I hired Mr. Duct to do a vent cleaning and A.C. check. Prior to their arrival everything was working. Now my furnace doesnt work at all. My A.C. unit fan runs on its own with thermostat off and the furnace off. I have cut the power through the circuit breaker to shut the fan off. $400.00 well spent I guess. Now I have to hire another company to fix the issue.

This was the worst service Ive ever had.. I will never come back here and I plan on suing this companyDay of service techs, Devin and Omar came out, they were nice at first then as the service went on their attitude began to change. They werent wearing shoe covers half the time in my home, they were banging things, ladder hitting my walls, almost breaking my screen that goes in my window, etc.Once it was time to clean my dry vent, Devin informed me there would be an extra charge of 220, due to my vent being on the roof, took me by surprise because I originally told them before I even scheduled my appt where everything was and they gave me pricing on it.Once everything was done my partner and I looked in the laundry room to make sure everything was good and we noticed the dryer was push forward and we could barely open the door, there were scratch marks all on the side of the dryer as well as on top, there was damage to the lid of my washer and my dryer vent was damaged. I called the company back letting them know what happened and they sent the techs back.Only Devin came in the house to repair what was damaged. He claims he didnt know how any of the damaged got on my washer and dryer. I explain to him what happened and he refused to believe that this happened while they were working. Keep in mind I havent had the washer and dryer for a full 2 weeks.I had to call the company 3 times for them to send techs back to fix things and each time Devin came back his attitude got worst towards us. I called the manager, Tom Oplawski, to see what they would do about the scratches/ damages to my appliances and they said we needed to find someone to give us an estimate. Took me and my partner by surprise because why do we need to go out our way to get an estimate due to the lack of common sense of their techs. (Our laundry room is not the biggest so why not remove the washer so you dont damage anything)The manager began to get angry, unsympathetic, and refuse to take responsibility for his techs actions. He offer to only give us $100 back from the service. We denied then he offer to give us a full refund but that doesnt cover what I paid for my appliances..Moral of the story DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, PAY MORE MONEY FOR BETTER SERVICE

Cant say enough good things about this company! Weve been using them for several years, so naturally when our dryer wasnt working properly they were the first call we made. And boy am I glad we did. The service technician Ben spotted a crack at one of the connection points, which if left unresolved could have easily turned into a carbon monoxide leak! He stayed until the issue was resolved and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Will continue to use them every year.

WOW! Excellent service! Marco and Fernando were outstanding in understanding my concerns regarding my awful ventilation system and went to work restoring clean air throughout my entire home with earnest enthusiasm as they displayed integrity and encouragement in the process. They provided pictures before and after of their efforts and details of work done. It’s only been 4 hours since completion so, of course, the next week will be crucial; but, Mr. Duct was referred by a friend and this experience definitely seems to be a good one.

Be extremely cautious with this company. They damaged my ducting then refused to repair it!After my duct cleaning was completed, I noticed a large amount of dust clumps in my crawl space area.  These clumps were centered around one area where the ducting turned 90* and went through a wall space above.  Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there was a hole blown from the inside facing out. Their pressurized rubber hose penetrated the ducting when the workers were shoving it down through the ducting in the wall.I had Mr. Duct come back out, and the representative and his manager denied that they caused the damage and said that it must have been slit open somehow.  How a duct can be slit like that from the outside is beyond me. The damage clearly caused by Mr Duct cleaners.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Weve been doing quite a bit of drywall work in our basement, and had our ducts cleaned after the worst of the mudding and sanding had been finished earlier in January. Very pleased with the service!

Had our dryer vent fall off the wall, called Mr Duct and Sergio was out to our house in 30 minutes and everything fixed within an hour. Was great service and fair price for the speed.

Bought a new house and wasted $400 on these guys and were told they can’t clean out some type of urine in our vents that’s causing a terrible smell throughout the house “we don’t do that” obviously the urine problem is uncommon but I would not recommend them

The two men that came to clean my ducts were on time and super nice. The lead guy was in total control, but his assistant really didnt need much guidance as he knew what to do. I contacted this company to clean my dryer vent.The technicians, Kirkland and Alfredo, were sent to do the work for me.During the time they were in my home, Alfredo entered other rooms in my house and took some photos. Then later he came back in and took photos in the utility room. When I pressed him to explain why he was taking photos he finally acknowledged that he took some but offered no explanation.I attempted to get the photos taken by the techs through Mr. Duct as I was told Kirkland would do. I emailed and phoned about where the photos were that were taken while they were in my house .I spoke to a couple of people, including the owner, Keith, and was told several different stories. At first both technicians denied taking any photos. When I informed the owner that both acknowledged having taken photos- he agreed to talk to them again. It took several calls and several, clearly, false statements by the technicians and other employees of the company before the techs admitted taking photos and offered explanations that were not even possible. However, the techs then stated that they deleted the photos they did take.I pointed out to the owner, Keith, that his employees lied to my face, lied to their fellow employees and their own boss and I wondered whether that bothered him at all. I wanted an explanation as to why they kept telling lies to everyone. Keith’s response was that they were millennials and that’s what they do.I asked him again how he feels about his employees coming into my home, taking photos, and then lying repeatedly about doing it?These people represent him and his company out in the world and this was okay with him?Then Keith told me he wanted the same two techs to come back out to check the vent (another story for another time) and I could ask them myself.I told him there was no way I want them back in my house ever again. They had lied to my face once, why would I want them here again.That is when Keith insisted they were going to refund my money. I told him that I don’t want a refund. We went back and forth about the refund and Keith just said you are getting it!Clearly he only insisted on it so he could sleep at night!I just have to say I would never hire this company again because they, in my opinion, can not be believed or trusted.So unprofessional!!

Exceptional service! Between Keith, Mark, Tom, Ben and Sebastian i had an incredible experience! I would recommend 10/10 times! Fairly priced, quick response time, and a more than thorough diagnosis. Originally Ben thought my Gas Valve was bad, but instead of just rushing to the parts store and putting a new one in to find out it wouldnt work, he took a step back and re-diagnosed the problem. Turned out being the motherboard for the unit. I was very impressed at his ability to be patient and double check his work before he tried to solve it. Very impressed with these guys!! Mr. Duct did a fantastic job cleaning out our HVAC. Emmanuel was super friendly and even sent me before and after pictures. I can’t believe what came out of our ducts! I highly recommend this company.

Overall this Company does not treat their employees well. If one of the jobs is messed up or if a call is made by the customer to have a worker come back down even if nothing is messed up the employees receive no pay for that job. Background checks and driving records are not run regularly for screening. Please go somewhere else for the employees sakes, I’m really hoping this place runs out of business after understanding how they run their business. Their one hundred percent for the customer but invest little to no pay in their employees. Their workers are scheduled for 45 hour weeks and do not get paid for many of those hours if their is any calls for someone to come back down even if it isn’t something that is the workers fault.

Had an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning perform last weekend. The 2 man crew showed on time and quickly got started. I mentioned we were having some temperature issues in the family room and getting very little airflow. After the service, we have airflow in the family room for the first time since purchasing the house just over a year ago.Very pleased with the service, the improvement in system performance, and was surprised by the amount of dust they had removed. I recently used Mr. Duct to have my dryer vent cleaned. I called them on a Friday morning, and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I got a text when the truck was on its way, and the doorbell rang about 20 minutes later. The tech was friendly and also took off his shoes while he was in my home. He worked quietly and fast, and provided the before/after readings from the device that measures the airflow in the duct. The whole experience was nice and easy- excellent service from start to finish.

The technicians literally left my home less than one hour ago and I am in complete shock (🗣in the best way possible) They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and they had excellent communication/customer service! Very hit or miss. Had them out a few years ago to clean a second floor dryer vent that vents out through a steep roof. No issues whatsoever that time and was very pleased with the service and cost. Needed the same exact service this past week and was given every excuse possible as to why they couldnt do it including snow on the roof (so if you need a blocked second floor dryer vent cleaned in the middle of a snowy winter apparently dont bother with them - they have no Plan B), second technician after the snow excuse was scared of heights (ok I guess...) and last excuse was they cant send out techs with a longer ladder until COVID-19 regulations are over (because apparently they cant be in one truck together and I suppose they havent thought about driving separately but I didnt even ask). The level of frustration was unbelievable. Found another company that did it for me very satisfactorily within hours for a cheaper cost after Mr. Duct telling me all the reasons why they couldnt.

My Mr Duct crew did an excellent job. They were on time, explained the process, and finished my whole house in under 2 hours. They did not cause any damage, and did not create any mess. Just had all of my ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Mr. Duct and they did a great job. The vents were dirty and they showed me before and after pics and huge difference! Also, my dryer vents were clogged with tons of lint. They cleaned it up and now dryer is drying clothes significantly faster and more importantly I have piece of mind.

I have to admit that I was blown away by the timeliness, courtesy, professionalism, and hard work of the two gentleman that came over to my place today. As I told them, I moved into a new place just a week ago and since Day #1, there have been issues because the previous owner did absolutely no maintenance to the place. I was worried about finding a good company to fix the ductwork in the wall of my laundry room and also clean it. The gentlemen cut into the drywall in my laundry room (because there was simply no other way) in the least invasive way possible, took out the old duct work, and installed a new one. They also kindly left the old drywall so that I could repair it in the future. I am very satisfied with their service and appreciate the fact that they arrived when they said they would and also got the job done in a very short amount of time.

Before calling any company to come out and look at my central air unit, I was very concerned that the technician might work on commission and try to repair or sell something which I did not need. After researching many central air repair facilities I came upon Mr. Duct and I liked what I read in the reviews. When I called to make an appointment Mr. Duct was able to come out the very next day although my situation was not an emergency. The service technician was right on time and very pleasant. I also received a phone call 45 minutes before the technician arrived which I found most impressive. We paid $119 to have a technician come out to troubleshoot our thermostats, he claims he figured out the issues and that it would be resolved by the door switch getting tightened or by changing out the thermostats. He also informed me that if we still had issues Mr Duct would come back out for NO additional cost. Well, we did both of what he suggested, and the issue was still not resolved. Well, apparently the technician lied to us, and Mr Duct does not stand behind their employees words. They WILL NOT come out again unless we pay. So basically they want to charge ANOTHER $119 troubleshoot fee, even though the initial troubleshoot service did not solve anything. When I spoke with Mr Duct about this whole issue they claim they are not responsible for what their employees say!! Pretty much saying theyre just gonna keep our money for not doing anything. $119 dollars to solve NOTHING.Mr Duct is a company that only cares about receiving money and not the guarantee of their customers satisfaction. Not only that, they dont stand behind their technicians words, which, as a company, does not bode well for their employees. This whole issue was very very disappointing.Edit: After a few days of talking with them we were able to reach a conclusion that satisfied us. As a result I have adjusted from 1 star to 3 stars. Jason who came out as the second technician was wonderful and thorough, which is how we wouldve liked the first technician to be, and we could have avoided all these issues. Thank you for the follow up.

Had service done on my house, approx 950 sqf, on a slab concrete foundation. Josh was our tech from Mr.Duct. and he was personable, professional and curtious. He was in and out within 45 minutes, cleaned up after himself and took before and after photos of our ducts. I sincerely appreciate the work that was done and will be using them in the future.

This company was just phenomenal. I contacted through email for information and received a prompt follow-up. Once I answered a few questions, I was given a very thorough quote with accompanying literature explaining everything. That, first off, told me that this was a reputable company. Plus, the quote was quite a bit lower than other companies I had researched.On the day of the appointment, 9/26/14, my appointment was scheduled between 3 and 5pm. I received a call from a very nice lady in the office asking if there was any was the technicians could come earlier since jobs were moving along. Are you kidding? Be done even earlier on my day off? YES!! Score!David and Ernesto arrived promptly at 1:30. They were super nice and respectful of everything in my home from the get-go. They explained everything they were doing and asked multiple times if I had questions about anything. They showed me pictures of before and after. They put up with me being in their way. They were even chatty! I always love a good conversation and they certainly put up with me.Niceness aside, what they found in my ducts was proof enough that having this service was the right thing to do. The piles of debris, spiders and even construction concrete was astounding, and they removed it all. They even wiped down all the vents before replacing them, and vacuumed the floors. When my husband arrived just as they finished up, they even recapped the job for him and asked him if he had any questions.I settled up with them for the exact same price they had quoted me, and promptly received a receipt for my check via email. I was so beyond pleased, that I couldnt stop thanking them, and the minute they were out the door, I turned to my husband and said, they are SO getting a good review ... and I almost never write reviews for anything! I am SO happy. I will never use another duct service. Mr. Duct are my guys!!!

I got my duct service two weeks ago and after my service was done I went outside to have a cigarette with the two guys that cleaned my system. The cleaning was good but while I was talking with them the two workers told me that the company records all calls with out telling the customers. I told them they can’t do that with out telling the customers so one of the guys called another employee of mr duct and asked him if me duct records all calls with out telling the customers. The other employee said yes and they will use that against you in any way they can. At first I didn’t think much of it so I just told the guys to have a nice day and that was it. But the more and more I think about it I can’t get over the fact that mr duct has the nerve to record every Conversation they have with all the customers and not tell us when we call in. I will not be getting any service with this company no more till they change the way they deal with customers.

Rich - October 4, 2011Our dryer duct needed cleaning, so I called Mr. Duct. The two technicians arrived promptly and did a marvelous job on the cleaning. They even fixed the bird screen over the dryer vent on the side of the house after getting rid of a birds nest! Will definitely call them again in the future!!

Mr. Duct did a dryer vent cleaning service at my home. Space is very limited and tight and the vent is lengthy. Even went in crawl space to take venting apart to make sure the cleaning was thorough.

I had a 5 star experience. Previously, I called one of those discount companies...and learned quickly what a scam that was. Mr. Duct has the best pricing and provides great service. I dont believe my ducts have been cleaned in 40 years. They cleaned everything nicely, including the furnace. They even re-cleaned what the other discount company supposedly cleaned (and it was very dirty). They were on time, acted professionally, and worked decently quickly for the work that needed to be done. The price they estimated on the phone was the exact price I was charged. No gimmicks and upselling. They take their work very seriously. I would highly recommend this company above all others. They were among the cheapest I could find and I cant imagine another company doing a better job.

The air duct cleaning service from Mr. Duct went very well. Were happy with the current air quality considering the recent arrival of our new baby. Also, the technicians that did the work performed efficiently and professionally. There were also able to answer specific questions I had about the process and treated my home with care.

I filled out a request for service online to have my dryer vent cleaned and I received a call within ten minutes. Mr. Duct was able to schedule my work for the next day, called a half hour before they arrived, and came within the time frame scheduled. They were clean and efficient, and even vacuumed under my dryer for me after they cleaned out the dryer vent. Bravo!

I recently moved into a new house, had floors sanded and refinished, and walls painted. I knew that the ducts would be very dirty, so I had them cleaned before using AC. I initially thought about one of the discounted or introductory AC cleaning deals, but with more reading it looked like going with a proven company is best. From the initial phone call and estimate to the completion of the work, the personnel at Mr Duct were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful.The estimate was consistent with my final cost, and there was no upselling or reevaluation of house since my estimate of my needs was accurate. Additionally, the servicemen that came to the house were respectful of the new floors and walls, and were careful in removing vents. I have 3 small children, and the servicemen also worked around us very well. They showed me the ducts before and after cleaning, and also explained my heating and AC unit functions (we have a complicated system with redundancies throughout the house). I could not have asked for a better experience with cleaning my ducts and would recommend Mr Duct for cleaning of the air ducts. I did receive follow up email regarding any questions or concerns, as well.
