They were a little behind due to a tough nail design before me, but I am very happy with my nails. I have never been to a nail salon that takes so much time to perfect every detail from shape to color. And the ladies working were very kind. I will definitely be coming back! I love the people who work here. They use old nail filers to file. My nails are not straight 😒 and the nail tech didnt do a good job on flattening the acrylic. But the pedicure was really nice and relaxing.

Every time I call and set an appt I have to wait minimum of 15 minutes either due to poor scheduling or taking walk ins and not paying attention to appointment times. Very irritating what’s the point of making appt and the husband of Sylvia the owner (very nice man) wants me to keep coming….I won’t even try anymore. this is the 2nd time I’ve walked out without service due to having to wait well after my appointment time. At least start taking my nails off while I wait after my appointment time!!!!They do a great job when I have gotten them done that’s the sad part. I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN.Try customer service instead of trying to make a quick buck off walk ins, appointments should matter!!!!

I absolutely loved this place! I went for my first time today. They offered pop or water, which was so nice. All the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had Jalix( not sure how he spells his name) do my pedicure, and he was absolutely great. My feet and legs look and feel amazing. By far the best pedicure and experience I have ever had. The owners were so welcoming! They offered me water or pop, which I thought was so polite and different from other nail salons I’ve gone too. My technician was Sylvia. Sylvia knows exactly what she’s doing. Her work is definitely amazing! She was so understanding and patient with what I wanted and excelled my expectation. I will never go to a different nail salon! Sylvia and her husband are the most caring loving people I’ve ever met, I definitely felt the connection there and I felt like I belonged! I always bit my nails as a kid, and she truly cared about my nails becoming healthy and making a suggestion to make them stronger and grow out naturally! If your natural and want an overlay find another salon. I lost 5 nails from May 14 until today, and I get fills every two weeks. When I called to explain my experience the owner treated me like I was a bum on the streets asking for free services. The first mani pedi was 165 and $70 for a fill. Shame on you. I had to come in 3 times to have a nails replaced. Ive never in all my years lost 5 nails in less than a month. Ill be finding a new salon. The quality is lacking.

Nail tech was too busy to attend to me properly. Shes seems but disappointed with service.

The ladies were nice. We called in advance and they said it was ok for us to get there 30 minutes to closing. We got there a little earlier and the ladies worked well and thoroughly enough. The only problem was that we felt rushed towards the end. We didnt feel welcomed enough to sit and dry our toes as long as we needed. My friend stubbed her toe on something and the nail polish smeared.I know we were there late, so its not completely their fault. However, they also did take us in at that time and we felt it would have been more professional to give us a little time to dry our toes. So, my advice would probably be to get there super early, even if they say its ok to be there near closing.

Van was fabulous and my nails still look great. I kind of got a little frustrated when the manager was arguing with me that I should have gotten gel nails. I didnt want them. My nails grow super fast and I dont want to soak them in acetone. My mom had just dropped $100 there for my birthday. But Van was wonderful and I will go see her again and again. This is more than a week later with regular polish and not a chip. Very very happy. Thank you Van!

I showed up looking to get my toes done and nails done. We rolled in asking if they had any walk ins for today. They said yes so I went to pick out my colors and shortly after they told me I had to wait an hour. Like who dose business like that. In addition I had a friend walk into the place to see how acceptable it is. She noticed there was a step for the pedicure chairs but I can handle that. Once we where inside and I was ready with colors in hand I got told I would need to wait an hour. They didn’t seam to be busy at all. Bad communication on there part.

I just had my first experience here a week or two ago. I got the hot stone massage pedicure. It was beyond amazing. Lynn was my tech. She talked with me the entire time, sharing stories and laughing. She really took her time and my legs and feet loved every minute of it. The air was fresh, no chemical fumes at all. They opened new/seemingly sterilized tools for me and when I was done they carried all the tools away to the cleaning station. My toenails look great and my feet are smooth but I really want to go again tomorrow!Our GPS kinda got us lost on the way there though. The place is facing Rice street in a strip mall surrounded by townhomes behind it and on the sides.

Definitely my favorite place to go for pampering. They have such a wonderful staff and their service quality is excellent. Many nail salons cannot compare to Glam Nails.

LiarsI didnt even get a chance to become a customer. I heard about this place from groupon, I grabbed one voucher and so did wifey. This place was definitely out of our way but we wanted to have a day of relaxation. When we arrived on time for our appointment, we were told by one of only two staff members there, that they would only accept 1 of the vouchers (clearly not list as an exception or rule), since they need to leave one of the staff members available for regular walk-in customers. So we were marked as lower class customers because we bought groupon vouchers. This business completely ignores the fact that me and my wife would of NEVER even bothered to have paid a visit, if it wasnt for the Groupon App on my phone! A quick call to groupon customer service for our complete refund followed that inconvenient experience. Trust me Glam Nails, Ill be making sure no one that I know within a 25 mile radius of your business will have the unfortunate displeasure of becoming one of your victims of lies and disrespect, for the foreseeable future.

Just a FYI Glam Nails is the worse place ever to even consider going to get your nails done. I got a groupon and so did a friend. And it said i had to schedule an appointment which i called 3 days before hand. And told them me and my friend both had a groupon and wanted to use it. So the lady i talked to set it up for us. I thought everything was fine. Then a few days pass and i got to the nail place. I told them we had an appointment and my friend was coming. And the lady told me we both could not use our group on and one of us would have to pay 60-75 $ for what we wanted done. I said hold on.. I called and scheduled a appointment like the GROUPON said. And told the lady me and MY friend both have groupons to use for the appointment. The lady said no. And its to bad. I told her i was NOT happy and the person on the phone should of not scheduled the appointment then. She made it seem like it was my fault. When it was their fault for scheduling it. Then i tell her why i am unhappy ( Thinking she would make this right). But no she walked away when i was talking to her..then ignored me and went on talking to someone else. I could NOT believe a manager would treat their customers that way!. I told her i will NOT refer people to this place simply because of how she treated us!. Then they went on talking about how they loose money because of the groupon. Not my fault! So my advice for everyone NOT to go there . There is way better places to go.. They were simply rude. Ive never been so mistreated at a nail salon in my entire life! NO Glam NailsIm sorry to even have to write this. But it was so disrespectful. I am not the type of person to complain either. But this was beyond awful. My thoughts is go somewhere better!!!! They are SOOOO rude! .BTW the review listed as Lang N is posted by the owner I found out AFTER i bought the groupon. But Groupon thankfully refunded me!
