6 months into my lease and I am very pleased with this apartment! You cant hear a thing from neighbors thanks to the walls being concrete. Maintenance is free and VERY fast, most of my requests were serviced same-day and fixed perfectly with no fuss. The office is receptive and patient - Email/phone communication from them is timely. While there are some loud cars, theyre only loud for a few minutes at most and have never kept me up/woken me at night. It was a breeze working-from-home here. 5 stars well-earned!

Very nice place to live. Very few complaints about anything sometimes you can hear neighbors/cars but thats just part of apartments in most/all cases. Overall noise levels are not bad and living experience is nice. Would recommend.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! moved here for school, thought it was a decent place. They sub contract almost everything out, office can’t help you with anything. It’s loud cars all hours of day and night. And if you’re going through UTI to live here, look at other options. Way cheaper & way nicer!! Don’t get locked in here. Not worth it.

Management fails to have their maintenance staff fix things correctly the first time. You have to keep calling and calling. I called for maintenance to be done on my tub when I first moved in because it was cracked, and no one has showed up and its 2 years later. They better not try to charge me for this when we move out! The washers and dryers are always breaking. The fire alarm has gone off so many times where everyone in the building has had to go outside at 4 AM in the morning! Imagine having kids and having to deal with that! They also keep going up on the rent every year and the apartment isnt being upgraded. The lady in the office is rude. These people are a joke. This is the last year we will be living here.

Experienced very bad with this community staff member especially one lady even though the manager was good. we have been given three sets of the key of apt excluding the one post box key and been told that we dont have one, while returning they charge $35 as missing key of post box even though it was not given to us. A staff member(lady) was not co-operative and did not get any response on our sent email to her. View of the apt was nice, but we were getting very bad smell out of AC vent and bottom form the carpet. We complained many times, but they keep saying that we dont have any solution to fix this, that was the main reason to vacate. I hope, customer service can be improved after looking at this review to serve best.

Living here since June 2016. Nice and affordable townhouse. Other places around here were more expensive, happy with this place! As far as AC, yes, upstairs is hotter. Its not the end of the world. Raccoons, yes, absolutely. Probably because some people will not put their garbage in the actual dumpster. And Ive never been robbed the entire time Ive lived here. HOWEVER, yes, there are loud neighbors. Truth be told though, it doesnt really bother me as the walls are pretty darn thick. All in all, great place to live, lots of nice kids in the neighborhood for my kids to get along with. Maintenance people are incredibly kind. Enjoyed my time living here.

Nice place, awesome neighbors, good management.Each day brings new improvements here... New playground recently, new landscaping, new carpet, updated parking lot.Good community pool, pleasant and not crowded...We are happy here.

Too Easy - The place was clean, responsive, fair, and always working on the property. My wife and I lived here for a couple years after moving to the area and loved having the huge park next door. At lease end, we were able to work through the cost of any repairs and wound up having a great experience. Jennifer is wonderful to work with and I recommend anyone moving to the are look this place over. Thanks for the comfortable home in a new city guys!

Criminals are targeting the residents and guests. Car trunks are being broken into several times a week if not daily, management is so busy having everyone’s cars towed away....this is a very bad neighborhood

RUN!!! Management is terrible. Property is infested with ants and spiders. Would give 0 stars, if we could.

If you dont mind blinds that clip in place and break easily. Screens that are broken in the windows when you move in, door knobs that fall off, a Bathtub that start peeling, not to forget a broken sliding screen door out back, utilities that came from the 70s and much more! Please make the trip over and come see the show house with the most updated utilities, I promise thats not the one youll be moving in to!

Great place. Lived here for a year and it was super clean and the management was great.

We moved in, in April 2017 and when we first moved in the toilet was leaking the sink was leaking, the ac has gone out twice. We have an autistic boy that comes and runs into our townhouse randomly. There has been cops here at least 6 times since we moved in. There’s never any parking m, even though we pay for parking we still have no where to park. And it says they have a parkfor kids. It’s a swing set with 4 swings on it.If you’re looking at these to stay at for school than they’re fine, but nothing long term. They need to seriously renovate this place.Yes management is very nice and friendly and if something is broken they are on top of it at fixing it. But it’s not worth how much they are charging.

Currently residing here in a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse with my friend; we moved in mid-August 2018. The roof of our building was being replaced in October so they had to disconnect everyones AC/heater units for a while. Given that October was still warm, that kinda sucked on certain days here & there, but there wasnt a whole lot we could do. Aside from that, I personally havent had any issues here. Office staff is friendly enough & I find our rent reasonable. I think the location is great; theres an Aldi, Jewel, & Butera Market all within a 10-min driving range, which is awesome. Ive never had any trouble finding a parking space right by my place. A slight nuisance is paying for guest parking, either $2 or $5/night.

Living here for over a year for the most part a nice place to live. There are no parks night towards the fall and summer, the building are old so there very drafty and the rent raise does not equal the updates for the apartment.

Karen must be high. Ill be a bit more honest having lived here for over a year now.Price: pretty damn affordable for a recent college grad that also just got married. Considering the surrounding area, this place was the most bang for my buck. Two bedrooms townhome for $1200 a month? You cant beat that.Noise: some tenants are noisey, but with thick walls an a mature mindset, these problems dissolve pretty fast. Have loud neighbors? Talk to them, ask them to be quiet. Then take action. Dont just complain and do nothing. Majority of the people living here are families.Racoons (and other wildlife): the apartments are in a forested area with lots of wild life. There arent gangs of racoons. There are geese and a racoon here and there. They run away immediately (left my garbage outside once and found one munching on it only to immediately turn around and leave when seeing me).Car robberies: if you dont lock your car in an apartment complex, youre an idiot.Air conditioning: its central and it works perfectly fine. If not, maintenance is quick and swift (at least it has been for me)Politics: god forbid there are different demographics of people in this worldCops: arent untrained, are down the street near 53 and Ohio. Typically swing through at night (thats reassuring for myself at least)

Place is overpriced not in the best condition strict on parking good location tho but alot of nosey neighbors small in size for the price they ask and tiny pool for the apartment complex and people are always dying for some odd reason BIG RACOON PROBLEM cant walk at night due to families of raccoons in the parking lot and alot of car robberies so lock your doors at ALL TIMES and neighbors call cops for any reason only good for people who are living single with no friend and air conditioning sucks to and alot of trump supporters and cops in the area are very untrained

Stay clear from this place !!!! Worst place ever !!!
