Reasonable prices for service. Recently had both cars in for work and maintenance. Dropped them off in the morning and came back later when the were done.Parking lot is usually tight with plenty of cars but I was able to find a spot and park each time although the person picking me up or dropping me off used the lot next door that had more room to maneuver.There is a small sitting/waiting area but not sure its being used during this pandemic.Both times, pickup and drop off of vehicle was pretty quick.

Can’t say enough good things about Ogden Motorcar. I am from out of state and Tom did a pre purchase inspection on a car I ended up buying. He determined it needed some work done. There was a mixup on my end as to when I’d be arriving to pick up the car and it was not going to be ready in time. I told Tom the importance of this pick up date as I would’ve needed to wait another week to come back had it not been ready. To stick to his word, Tom came in on his day off and worked for several hours until the car was complete and awaiting my pick-up on the day I had requested. By doing so, Tom prevented me from having to cancel my plans and re-arrange my vacation. Tom went above and beyond to stick to his word and maintain our agreed upon date. Tom’s willingness to go out of his way to work with my scheduled showed me just how committed he is to keeping his customers satisfied. I am not from the area but if I ever were to purchase another car nearby, Tom has earned me as a customer for life and I couldn’t be more grateful for the way he handled our business relationship. I’d recommend him to anyone for a job well done.

SENT MY CAR IN TO GET A IGNITION SWITCH AND IT CAME BACK WITH MY WINDOW OUT AND MY TOP TORN.ASKED THEM TO FIX IT AND THEY PUT BLACK FLEXY GLUE ON IT.I ASKED THEM NOT TO PUT ANY GLUE OR TAPE ON IT IF THE COULDNT REPAIR THE DAMAGE THAT THEY DID BUT EVIDENTLY THEY DID IT ANYWAY. NOW ITS A CIVIL MATTER🤣🤦‍♀️

St. Thomas Catholic Church, Naperville: Our Outreach Office has been helping in need families with car repair through Ogden Motorcar (and Tom) for 8 years. Their work has been outstanding. They find creative solutions that keep older cars on the road, safely. They give back to the community by providing us with significant labor discounts and parts at cost. We are writing this, in part, to correct a negative review regarding a “torn cloth top”. The tear did not happen while Ogden Motorcar had the car and Ogden Motorcar did not repair the tear. We know this because we took the car to Tom for other repairs (ignition switch & used steering column), which were done expertly. We took the car to another place for the tear repair.

These guys really took care of my sons car. He took it to a different mechanic and they quoted them a price around $4,000. We took it over to Ogden Motorcar and in one day had the issue fixed it and changed the oil and the cost was about 90% less than the previous shop. OMG thank you

Thank you for checking for an oil leak and getting the oil changed. I didnt have an appt and they were swamped. I was told that the oil leak was minor. I was really worried about what the cost would be. Originally, Firestone had told me they would charge $60 bucks to find out where the leak was. They couldnt do anything without an appt. If a customer is worried dont you think you should help out? I was willing to wait any amount of hrs.

These guys are great. Have had them make several repairs to older cars and inspect a slightly used car prior to purchasing. Their pricing is fair and they are honest.

Excellent place. My car suddenly developed an oil leak. Tom said they were too busy to get to it for 4 or 5 days but to stop by and they would take a look at it. 15 minutes later he told me it was a loose oil plug and the fixed it at no cost.

The technicians work on anything from a Yugo to a Rolls Royce.In my off-roading days... they would always come through in a pinch to get a project completed. Things can get crazy busy but thats only because soooo many people know the wait is worth it. The trust you develop with this shop, keeps you coming back.This is a full service shop that does it all. Their front end alignments are the best around. You can be sure your hard earned money is put to good use and theyre very thorough with diagnostics.Tom will tell you if its something that can wait or it will cost you more if you dont fix it now. Tom and the team at Ogden Motor Car are the best. I truly appreciate that he gives you advice as if your car was his own. On more than one occasion Ive taken cars there that dealerships told me were due for $1,000s of maintenance and left Ogden for a couple hundred dollars after Tom went through and identified those items that really needed to be done based on the actual condition of the car or component. He has also been great on being a true mechanic - finding cheap ways to fix things rather than the most expensive.

Own a 2002 Audi A8, arguably the most expensive to maintain mainline car there is. Only own it because of Tom and the folks at Ogden Motorcar. Shouldnt be writing this because its already hard to get in. Cant imagine better more competent service

Tom and the crew are FANTASTIC!!! I trust them 100%. I have never felt that I have been had or that I paid too much. In fact, I often feel I didnt pay enough and sometimes wonder how they can fix stuff for less than others. I have dropped-off my cars (I own 5) there whenever they need attention, and to my pleasant surprise, I sometimes pay nothing... that is if the car just needed adjustments. They also install your parts, if you have them. A lot of shops will only install their (marked-up) parts of questionable origin, not so with Ogden Motor Car. I recommend these guys to everyone I know and have never had any blow-back because of my recommendation.****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED****
