Honestly what an experience Ive been renting for the past 10 years and this is my very first 5 star experience from start to finish. They make you feel at home from the day you come for the tour.If you looking for a community that offers you a resort class experience this is the place. I am looking to move Fall of 2021. I have been searching for several months and years, in fact, and have not felt more attached to an apartment complex as I do with Marq on Main. I visited them back in 2018 when they still had some construction, and regardless of the incompletion, I was astounded and breath taken by its beauty. I am more than excited to call this place home and I can not wait to settle in.#excited

We moved in on April 15th and absolutely love it here. The building is beautiful, clean and well taken care of; the staff are friendly, very responsive and super helpful; and the location is incredible, within walking distance of several amazing restaurants and businesses across the street!

Clean and well maintained property with plenty of friendly staff and residents. Downsized from a new larger home and the Marq has given me the sense home already.

The Best! I have not moved in yet but am very much looking forward to it! Natalie and the team have been so Kind and helpful. Even though I have had to call and bug them with questions and for some help issues on my part they have never seemed bothered in fact the opposite eager to help and willing to work with me to find solutions! Every time I have been there the place has been very clean and the whole building is upscale! Not to mention great location right by the train! I looked at apartments in many suburbs and this place is far and away the best!!!

I Love EVERYTHING about Marq on Main. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues or questions I have. The site is well kept and the desire to create a Community is very much felt.

Awesome staff. Awesome place. If you want to rent and want bang for your buck, this is the best place around a 10 mile radius. Its in an awesome location, you have the train to go to Chicago and Naperville around the corner.

A friend tried to read my review on here but couldnt find it. I had written a review in March, but now that review is not viewable unless Im signed into my google account. I dont think that businesses should be curating their online reviews. Instead, they should be striving to improve based on the feedback. Its not clear to me how my review was hidden, but it is clear that my 1-star is not being factored into their overall rating and I dont think thats right. To keep it short: Our experience at Marq on Main was not good. Communication was the biggest issue. We moved out this past week because we were so unhappy. This place needs at least another year to catch up with all its promises. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My husband and I were nearby and decided to stop in out of curiosity. All the women in the office were so nice even tho we told them we were not seriously looking at this time for a place. We took a tour of 2 different apartments and they are beautiful with great designs and materials used in each one . Good for Lisle !

Just worked with Amanda and Kim in the leasing office. Both have been fantastic to work with and are genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. They were flexible with move-in date, floor plans and were able to answer all my questions. Prices are extremely reasonable and the area the building is located in is soon to be more up and coming than ever.Thanks team!

We’ve lived here for a few months now and are very happy. The staff was super accommodating with our every changing move date. The finished are lovely and there is a floor plan to suit every taste.There were some hiccups with construction delays, but since those have completed, things have been smooth sailing.

An excellent property which is going to be a cornerstone of this vibrant community. Awesome arboretum up the road and super convenient to downtown workers being right on the tracks. They should be finishing up in December, so its kind of a mess right now on one wing of the building but its going to be top notch. I just leased a 2 bedroom and they are going fast if you want to not wait until December! Ill follow up once we move in and they are finished but the service and friendliness has been altogether some of the best and the property will be one of the nicest Ive seen in the area for miles.Update: As nice as the property is, the service sucks and I withdrew from the signing of the lease because they failed to work with us on parking. They require you to pay a large amount for parking on all vehicles and they have no other parking, so you are forced to. I argued this based on amenities not being available for months and construction going on as a type of concession to put up with that and they were unwilling. Well, somebody else can enjoy living in a construction zone then with no amenities and Ill find another place with a more relaxed parking situation. Corvettes dont sit outside in the winter, and Im not paying $200 a month.

Beautiful and quality apartments for everyone including the disabled. They even have an automatic chair that enables the disabled to get in and out of the pool. Amenities like up the whazoo! Laundry/Cleaners, store products deliveries (coming soon), onsite cafe (more to come), Get Fit Together fitness center where residents get to use for free and also get a HUGE discount for using one of the trainers. The trainers are literally saving my life! Staff is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Residents are nice. Dogs and cats are adorable!

Fire alarm is malfunctioning and had it go off three times in last two weeks, middle of the night. parking garage had sediment drip issues which management tried to fix by sealing the upper level garage. but many cars in the lower level are left with paint damage. management is silent with no response to resolve this issue.

These people have been the worst while trying to lease an apartment. Was approved and then they changed our move in date. Then we were told the unit that we wanted wasnt available and if it became available we would be notified. We contacted them about the unit in question when we notice that it was available again and they said well someone else might take it. We asked for It before your new applicant. Clearly the folks working here are highly incompetent. I cancelled my lease application with them because they have plenty of issues and we havent even move in yet. I would be very carful especially around Kim Andreas not a very knowledgeable individual.

The apartments are beautiful but there are constant problems. Construction is behind, gas leaks throughout the building with no communication. When something is communicated, it is the wrong information or not the whole story. Calls back from staff are slim to none. Maintenance orders go ignored. Find somewhere else to live, these units are overpriced for what you are getting.

I like the interior of my apartment and garage. Close proximity of train station. Unfortunately the heater and washer/dryer are loud. We’ve had gas leaks which initially leasing claimed they didn’t know about but their were multiple before. I can hear my neighbors too well. We still have no idea when gym or other amenities will be ready as construction is behind. Our packages get declined/returned because their is no place to deliver them in our building. Delivery people and taxis/uber cannot find our front door due to no signage and no marker of our address #. Difficult figuring out where visitors can park.

I was surprised but relieved to see that others felt the apartment and the service here is unacceptable. My issues started with the constant push back of my move-in date. The staff is not good at communication - I needed to follow up almost daily to get something any information out of them.The summary of this review is that while the finishes are beautiful and the location at the train and in booming downtown Lisle, the apartment unit, building, and the staff is not worth the rent or the time you will spend here. I cannot wait to get out of my lease and go anywhere but here.The apartment:First issue - Gas leaks in the building required staff to enter all units and check where the leak was. The whole building smelled for about a week. Once maintenance did come into the unit, it was left a total disaster. There were footprints from dust everywhere, the W/D machine was left pulled half-way out of the cabinet and the door could not close, the utility door was left unlocked. I had to submit in the portal to get them back up to my unit to put everything back the way they found it.Next issue- The fridge originally in the unit apparently had a dent in the door. I didnt notice it but leasing staff did and schedule a new one to be delivered. I granted access while I was at work. Again, footprints left everywhere. They bumped into the wall so many times, there were marks all over the place. They left food out after the transfer that was then spoiled and had to be thrown away.Next issue - As is mentioned in other reviews the smoke alarms constantly go off, we have a chair permanently under it. Even with the sliding doors, windows in the whole unit, and front door open it goes off. We have the microwave vent on the entire time.Next issue - The layout is crazy with the way doors hit into other things.Next issue - The sliding balcony door is hung slanted, maintenance chose not to fix this despite reporting it. Then it took a month after move in for them to come in and install the blinds for the door which have since then fallen three times. The first two times maintenance just screwed the blinds back into the same hole that had failed previously.Next issue - The worst of my experience was the bedroom ceiling leaking while it was raining out. I woke up at 3 am to the ceiling leaking and immediately reported it. I filed the report via their portal on 2/7 it took until 2/20 for the staff to fix and finally escalated it to roofers. I was told then it was only a small hole. Well, it was large enough to get through the ceiling and fall on my face while I was sleeping in a luxury apartment. Then on 4/30 - a little over a month later, the ceiling began leaking again on my face in the middle of the night while it was raining. I escalated the situation by hand-delivery a letter to the staff and informing them of the leak and requesting to fix permanently. On the 7th of May, I was told there was no active leak. I asked what they did to find they leak. I received no response and followed up again on May 10th. It was then that I was told their contractor found the leak and assured them there would be no further water dripping on my face.Next issue - I came home to my apartment that was 80 degrees and immediately let the staff know through email since my experience was that they respond quickly to that channel of communication. Marcos, the lead of maintenance, was at my door within 20 minutes. He definitely tried to fix and work quickly. He offered to let me stay in the model unit and ultimately gave me his own personal fan to fix. The a/c crew was on the next day. Unfortunately, it was found that a breaker was missing from my unit so the A/C was never going to work.Overall, the issues at this place are kind of unbelievable - the apartments were not built well and when there is an issue the staff handles it poorly, residents are made to feel like it is their fault that these things are happening.Adding this after response from owner: Kim, you are fully aware of every incident

I can understand some of the resident’s frustration with the ongoing construction. However, it really is only temporary. When you consider what is offered and how close the complex is to being complete...it isnt a big inconvience. They really spared no expense, this place is full of amenities. The office and maintenance staff have been tremendous in helping with move ins, any issues and updates on some of the on going finishing touches being completed. I have found their communication to be great. The apartments are gorgeous and the location is perfect. Lisle has a lot to offer residents. Get Fit Together, the gym on premises, is an excellent facility and open to residents 24/7. Joe the gym owner offers a full range of classes and personal training packages for various budgets. The Cafe in the adjacent building is a great spot for a drink or gelato. They are finishing a few additional places are more places in the new building as well. There is an eclectic mix of fantastic restaurants (greek, mexican, american, italian and a steakhouse) and bars and cafes steps from your door. There is also a local farmers market across the street. Not as big as downtown Naperville or Wheaton, but its quaint and people are very down to earth. Steps from the train and my morning commute has me on I-88 in approx 3 mins. The Morton arboretum is down the street and there a lots of community events. It is a great place to be.

Wow! Looking for your dream spot? Look no further. I would like to comment directly on the expert staff they have working in the leasing office. My fiancé, our dog and I were given a tour by Sydney. She was so helpful in the leasing process, introduced us to some of the other staff members, and most importantly, the maintenance team. The maintenance team has been outstanding anytime an issue has come up; big or small. Our place came highly recommended and definitely didnt dissappoint. The location alone sells the property! It’s so easy to get to the metra or to walk to get a bite to eat. The on-property clubhouse/gym/pool is also such a luxury. I normally don’t write reviews but because we have had such a positive experience, I figured I needed to let it be known! Kudos to all the office and janitorial staff!
