I would highly recommend this complex to anybody looking for an apartment! It is very affordable and the place is beautiful. Everyone in the office made moving in here a BREEZE and are very responsive to any questions I might have. I haven’t had any issues or anything wrong with my apartment the couple months I’ve lived here and so I would whole heartily recommend this place to anyone considering moving here.

I like my apartment don’t get me wrong it’s amazing but the loud music at night around 2-5 am in the morning from neighbors is unreal I complain so much that nothing never got done. An the parking is unnecessary the people who leave out here never have anywhere to park because of visitors and nothing never get done about it. It’s not right for us who leave here and still have to go way down by the office just to park in the visitor parking lot.

I have lived here for two years, and Im very happy with the property. Ive found that my maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. I want to give special recognition to the manager. She is always polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. The rent here is affordable and the property is clean.

I have lived at Capitol Hill for 3 years. Management and staff are efficient and prompt with any concern. Maintenance is proficient, also I want to mention how caring the community is. The management staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are taking care of with any issues or problems.

I have been here almost 2 years and I havent had any issues. If I had any maintenance repairs they were done quickly. I stay to myself and havent had any issues with neighbors. Occasionally parking can become limited but for the most part my experience has been great. The staff is friendly easy to talk too and they keep doing little things to bring the community together. The people complaining on here mustve didnt pay their rent or violated lease terms and are bitter. Ive had absolutely no issues. No pest problems the grounds are kept up well and every Friday we get to enjoy whatever food truck management has invited, even the children are well mannered. Great place to live.

I live there as a teenager with my mom absolutely loved it I just wish I could afford it now

I have been a resident with this property for 4 years now. The office and maintenance staff are the best. If I have had any issues they address all concerns quickly as possible even though I have not had many issues during my time here. The environment feels safe and I enjoy knowing my children are able to play outside with the other children. The property is very quiet and family friendly. I have no complaints of this property and the staff.

Horrible place for kids to stay... to much commotion and loud music. Cannot have peace in your own home, they charge for everything and greedy. Parking is the worst. Can’t get a good parking spot close to your home to get in and out especially when you have young children under the ages of 4. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE unless you are comfortable with walking far ways to your car from home and no help with the front office.

This is the perfect apartment for my 3 children and I. When I did a walk through of the apartment, it was clean and tidy, and Ms. Washington welcomed us with open arms as our apartment manager. Ms. Washington is hospitable and thoughtful. She always answers texts and emails that I have sent. This is my very first experience in living in the Capitol Hill Apartment Homes, and I am loving my decision in moving here.

A little bit strict but that’s fine

My family and I are considering moving back to the Little Rock area. However due to COVID-19, we have had to put off moving as soon as we anticipated and our lives on hold along with everyone else in the world. Out of all of the apartment communities that we are considering and also having to start the process remotely due to COVID-19, Capitol Hill’s staff has been the only ones that has been readily available every time we have had a question or concern and we have had a lot. When someone is relocating and specifically to another state, everything has to be in place. Capitol Hill has offered that “in place” element to my family. Capitol Hill’s staff has really made a great impression by being very welcoming, professional, and detail-oriented. I love the fact that small details that we are looking for and expecting are being taken in consideration while others have been offered. Capitol Hill will not be our home away from home, but will be our no place like home.

Capitol Hill is by far the best apartment complex to live in. Manager Ashley Washington and Assistant Manager Ashley D. Willis are the most professional and sweetest people you would ever meet. Very friendly. The apartments are very spacious beautiful inside and out. Very nice and clean pool area. They definitely make you feel comfortable at Capitol Hill. I would absolutely recommend anyone to check these apartments out they’re fantastic!

The best part of my experience at capitol hill would have to be the staff! They were extremely friendly, easy to contact and anytime I needed something done it was completed immediately. The apartments itself are nice. The area is stellar! I would highly recommend this place to anybody I know.

I went in to Capitol Hill Apartment Homes for atour and I was definitely made to feel like this place was home the office staff went over and beyond endured all my questions, concerns and did so with smiling faces it was a very pleasant experience especially with whats going on in the world currently. Thank you all my decision was a no brainier after such a pleasant experience!!

Lived here for almost a year. Mostly a decent place but apartment could be updated. Most neighbors are respectful but a few are consistently loud (usually playing music way too loud outside). Would give a higher rating if more courteous people lived here.

It’s a very nice and clean area, and it’s very quiet and peaceful.

Me and my family love staying out here it peaceful outside kids can go outside and play manger, assistant manager,and maintenance are very professional and caring and take care of their property

I love this property! Its tucked away, yet so close to everything! The ladies in the office are wonderful too!

Quiet neighborhood, scenic views and outdoor pool. The new management has made some really good changes. A few things to keep in mind though: There are inadequate number of washer & dryers compared to the needs of the community and the absence of a screen on the balcony door make it impossible to keep it open lest bugs enter the house.

Its scenic...The manager is very courteous its very peaceful...Beautiful indeed...

Absolutely crazy and worst place to live. gun shots, inappropriately parking cars all over the place. Especially very very rude office staff.Stay away from this place if you can

I have been living in this apartment for 8 months. Except for the first two months, I have paid about $90 of water bill. They charge water bill based on occupancy number in a unit. The problem is the occupancy numbers are extremely wrong. Some units pay $30 in a month because the occupancy number is only 1 for them even though 3-4 person live in the same unit. I know this because my 6 other friends are living in the same apartment and none of their occupancy number is right. When you come to this apartment get ready to pay high water bills.

The parking is awful and staff is not friendly. People are parking anywhere everywhere there is a lack of education in this area. People are making noises and they are so rude.

I LOVE the atmosphere here!! This property is kid friendly as well!

Bad parking. Rent increased over $200 in less than 2 years w/o upgrades. Old appliances from the 70s, but paying almost $1,000 a month in rent.

Great place to live, the office staff is so caring and Maintenance always takes care of our maintenance needs.

Currently living at these apartments... overall not so bad just very dirty walk ways and very loud neighbors. Residents leave their trash outside their door and on their balconies. The management office doesnt seem to mind about the trash outside the doors. Their isnt enough parking. Yes they have parking tags for the residence but visitors seem to park in the residence areas. Again management doesnt seem to care about no parking for their paying residence.

Nice property tucked away from the hussle and traffic. Maintenance and office team are super nice and quick to take care of issues.

Where do I begin!!! I didnt believe the previous reviews on this place because people say to each his own. BUT in this case, We shouldve listened because they were right on the money!!!!! I would NOT tell my worst enemy to stay here!!!!! 1st of all, the manager is very RUDE! We shouldve noticed the sign of this being a bad situation when the assistant manger that signed our lease was mysteriously gone not even 2 months later. Then a few weeks later, this lady upstairs randomly gets her door kicked in. In our stay, there has been at least 4 assistant managers/ leasing consultant come and go. The manager Cathy T. & newest assistant manager Porshau A. have the worst attitudes, not trustworthy at all, and will treat you like garbage on the street. They have promotions going on for the 1st year of your lease and theyll tell you that the rent will go up only $10 or $15. DONT BELIEVE THAT CRAP!!! As soon as your 1st lease term is up the rent will go up about $50 to $100. Its barely possible to get someone to fix broken items to the point where you may as well fix it yourself. The walkways walking to the buildings are falling apart. Instead of fixing them, they replace 1 board at a time. I was always afraid there was going to be an accident that it collapsed when someone or their child walked across it. There are always kids running around in the parking lot with no supervision. Before we got out of that place, they started a pool pass policy due to the rowdy kids. There is an on site fitness center, HOWEVER only 1 treadmill works, there is 1 bike, the weights are always dirty and sticky, and if you have to go to the bathroom while in there, good luck! They lock the doors to the restrooms, so youre out of luck there. The best things about the place was the location. the views, some of the neighbors, and the layout. But honestly, I would say keep looking because its not worth the stress.

Terrible apartment complex, Horrible management ive lived here for 3 years and have never had a problem with my apartment fixed on time. Parking is terrible, i parked in the same spot for 3 years and the management towed my car so they could paint no parking in the spot my car was on.I asked the manager why she couldnt have called and ask me to move it so they could make it a no parking zone, and she told me that it wasnt her job! Ive tried to contact the owners but the manager says i have to go through a website to speak to them but the url she gives me doesnt exist. Stay far away
