up a rental car for me the staff remaind friendly and professional. They have an arrangement with a rental agency and get an amazing price for you if you have to leave your car for a few days. Not only did they make my car look like new on the damage it was brought in for, as a just because they buffed out and cleaned up a scrape on my front quarter panel!!! I am so happy with their work, the staff and the cost! Will be using them again very soon to have my windows tinted :)

So went to the store and as i pull in the parking spot a van ulls up to an elderly man across from me. They were doing everything they could to get money out of him to fix a dent i have no clue how was even noticed as i couldnt readily see it.The man must have said 10 times no and that he didnt have the money and if they had a card (which they did not) as the man tried to walk into the store the one in the van also got out and were adamant to fix it for him. even asking how much he could afford. so now they tag teamed him he was about 70 yrs old NICE car too. so i get out and walk up, they said oh here is your daughter then the both jumped in the van and left. friggen scammers!!
