Pretty good location, great service. So far I’m pretty happy with the entire experience. I was hoping for a larger unit but when you’re literally getting the last one, the only choice you really have it to take it or not. And for the price, I think it is worth it until I can get a larger one. But the staff was honestly the most pleasant part of the day.

Reasonable priced just got to make sure they update your account so you can leave if you are close to the closing time. You can request 24 HR access at no charge but it doesnt seem like it has worked for us. My wife got stuck inside at 10:01 pm.

I had the privilege of working with John and Timp Storage to make my reservations, and he was super friendly, professional and patient with answering all of my questions. The facility is clean, accommodating and tidy. The facility is well located, easily accessible, and secure.

Easily the best storage unit I have ever rented from. The on site manager is kind, friendly, and helpful. The facility is clean and is an amazing price. Plus, it’s in a great location with easy access to the highway. I cannot recommend this place enough! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

Timp storage was awesome to store my truck and trailer. They were very easy to get set up I was able to park by truck in 10 minutes. Highly reccomend this storage facility!

Our stuff was ruined by mice they they knew about and gave us no warning and no compensation.This place is the literal worst. We stored our stuff here for 9 months while we moved out of state and looked for house. The day we moved our things from the storage unit to the moving truck, we were greeted by several dead mice within our storage unit ( at least 14, 6 of which we didn’t find until we got our stuff at our new house) and hundreds of mouse droppings and mouse urine everywhere. The mice had burrowed in several of our boxes and our couch! The smell of rotting mice combined with urine and fecal matter is the worst smell and basically impossible to get rid of— we are STILL trying. We noticed there were traps with what I imagine was rat poison outside of the row of units where ours was which tells me they KNEW this was happening and we were never advised.When we reported the problem to them, they said we needed to report it to our renters insurance. We did, but renters insurance doesn’t cover mouse damage— it covers fires and floods. Stuff that is out of anyone’s control. Not freaking mice damage. They refused to give us any compensation other than the last month’s rent which was a whopping $80. That’s not going to replace my winter coats and couch and armchair and mattress and dresser and shoes and clothes!Ridiculous.

Have had a really good experience with them! Would definitely recommend. The employees have been super nice and helpful. The storage unit was very clean when we moved in and havent had any issues whatsoever. Two things to be aware of: 1. You need to buy a specific type of lock for the door, but can purchase for pretty cheap ($5 or $10) right at the place; 2. There are air conditioned units (within a building) and those outside with outside access to your unit. We got the air conditioned one, which is nice, but it would have been a little easier to move in with the outside one. Do the best for what your needs are. Keep in mind as well that they are particular about food in there because they dont want to get mice (very understandable). Again, I would definitely recommend this place.

I wasn’t expecting to leave a review but I frequently recommend Timp storage to my friends and family. The units are new, the prices are better than everywhere else, and the customer service is really good.

Simpler straight forward and easy to understand sign up. Friendly staff whenever I go to the office. They sell moving supplies which is great to get everything in one place. The have an on site dolly for short use which helps a lot. The billing is clear and they are understanding of theres a complication. The units are clean, secure, and easily accessed. The climate control units are actually climate controlled unlike cheaper places. This is not only one of the most adorable storage places but one of the nicest in the area. Most are rat holes and have worthless security. There are cameras, pin locked gate, and pin locked does. And the keys are essentially unpickable and hard to break.

After looking at several in the area, we chose this Timp Storage. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. New and very clean units. Plenty of space to get our 26 rental truck in and out. The best prices in the area for same size unit.

So while it was easy to reserve and get my unit, I had an emergency that occurred, due to my own error, and the Manager, Marrissa(?) sorry I forgot her name, was AWESOME.So while I was taken by ambulance, she offered to unload the washer & dryer and even return the truck rental. I ended up having someone come and they were able to, but WOW that was beyond awesome.!Love the climate controlled unit, and the plenty of hours per day I have access to the unit!Thank you for all your help, the pillow while I laid on the ground and being there for me and my kids.

Awesome experience. Accommodated me coming in a few minutes after closing time to rent a unit. Super nice. Super friendly. No complaints here. Units are super affordable and first month was free, which is great.

The initial visit was so easy! The lady that helped us was so nice! We rented the 10 by 10 at first and it wasnt big enough but she was so nice and got it changed to a 10 by 20 with no trouble! This place is awesome!

Very clean facility. The owners are very nice and helpful. The place seems safe and secure as well. Unfortunately it is located off of a very busy road in Lindon and has a very small parking lot which can make things a little difficult. That being said, we have been really pleased with the unit.

Such a great experience. It took quite a few phone calls with other storage facilities and we were LUCKY to find Timp Storage. The units are clean, upgraded lock systems and a locked front gate. Peace of mind is key.

We got there at 4:40 and there was a sign on the door that says back at 5:30. We rented a truck to be picked up at five and nobody was there. Though they were very kind and they apologized when they got there and didnt charge us anything for the truck we rented. It was completely free.
