This Team is GREAT! Very Professional and Honest. Andrew is awesome to work with. While deployed they have worked with My husband and I and we were to able to get my car fixed up and good as new. Communication was great and my engine got replaced right away. They are thorough from diagnosing the problem to making sure it is fully fixed before returning it to you.

A friend referred me to Vrooom and even though it was pretty far out of my way, it was worth the drive. They were kind, courteous and friendly. The quote they gave my friend without seeing my vehicle was almost to the penny and it was a MUCH better price than the dealership. Stopped by to get winter tires. I was concerned about the thumping in the right tire when slowing down mainly on the freeway. The man that helped us was extremely helpful, knew exactly what the problem is and that it could be fixed the same day along with the tire replacement. Cant get much better than that. Thank you! 😁

Ive been going to Vroom for years for oil changes and other maintenance work for my car, and theyve always been nice and respectful to me. Theyve always explained my cars issues in great detail to me, which helps a lot for determining what type of repairs need to be done.

I couldnt be happier with the service provided by the guys here! I had a weird issue with my Cadillac and they were able to get my car in quickly and flush the fluids and rotate my tires in no time! These guys are beyond AMZING! They are friendly and helpful. I came in looking to buy a tire because mine popped and went flat on the freeway on 35E going south. I stopped in and told them what happened. They said they didn’t have the tire in stock and they were packed with cars and busy so i wouldn’t be able to get it fixed right away but they gave me an option to leave the car and they would get to it, but i had my son with me and no way home so i couldn’t do that and they could the worry and stress in my face and decided they would help put the spare on for me i had in my car! Very friendly and I love them! They were nice to talk to as well. So I am setting up an appt to get all 4 of my tires swapped with them! Thank you guys for your amazing work!

My car needed front brakes and, of course, it’s during the pandemic! No problem here! They have set up very nice benches outside for those who prefer not to wait inside the facility. Everyone is masked and I felt very safe and comfortable. My wait time was estimated to be 90 minutes. My car was ready to go in 60 minutes. These people never disappoint!!! Highly recommend!

Great service. Fit us in nearly immediately and got our car back to us by the time we needed it. Could have sold us new tires but instead just fixed the valve stem that was leaking.

I like this place. It’s right by my house so I always go there when I need an oil change or tire rotation. They have nice staff and seemingly fair prices. Went there for 4 new tires and an oil change recently and they were done super quick. They have a TV in the Basic waiting room. They usually have an oil change coupon on their website.

First time there, and it was a great experience. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment after getting new tires. They where able to accommodate to my schedule, and got the job done quickly, and at a great price.

The guys at Vrooom are great. Very knowledgeable and explained things to me as they provided updates on what they were doing. Even when issues with my brake job came up (my cars fault, not theirs) they were able to get it fixed for me. I was satisfied with the service received for the price. Will definitely be bringing my car back when it needs it.

The guys here were friendly but were not great at communicating the price tag that came with the work they were doing. I dropped my car after hours, hoping someone would call me to give me an estimate at how much it would be to take a look at a few things. I honestly do not know a lot about cars and it frustrated me that I had to be the one to follow up with them. The next day, they called after already looking at the car and told me what I would pay for the work to be done but did not make it clear that they would charge over $200 just to look. I wish I would have known that cost they would charge before doing so. I ended up paying over $350 for a used mirror replacement.

Always go there for a oil change, good service but decided to fix everything else that was wrong with my escalade spent 1200. That week after fixing, all my lights went out. I went back to vroom got it fix paid another 300 but not all my light are back on, decided not to make a fuss but just this pass friday took my car in for a oil change and now its making a whole ton of noise. They said my altornator belt is cracked and the front axle seal is leaking. The last time I went and spent 1200 at vroom I fixed the alternator belt. My car didnt make any noise and I had it fixed recently before I brought it in to vroom for an oil change. I cant believe what I deal with every time I bring my car into vroom.

The best car place. Ben is so kind and honest and will always take great care of your car. I refuse to being my Subaru anywhere else. Whether its new tires, a patch, a general engine issue or more complex issues, they will never lead you astray, and prices are extremely reasonable

I work with a number of auto service companies throughout the Twin Cities. Vrooom Is the one I choose. There is, unfortunately, a great number of shops that are complete amateurs. But they know all they need is a sign and they can get business. Ive witnessed so many things that should never never be. On the flip side, Vrooom is an outfit of professionals. They fixed out fleet vans air conditioner earlier this year. It was a strange electrical switch issue.. They found it, done fast.If you were to take that same problem to the many amateurs around the cities. I already know, they would of started by not understanding why it wouldnt engage.. they would of replaced a whole compressor. Then, when it still didnt work.. Theyd call in someone more experienced with electrical to figure it out.. Then, theyll never tell you you simply didnt need the compressor.. they will just tell you that it took 3 days to get it and install it because it wasnt available locally. This IS the reality of the amateur cheap shops around (not all), I see it daily. It will be $130 vs $1000. That is the difference when you work with trained professionals like the people at Vrooom.

We’ve been bringing our vehicles to be serviced at Vrooom for over 15 years. The same group of guys has owned/worked there the entire time. You won’t find more honest, genuine auto guys anywhere else. We know because we moved to Blaine 6 months ago and tried to find a new shop close to where we now live. We have up and now drive 15+ miles back to Little Canada to have our oil changed, brakes serviced, tires replaced, and anything else our vehicles need. Vroom’s prices and friendly, honest service just can’t be beat.

Most honest autoshop i have ever used. I drive 35 minutes from home to use this shop, because they have always done good, professional work.

I got a flat in my back fire ten minutes before they closed on a Friday evening. They were the only ones open in the area, and when I walked in there were a few people ahead of me. By the time I got to the register after closing time, I told the guy my situation, and he took my keys and said we will take care of this. Super cheap bill and ten minutes later my car was out and tire was sealed beautifully! Very friendly, and treated like family here. Highly recommend.

All the staff at Vrooom Auto Care Little Canada work really hard! They are honest & always get me the best price for the parts & services I need. They are expedient & thorough. I have been a customer of theirs for 8 yrs. I have never felt taken advantage of nor felt disappointed. Recently, I had my rear brakes replaced. Two weeks later, one of the parts failed. Travis was very apologetic for the problem and made everything right. I really appreciated his sincere customer service. I recommend Vrooom Little Canada to everyone.

Love this place! Have been going here for 5 years now. Straight forward, had electrical issues with my truck and they found that my alternator wasnt grounded so they put a wire in and cleaned the battery posts for $35 dollars. Most shops would have put a new alternator in to make some money off of me. However they didnt and ended up making a customer for life. That is just one of the many examples of the honesty they have shown. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

Called for an estimate on a 14 Subaru rear wheel hub. The said 580.00 because it was a bigger job and they would need to use their scaning equipment to reset the ABS which cost more but, was stupid false. Anyway they are so over priced its rediculous. They must mark up the price of parts too.Took it to The shop in St. Anthony village and got it done for 400 flat.

I worked with Andrew to get two tires replaced (one of them flat) and a front-end alignment. I got an appointment at a time that fit my schedule, quick service, and friendly treatment. There was a problem with one of the new tires (defective valve stem), and it was rectified quickly with no fuss. Im always pleased with the service and products I get here.

They are a hard working reputable Goodyear tire & repair shop. I have always been pleased with the work they do. They can get pretty busy towards the weekend so plan accordingly. Closed on Sunday

These guys are great! They are honest and always have fantastic customer service.**Edit: I had my breaks and rotors done here in October of 2016. The service was great, which is the only reason I still gave them 2 stars. I was charged for ceramic breaks, which I dont believe I got. There was a ton of very dark break dust building up almost immediately. The rotors got very warped only 3 months later so I brought my car back in and they replaced them again, for free. 3 months later, warped again. I had the rotors resurfaced, but they warped again quickly. I ended up going to another shop to get my breaks and rotors replaced for a third time in less than a year. Now, no break dust, no warping. Something wasnt done properly at Vroom and Im out an extra $400 because of it. Wouldnt recommend getting breaks done here...

It does have some good things and some little bad but you will need to do your own investigation of what you need done, but make sure its done rite, we did go ask to look at our mdx acura 2005 he said tires no good bought new still had problems went to Acura dealer he said tierod was the problem did not need new tires, my husband sombandith was on receipt, we did go there I dont need to lie

Just needed a tire repair after picking up a screw in the middle of the tread. Got in and out quickly with a minimum of fuss. Friendly front desk person.The price was quite reasonable and the repair has held up well with no leaking.

I freaking love this shop! I was referred to them by my next-door neighbor who often took his Lexus here. He always spoke highly of them but I never took them seriously until I went there one day. They really care about my car Phillip and are like family. I have a Mini Cooper that had had so many issues over the course of time. No one wouldve been able to repair it for the price that they charged. And they always are willing to work with me no matter my situation. Ive been a customer there now for about two years now and I would I honestly cant see myself going to any other shop. I would reefer them to anyone. This is the place to go!

Without a doubt the best service I have ever received from a mechanic! My brakes went out of my car today and I ended up here to get my brakes fixed. Not only did they replace everything needed in a couple hours, but they took the time to explain to me what went wrong and figured out a way for me to save the most amount of money. I do the majority of my maintenance work myself, but whenever I run into something I cant or dont have the time to do, I bring it to Vrooom. As other reviewers have noted, they are very fair with prices and honest about work that needs to be done. They have never tried to push maintenance or service jobs on me, even its something important, much less things that can wait. Theyll tell you what they see and let you decide. More than that, almost all the guys Ive interacted with have had a friendly, inviting demeanor. If you dont know much about maintenance, this is important as it makes you feel free to ask questions knowing theyre going to look down on you or treat you like an idiot. Great, timely, professional work.
