Super quick, clean and efficient . Compared to other urgent cares in the area, the check in process and wait time was really quick, My daughters and I loved the Dr she could not have been nicer and accommodating. As well as kind and caring to my daughters. And I was greeted within seconds of entering the door, by a friendly voice the girl in the front was super nice. My experience was great! I highly recommend it !! 😊

I was so anxious and I had to get some bloodwork done, but one of the gals kept talking to me to distract me while my blood was drawn and the doctor was so kind and patient, like “did you drink water? Have you eaten? You might wanna do that before you Bc one to the doc” like yes, thank you this is the best life and health advice I’ve gotten all year 😂everyone was so friendly and sooo fast!!

I did my annual physical check here in June, which should have been completely covered by my insurance. Come to find out 6 months later that they are charging me for an office visit apart from another office visit that I already paid them for to go over my results. I never had an issue like this anywhere else.I don’t understand how they can just charge you for services that you haven’t asked for or received. SCAM

Great care! And great Doctors. When we went yesterday, there were three patients ahead of us. Registration and front desk is a breeze and they kept asking us if we needed anything to drink or made us comfortable. It took about ten minutes to get registered and maybe a 25 minute wait as there were three people ahead of us in the waiting room plus patients inside. Thats not too bad considering they were busy.Dr was efficient, caring and took care of our needs in the most effective way. However during the wait time the front staff was keeping us updated on our wait time and made sure we were comfortable. I would go back for any health issue. Very impressed!

I took my son here for his school physical. The receptionist were very pleasant. They were very kid friendly. The doctor was prompt and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience.

I went to this facility today, due to a persistent cough and other symptoms that are related to a virus such as a cold or the flu. The facility is clean, the wait time was less than 10 minutes, and every person I communicated with was knowledgeable, kind, and had very pleasant demeanors. Had to cancel my credit card after fraudulent charges appeared from here. I went here for a vaccine and paid in full. I did a single swipe of my credit card so they should not have kept the card on file and nor did they tell me that they would keep it on file and possibly charge me for more later. Do not go here as they are fraudulent. They will scam you, be warned.Update after response - Still a scam. Still paid in full and I’m also glad I kept the paperwork that shows that and the things I signed. As for the “calls” you said you did, I answer all my calls and voicemails but have had the fortunate experience to have never talked to you after my visit. You have never called me once because I paid in full, also nothing of what you said is true. This only further proves me point on not to trust you as you are legit calling your customers that paid you liars. My opinion of you has not changed, you scam people with a smile on your face. You’re not rude, you’re just not honest. I seriously wouldn’t take the time out of my day to write this if I didn’t feel this strongly people were not going to be done wrong here. Went to this urgent care for a finger injury. The receptionist and other staff here are very professional, polite and friendly. I was taken inside in no time. The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. They did move to a new location. I think it is 5 minutes down there old location. I have been to both there locations and i personally feel the new location is better organized and well equipped. Highly recommend this urgent care if you need to be seen by a doctor urgently.

Had called ahead of time to see if I needed an appointment for my 11 month old. I told them my sons age and they said I was good to just come in with him. I get here and they ask the doctor and he said doctor doesnt see 11 month olds. Seriously? I drove here for nothing and wasted my time!

Went to the location in Lombard but doc wasnt there. The nice girl gave me the address in Lisle, wasnt too far away. As we walked in we were immediately helped by the dr. I then received my report real quick. I followed Googles review to find this clinic, and my pleasant hassle free experience there reassured my right choice.

Really good experience and highly recommend it. Doctors Immediate Care was able to get me in to see a doctor in less than 30 minutes. It is fast, easy, and has a very convenient Naperville location. The main receptionist is by far the sweetest person I have ever met in life! She made me feel like I was the only person she was concerned with, excellent customer service and the doctors were great too.

Be careful with these guys. They charged me upfront for service, then a few weeks later my insurance paid. Now, it’s six months later and they still haven’t refunded me the initial amount that made me pay up front. I used an fsa card, so now that has been shut off because i have’t paid that money back because they still have not given it to me.They made me pay up front. The doctor was nice enough and so was the staff. Administratively though, these guys are deficient. Make sure you don’t go here unless you have extra money for these people to hold on to for 6+ months. Now, they won’t even talk to me. They just keep telling me it should have already been processed. Obviously not.

Made an appointment for my wife at 12 pm for a test .they advertise saying walk ins are welcome not sure how long it will take for those but its 130 on and the doc hasnt seen her yet .whats the whole point of making an appointment if they are not going to see you for two hours after the scheduled time? And this is not the first time it has happened .We come here because it is convenient but at this point Im willing to drive a few extra miles to get immediate care

Went a couple of times for various reasons. The service was good and seeing an knowledgeable doctor was a plus. I have experienced a long wait time when the clinic was busy. However when my child had a skin irritation it was properly treated and for that I am grateful.

***TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE***I went in with my girlfriend after she got a bug from mexico with a referral from Targets clinic. The place was not air conditioned, and had a very unprofessional, run-down appearance. We should have taken queues from my initial reaction and ran out the door.The offices werent private, and we could completely hear what another patient was telling nurse/receptionist about his problem. She stated that she didnt want to close the door (which may have provided a little more privacy) because it gets too hot. The doctor we spoke with didnt offer any good advice and just prescribed my girlfriend with an over the counter drug. The worst part, however, was her medical bill summary from her insurance provider. They basically took everything that could be deemed negative off of her confidential checklist she initially filled out, and charged her for a procedure.1. She said she drank alcohol occasionally - they put a claim in to the insurance that she was a heavy drinker and charged her for a depression screening - which was never performed.2. She said she doesnt smoke, they charged her for a smoking screening - which was never performed.3. They charged her for 5 separate doctors visits - she only went for 1 visit.4. They charged additional because she was a new patient and because it was on the weekend.All in all they charged her insurance company a little over 1000 dollars, for them to write a prescription for an over the counter drug. ON TOP OF TELLING HER INSURANCE COMPANY SHE WAS A SMOKER WITH AN ALCOHOL PROBLEM!!! She was on the phone with her insurance company for an hour and a half resolving this issue and had to fill out a form saying that their allegations were false so her insurance rates wouldnt go up. Everyone please beware and NEVER go here!

I had a very please experience here. It was great coming to a doctors office and u feel comfortable and at home. The Wonderful Nurse/Office lady Carisa was awesome. Dont waste your money...I never go to the doctor but decided to because had a terrible sore throat, hard time breathing and swallowing I went here and the staff was friendly and helpful but when I saw the doctor she said i didnt need antibiotics and that I would have to wait it out. So spent over hundred dollars with insurance to not get help. I feel like my symptoms werent taken seriously and now I am left to rely on cough drops while I can hardly swallow and breathe.

Front office staff professional but that old white haired doctor was awful. Spoke to me rudely, asked very few questions and debated me as if I was a med student when I was trying to ask questions of my own to understand. Gave me no diagnosis, wrote a generic antibiotic scrip but wouldn’t tell me if he thought it was bacterial or viral chest infection. Never examined my throat. Streeted me as soon as possible. Avoid this place.

Thought some of the reviews were just being mean but theyre all correct. Went in with tooth pain and the front staff was super nice but the doctors were the meanest Ive ever met. The old doctor came in and without saying hello or anything mumbled something to me, when I asked to repeat himself he gave me a scowl and slowly said as if I was an idiot where... Is... your... pain....Update: I had to block their number because they kept calling to take down this review. Get rid of your rude doctor and Ill change it to a 5 star review because the rest of the staff was amazing. Im on Medicare so maybe its different for everyone else. I met Vanessa, Dr.Brenda, and a few more polite and professional staff members. The whole experience took about 45 min but they are actually really busy. The doc and I had an unrushed conversation about my condition and I couldnt have been happier with them.

I was not very happy with the doctor I saw. She would not listen to anything I was trying to tell her. She talked over me. She showed no interest in what I was trying to tell her about a side effect from 2 of my meds. She made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. She told me that the way I was feeling had nothing to do with my meds. I know it was it was in the literature I got from my pharmacy. I am going to request a different doctor. After that if Im not happy I will get a different doctor someplace else.

Cannot believe what im reading about this place. Hello people. i was there with my boyfriend he was very sick and cannot even wait to see a doctor the receptionist took us back to the room and rushed the doctor to see him. the doctor and his nurse are very nice and took care of him without asking me nothing and later on i filled out some papers and paid.

I went in. I have 2 insurances Vanessa checked me in and stated one of my insurances was not accepted. I gave her my other insurance card and she began to inform me how 1 insurance was gonna cancel as soon as she notified them by running both insurances. The whole time she spoke to me it was in a condescending sarcastic tone. I even had to ask her if she was always this sarcastic. She stated she didnt know she was being sarcastic and gave me this desert dry apology. I went back to my seat (mind you I am the ONLY person waiting to be seen). After a few minutes of thinking I decided to go elsewhere. I wasnt feeling good and I didnt have time for piss poor customer service. I told her she can disregard my info Im going to go somewhere else because I didnt appreciate her sarcasm. She said well youll have to call the manager to get your copay back. I dont handle that I left. Remembering to get her name I called back and she answered. When I asked for her name she replied yep its Vanessa. Im not sure how she treats other customers/patients but I can guarantee she spoke volumes about the facility. I never even got to see a doctor.

I also got a follow up call the next day and they made sure that I was doing allright.
