These guys are awesome Dust Busters who cleaned my condo dryer vents and exhaust pipe today! Louis & his assistant are professional, ontime and effectively. They cleaned out about 20 feet of vent pipe and cleaned up after themselves. Now Im not afraid of dryer fires. And will save on utility Bills! I highly recommend them!

The service technician did not unplug the drier before service resulting in a fire inside my drier that was put out with a fire extinguisher. Drier is destroyed and the owner is trying to blame faulty wiring.

We recently had all of our ducts cleaned. Our technician was professional and thorough. I appreciated that he took the time to protect the walls and furniture. Will definitely be calling again when it’s time for dryer vent cleaning.

My dryer just wasn’t drying the way it had in the past. I tried using the leaf blower to clean it out and it did work better but only for a short time. I scheduled an appointment with Air Care Services and they came out and cleaned my dryer vent. The technician was very professional. He told me exactly what he was going to do and even sealed a couple areas to make things better. The dryer works better now then ever and I will definitely call them again!

The 2 men that came to do the service were professional and work was completed in a timely manner. My only complaint was the stacking pair washer/dryer were not returned to the place they were. I removed shelves to allow them more space and now they can’t be put back up and I have to wait until I can have someone help me move the stacking pair.

The workers were very professional and knowledgable. They were transparent about everything they were doing. They worked hard for full 2 hours and totally cleaned up after themselves.They shared additional information about other systems to help extend their life.We were very pleased with their work.

This company was hired to clean the dryer vents by my apartment complex this past Saturday. This morning I received a phone call from the company telling me that I had not paid for their services and that I owe them money. I told the woman on the phone that I had a receipt for my payment sitting right in front of me. She continued to insist that the company was not paid. I ended the phone call and was called back very quickly and was told that they actually did receive my payment but the check was lost by a team member and that they needed me to write another one. I’m not sure if this was some sort of scam or just extremely unprofessional behavior. I have no idea of the quality of their services. I assume it was fine. I never complain about businesses but this seemed really concerning.

A close friend who is in the heating and air business recommended Air Care Services to me when several of the owners in my condo building needed their air and dryer vents cleaned. She indicated that she had recommended the company to hundreds of her customers.We could not have been more pleased with Air Care Services. The office staff was easy to deal with and scheduled a convenient time for me and the other owners. The staff was outstanding! They arrived on time and were very efficient and courtious. They did a very thorough job cleaning and vacuuming all the vents. They diagnosed a problem in one of the units caused by the dryer vent hose being uncoupled at a connection point in the ceiling. They opened up the ceiling, secured the hose, vacuumed out the accumulated lint as part of their service. They recommended that we purchase a small access panel cover for the ceiling which we did and it works very well.We were all very pleased with the service and the price. We defnitely will use them again.
