Knowledgable get very unprofessional unfortunately. Never accessible, wont return phone calls and emails. I have rather time consuming and complicated tax returns so he probably preferred to let me go as a customer but what frustrated me was no communication whatsoever. I tried to get in touch from Jan to April and finally decided to find someone else only weeks before the filing date. Thankfully the new accountant is equally knowledgable and smart so I didnt miss the timelines.I won’t recommend Haitham to anyone due to this very disappointing behavior. My apologies to all those I referred to him last year if anyone of them is reading this.
