My parents have taken their cars here over the years, so I brought my 2019 Subaru in for a suspected leaky strut. They were able to fit me in right away for a quick diagnostic. Sure enough that was the problem, but they informed me that it was a warranty issue that should be covered if I brought it to Subaru. They were right, I got it fixed for free at the dealership when I was obliviously willing to pay them to do the work. Incredibly honest and kind people!

I ended up with a screw in my tire and stopped here to have it looked at. They patched my tire for free and sent me on my way. They were so helpful and squeezed me in. Because of their service I’ve returned to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I will definitely come back for all my future needs. Friendly service, great prices, and just down the street from my house! Thank you!

Lisle Firestone is my go to place for all my repairs. Ive been to other shops. I trust the people here. They do quality work and I know my car is good to go when it rolls out of the door. Miles and Mike are excellent customer service. Thank you all at Firestone :-)

I got a flat about 3 blocks from Firestone -- so I kind of randomly fell upon the shop. But I am happy I did! Both Mike Davies and Miles (not sure on last name) were super helpful. I knew they had my best interest at heart. They did a quick and efficient job replacing all 4 tires and the conversation with both while I waited was quite nice too!

I contacted the business a month prior to my service for information. As a single senior female I appreciated their detailed explanations and desire to be as cost effective as possible and share options for financing. When I brought my vehicle in, they explained they would do a full check under the hood and no additional work would be performed before contacting me for approval. I felt they were being truthful and honest regarding the work needed based on our conversation, and the prior research and conversations i had with others. The work was completed by the end of the day as promised. All team members were courteous and respectful. This was my first visit and will come again.

Great first experience - they had my oil changed within an hour (no appointment on a Friday morning) and provided me with 3 quotes for new tires - good, better, best. The pricing was competitive and I will most likely be buying them here.

The guys here always have taken great care of us. Mr. Mike Davies is great. We had our car dropped off for repairs on Monday, it was repaired and ready to go the next day. I feel terrible for never remembering the shop guys’ name but they’re always phenomenal as well. Thank you.Edit: I recently called about some information on a service performed on my vehicle and was spoken to in a very disrespectful way by Miles, actually just short of being called a lair. Nobody should be talked to in that manner. Safe to say i will not be returning to this location. The shop guys are still great and i will still recommend the work they perform. Ive had no problems with Firestone in the past for tire-related repairs. As long as you know theyre not a mechanics shop and will recommend pieces get replaced instead of repaired/left alone, youll be all set. And Ken is great to deal with over there!

I walked in at two minutes until closing with a flat tire, they stopped closing the shop, helped pull off the flat, and put on the spare so I could rush off to an appointment. Everyone in the shop stayed late to help. I went in there asking if I could leave my car and changed my tire myself after my appointment but they insisted in helping me. They exceeded my expectations! Ill be returning again soon! Thank you Team!

These guys are great. I have an older I’ve had a few cars there over the years and they always help me, do it for a reasonable price and I’ve never had any issues with any of the work they’ve done. My Lexus GS 430 has over 170k on it and these guys always help me out! They most recently tracked down a used part for my break system and saved me thousands! That customer loyalty is why I always go see them and tell all my friends.

This place sucks. Matt is one of the reps there and hes kind of a douche. The mechanics that work there seem really nice but that doesnt change the fact that the customer service sucks. Just be aware when you take your car in. A lot of alternatives out are out there so I wouldnt waste your time going here.

I just want to start off my saying that my car did end up getting fixed, but my experience was not all that great. I went in for a noise that was coming from my car while i accelerated. After being turned away then all of a sudden having time for me, i was told that it was my tires making this noise (sounding like a boat). I found this hard to believe but i knew i needed new tires anyways so i went along with it. After waiting an hour for the tires i was then told that it was actually something else and i would have to come back tomorrow. After figuring out the real problem i was given my options on what i could do. I was offered to put my old tires on and fix what actually needed to be done to save some money. While they did try helping me the best that they could i will not be returning to this location and possibly none at all. I felt talked down to throughout my entire experience, im not sure if it was due to the fact that i am a 20 something year old female or if it was simply just horrible customer service. I also feel as though the pricing for labor was ridiculous, im sure they get away with charging so much because it is a nationally known company but come on.

Will definitely be back in the future! Great service, very reasonable prices and these guys know what theyre doing.

Ken, Pete and Mike have been so helpful to me with my car. My husband passed away and the car was not taken care of for the two years he was on hospice. I took it to Firestone and these guys have been awesome with helping to get it up and running. I drive 120 miles a day and need and depend on my car. They do not sell me something I dont need and never over charge me. I could not keep this old thing running if it was not for them. I can take it to them for a small thing like a blinker light and they take the care to fix it for me. I recommend this Firestone to anyone! Helpful, affordable and friendly.

Great customer service, came in for an oil change and a bulb replacement. The team found another pressing issue on my car and was able to get a new part and instal it same day.

I love these guys, and usually 1 girl. My dad used to take all of out vehicles here and now I have been going to this specific Firestone for over 15years.They have always fixed my car quickly. They only issue that I have had with them is that sometimes they dont have enough employees there to take me home.They are extremely friendly, if you are friendly to them and they are so nice to fill up my tires on really cold days or change my blinker light randomly for free.

Firestone of Lisle, ILL has always been dependable, reasonable, and solid solution for my auto maintenance and repair issues. Recently I needed a new battery which I bought from Lisle 3 years ago. It was under warranty and Firestone Lisle honored the warranty and replaced my bad battery with a new one at no charge to me.

The lady who looked at our car was great! She was honest and gave us some great tips. I wish I got her name though! I would highly recommend! 👍🏼

Great guys. Our Honda van engine was misfiring. They found out that although our van was out of warranty…Honda has a recall that extends the warranty to 8 years for this particular issue. Hopefully the dealer will be as good as these guys (doubt it). No charge! Thanks again.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Find ANY other location except for here to take your car!!!They are the WORST mechanics around. Have no idea how they stay in business. They cheat and rob their customers.Brought our truck in to get repaired and broke our windows and will not fix them. Our repaired back door worked for one day and now is broke again.Tried to work out problem with corporate,,, they are owned by Duke of Oil. Spoke to GM then refereed to Regional manger, neither of the two could come to a resolution of the problem. Their only concern is if we were going to bring the car back to spend more money in their location!!!!!! Corporate is a joke.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION NO MATTER WHAT!!If i could give negative 5 stars I would. Car went into the shop in better condition then when it came out. Their were grease stains all over the back, broke windows, didnt properly repair door, and found part under my seat which was supposed to go on track and was never put back.I HAVE NOTHING good to say!!!!!!!Response to owner: I am glad that you responded to our review. The irony is the car left the shop broken and was seen by your manager. It was discussed with your manager that car was broke!!!! Employee told me it’d be one price, and then when I came to pick up my car the “manager” had it charged WAY more than what I was told initially. They wanted me to pay for a service that I specifically asked whether it would be an additional cost and was told no. On top of that, insisting my almost 10 year old Chevy needed the most expensive oil. Um no. It didn’t. After what the manager took off, I still ended up paying almost $50 more than I was told in the beginning.

Came in for a regular oil change, days later I started experiencing problem after problem, when my car had been just fine before hand. Same happened with a family member of mine. I would not recommend.

Rubbish price gouging, everyone needs to make a profit. Tried to charge me $280 more than what I paid for the better quality Bridgestones I got at Discount Tire. Wont be coming back.

I went to this location because its close to my house and in my previous experience the customer service was great. Not the case today. I walked in and was never acknowledged or greeted. The man behind the counter was doing something on the computer. I stood in front of him for a good two minutes and he proceeded to ignore me. He even joked with a co-worker. He never said hello, Ill be with you in just a minute. He said nothing so I left. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

$128 for diagnostic check that took 15 minutes. I dropped my car off at 8am, called the front desk at 12:30 and he said they had not gotten to it yet. Stopped by to pick my car up at 1pm as I was not going to wait any longer, and he said they checked the transmission. Will not be back and advise others to do the same. Go a mile south on 53 to Pinnacle automotive or any other. What a joke for a privately owned store. Ughhh.

Ugh. Never again. I first brought my car in because I had a slow leak; They patched the leak and rotated my tires. Two days later, tire pressure was low again. I brought the car back and they found the bead seal on one of the tires (not sure if it was the one they patched) was bad. Fine, pay to have that repaired. Two days later, that tire was low again. I didnt have a chance to bring it in for about two weeks, I just kept stopping at gas stations to keep the tire filled.Finally on my third visit, I had to pay a $25 inspection fee. They werent willing to stand by their previous work or check to see if the bead seal was the problem. Matt, the front desk rep (manager??), told me, A lot can happen when youve done two weeks of driving. I agree with him, but think the charge was BS. They told me the tires sidewall was punctured (but couldnt produce a nail) and Id have to replace the tire; Tire price quoted was nearly double what I found online.When I went in to pick up the car, I asked for the Uber driver discount shown in the Uber app. Thats only for corporate locations, were a franchise. What? The whole front of your building says FIRESTONE. You answer the phone with FIRESTONE. Your name on Google maps is FIRESTONE.Dont honor their work, dont honor their brands offers; Dont waste your time or money here.

They do not take appointments. Went in at 3:15 on Sunday. Asked if they were available for an oil change. He just shook his head at me and said time to go. Apparently they close at 4. It came off as so rude and he did not say sorry or tell me when would be a good time to come back. I will just take my business somewhere else.

Had a bad experience with Matt. He tried to charge me $130 to turn 2 rotors that I brought in. Standard price for this job is $40 or $50. He thought I knew nothing about cars and tried to scam me. Completely dishonest business practice. Dont do business with these guys unless you have knowledge of what things should cost.

DO NOT take your care here for ANY reason. They are rip off artists. I had my car towed here less than 1 mile from their shop and they charge me $149. Highway robbery literally

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices are fair and about the same as other shops in the area, sometime less, and I have noticed that a few repairs they can do for less then what it would cost me in parts. I trust them with both of my cars, one is foreign, one is domestic.

Always too busy to help. Always told to schedule an oil change no matter what. Last time I got an oil change they did not change the filter. Usually when getting quotes they try and tell you there might be added costs to the repair for other parts that are unnecessary. Look elsewhere if you can.

There was a time, back when I didnt know much about working on cars, that I would have given this place 4 stars. But, Im now pretty self sufficient and know what Im doing, and some recent brake work uncovered some shady dealings.I had my rear calipers and rotors replaced a couple of years back. The rear wheels were dragging a bit, and it was stated that the calipers were locked up and not releasing.~$1000 later, I supposedly had the rear brakes fixed and off I went.Recently, I had some more issues in the back, so I put the car on jacks and got to work....only to find that the rear calipers werent changed. My car is an 02, and the calipers looked all of 14 years old. No way they were only 2 years old.So, lesson learned....do the job myself or search out another place.
