Place isn’t even there anymore

This place is amazing to go to. Small office but the people there genuinely care for their patients and see them with up most professionalism. This is now my primary care of choice.

This place is the place to go! Not only is it convenient, but also fast and efficient. I recently went here to get my TB tests for school along with other exams for my physical. The doctor was very nice and caring and answered all my questions. I had all my forms filled out immediately. Definitely recommend!

Phenomenal service. I was admitted to urgent care within 5 minutes and received treatment within 15. The quality of care was exceedingly high and the staff was excellent.

My mother was admitted due to heart failure and I had to travel from Texas to Chicago to care for her. The medical team that cared for her were BEYOND amazing. From the doctors to the nurses to the technicians, everyone showed compassion and kindness. I have nothing bad to say about our treatment at this hospital. If I or a loved one ever need medical care, you will always be my first choice.

Im not sure what these other people are talking about. I went here about 2 months ago and received the best service I have ever gotten at a clinic. As for the pain, I had none! I was able to get up and walk out the same day and while it did take a couple of treatments, I am VERY pleased with the results and the staff at this location. I would recommend them highly to anyone suffering from vein issues. They are a great group of people! I look forward to my check up in a few weeks!

First class service in and out in 30-40 minutes. I didnt even have to see a doctor. The nurse was just super.

Doctor here was very nice and polite .They helped me and my friend even without insurance .I went there with flu symptoms and he gaved us antibiotics that helped us .I recommend this location .Best place ever on Chicago
