I selected this place based on a quick search of what was near, and I am so glad I did. Vivian did an amazing job. She provided a wonderful experience all around. I haven’t had my nails done in a long time, and walked in not having a certain plan. Vivian took the time to listen to the few ideas I did have and created something beautiful. I think my favorite part is that she nailed the shape. I have had nails where they just don’t look quite right. She then went above and beyond to give me matching toes for my pedicure.

I love my nails every time I come here!! They do such a wonderful job each and every time and are very kind people to get to know :) I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done- Vivian is the best!!!

My mom and I made an appointment here, it was our first visit to this salon. Two women walked in right before us for pedicures (they didnt have appointment) and were helped before us. I sat with foil and acetone on my nails for just shy of 20 minutes, which is the longest Ive ever soaked my dip powder. When I told the woman who was working on the pedicures that my fingers were starting to burn from the acetone, she said she does this for all of her customers for 5 years, and asked me how she was supposed to get the dip powder off now. I suggested using the Dremel tool as thats how Ive always seen it done. She said they dont use that on real nails because it damages them. I said several times during this conversation as well as when I arrived that I had tips on my nails, and she never even looked to see if I had tips. The whole interaction seemed very defensive when all I was trying to say is that I needed to take the foils off immediately.Several regulars came in while I was there and she was very pleasant to them, not sure what her problem was with me.The entire experience was absolutely ridiculous, so much so that Im actually writing a review, which I never do. I would never go back here and I would never recommend it.

Came here for the first time about 4 weeks ago as a newbie to the acrylic nail world. It was pretty busy, but Sam and Vivian stayed late to finish my nails, which turned out beautiful. Today I went in for a gel filler and Vivian did not disappoint, my nails look great! Vivian came in early to accommodate me since they were booked all morning. Sam and Vivian are very kind and personable. I am officially a regular :)Definitely call ahead or make an appointment because they get booked quickly.

Great salon with professional nail services, nice ambience, fair prices, and friendly staff. Its a good idea to call ahead because theyre a popular salon. Some helpful tips: Either give cash as a tip or tell them the tip amount before they swipe your card. They also have a discount punch card so you may want to request one so you can get $10 off for every 10th service you get. This salon provides almost any nail service you need but they dont specialize in the extravagant Cardi B 3D type nail designs- but who needs all of that anyways? ;-) Awesome place all around! Vivian was amazing! This was my first visit and they were a little busy so I decided to wait. She stayed late to make sure she got me in. She was quick but did not sacrifice quality. She did a great job and my nails look great. She was so friendly as well. She engaged in pleasant conversation with me. Vivian made my nails short like I like them and made them look more natural then fake with the shape and the way she thinning them out. I was there for a fill from the last place I had went to. This will definitely be my new spot! (My picture is not the best and doesnt do justice for how great my nails really look)

I LOVE Viv and I’ve been there twice only and I already rave about her! My second time I came in to do my birthday nails and she took her time and made me absolutely happy. This was the most awesome, friendliness, customer satisfaction based nail salon I have ever been to! Guaranteed! I had an appointment set for 7:00pm and they closed at 8:00pm and rather than turning me down due to scheduling such a late appointment or just trying to rush the whole process, these wonderful employees-business owners took all the time they needed to get the job done the right way!

The couple that work here are very sweet and kind and want to make sure you’re happy but here’s where it didn’t go the way I wanted it to. We called asking if she could get us in, she said yes and we came In. Then we waited for an hour and a half for her to get to us and she said she would stay late (which I appreciate whole heartedly but would have preferred for her to just decline if she was just going to do a rushed job...) she executed my design basically the way I wanted it (reference photo attatxhed) but missed a few coats on my opinion and one of my nails only received ONE coat of the color which showed the glued on nail under it (not pictured)When I asked her if she could please do another coat she said I was wrong and that she didn’t miss a coat and sorta just brushed it off- seemed like she was fishing to go home but unfortunately that’d have to be the main reason for why I probs won’t be back. Also my Nails peeled 5 days in so probs not the highest quality. Seemed pretty sanitary for the most part but I didn’t seem them sanitize anything which made me pretty skeptical. Besides that Sam did a wonderful job applying the gel powder and shaping my nails to a nice coffin shape, and got them the the perfect length I wanted. If you just need a simple color Id recommend bc good pricing but I wouldn’t bother with designs imo

I LOVE this nail salon! Every other nail salon I’ve ever been to shames me for my bitten down nails, is impatient, rude, etc. NOT HERE! Viv is so sweet and loves to make sure your manicure is everything you want it to be! She is so nice and also loves giving compliments. Every time I come back, I love my nails more and more each time. Not to mention, Sam is AWESOME at pedicures! If you’re looking for a good salon to go to, this is the one! Great prices, great people, and a great environment! Along with the fact that they have so many gel polishes, normal polishes, dip powders, gems, designs, etc. they’re great! I was there for my first time today and let me just say that I adore this place and the two incredible people that own it and run it! They are both so very outgoing and are all about making their customers happy! I LOVE how my nails turned out and I had such a wonderful time simply being there! They have the cleanest shop I have ever been to and take great care in all aspects of their businesses. I will definitely be back! Highly HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!!

I was doing the laundry and the soft fabric caused my one nail to fly off. And I called them and explain to them what happened and they rudely told me everything that happened was my fault and then I asked if they were going to give me a refund or fix it for free and they rudely said no. Because I didn’t take care of my hands. In reality I was taking good care of my hands it’s not my fault they glued it on bad.I have never dealt with such rude customer service before. Uncalled for!This is uncalled for when I paid 40$! If it doesn’t get fixed for free I’m never coming back.! I have been to better places that would fix it for free so my expectations are high.Once again this is not OKAY!I feel like I was robbed from my money absolutely ridiculous.I highly suggest going somewhere else for getting your nails done. I have never been so disappointed thanks Vivian and Sam for stealing my money for doing such a horrible job.

I am a hairstylist for a living and its the only thing that actually lasts. They use quality products and take pride in their work. Relaxing and Clean with Friendly, Expert Nail Technicians!I was greeted by Vivian and directed to my chair. They were busy, but I got to sit in the massage chair, soaking my feet while I waited. Lee was my technician and she was attentive and friendly. I purchased the Deluxe Pedicure and had the Hot Stone Massage with scrub and oils. Ill certainly go back to this nail spa. Reasonable pricing, and very friendly neighborhood feel.

Sam & Vivien were amazing. They were so nice and Vivien offered to stay late to finish my nails. I have never been to such a neat and clean nail salon. Every person gets their own sterile set of tools for their hands and a separate one for their feet. They really pay attention to you and make sure that every nail is prefect. Every step of the manicure and pedicure they ask you to check if it is good and if you like it. The customer service is unlike any place I have ever been. The prices are also great which makes this place even better. I highly recommend Nailed it!

I struggled for years to find a nail shop that could be fast and good at shaping my nails, my first time at Nailed It Vivian was able to do a fabulous job and was quick. This is by far the best and clean nail shop in the Little Canada area. Vivian and her husband are such warm and welcoming people. Plus she makes excellent egg rolls! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional nail shop!

The owner provides amazing customer service and maintains a clean, calming establishment. Shes an extremely talented artist and any time I show her a design I found online shes happy to consider it with me. She has a wide selection of really nice polishes and her tools are all very clean and new. I got some amazing horror themed nails done by her recently and I will definitely be a regular customer moving forward.

I had a trip for the very next day and waited until the last minute to get my nails done. After calling quite a few places, with no luck, nailed it said they would take me. They closed at 6 and she still told me to come at 545 so she could finish up her client. It went well past their closing time but she still did an amazing job and had the most pleasant attitude about it!!! I am so greatful that she stayed open for me and the service was amazing!! Service is everything and the service here is better than any other place I have been.

I was excited to get my nails done at this salon due to the exceptional ratings. The sain was very clean and comfortable. I received a milk and honey pedicure which was very nice and relaxing. I also received a gel fill. Even thought the nails were done to look more natural my nails were uneven, and the gel nail polish started chipping 4 days later! I can feel bubbles or bumps underneath the nail polish. There was also nail polish left on my cuticles. When I called they said they would repaint them at no charge, but if I wanted a color change they would charge me. Unfortunately, I think the nail polish is old and that’s why it was chipping. So, I’ll let you know what happens. I hope this was an isolated event, because I really like that it is family owned.

The salon is nice and comfortable. The owners are very very nice. The nails however were not up to par. When my polish dried, My nails had grooves from the sanding tool. Also high and low spots. That, and the fact that a few of my nails have popped right off (not typical) it just didnt work out for me...

Walked in about 90 minutes before closing and had about a one minute wait, just enough time to pick a color! The staff was friendly and Sam did a beautiful job on my nails (acrylic fill). My nails always turn out beautiful! I dont get these ladies that expect to walk in and get helped right away. These are small family owned businesses that cant staff 5 people constantly because you might walk in. I try to always make an appt or expect I may wait or have to come back. If you expect immediate service when you walk in, you should go to a larger shop. Make an appt so they can be staffed or tell you they need to do another time. Trying to post a picture of my Christmas nails, they are perfect!!

First visit. When I got home & looked at my toenails he did a poor job. One big toe has a thick line across it and every toe isnt completely covered all the way. Already looks like nails were done 2 weeks ago.Not satisfied

Im sure they do fine work, but I had a bad experience on a walk in appt. They were very friendly, but the tools seemed communal and not recently sterilized. The cuticle pusher was very painful into my skin. I got a 10+ minute massage on one leg that burned my skin raw, and less than a minute on the other. Similar with the hot (lukewarm) stones.My tech kept getting up and walking away, then coming back, clearly not remembering where he left off. The polish was poorly done and uneven, and there was no shaping of my nails at all. After I sat for 25 minutes and wanted to pay, I told them the polish wasnt great, but didnt want to sit anymore and have them fix it. She wanted me to be happy so she slapped more polish on, leaving bumps all over with clear layers showing (4). Two days later what hasnt chipped off is still bumpy and shows 4 layers in different patterns, and is still on my cuticles, so I removed it myself. They do not allow tipping with card payment and all I had was a 10, so I left annoyed that I tipped that much for a subpar pedicure that cost $45. Im sure this is an isolated incident, but it was my first and last visit.
