We reserved a U-Haul weeks in advance and when we went to pick it up at the opening time no one showed up to work to get us our U-Haul. We just sat around for about an hour waiting for someone to show up to work, we had to frantically call other U-Haul locations to try and find a different truck to move with that day.

Great and fast location transaction was flawless

Drove up to the facility and was greeted by a friendly gentleman who happened to be in the parking lot. He came out to the street to greet me. He gave me directions and took care in communicating the details to help me complete my drop off.He saw that I hadn’t a ride and to his credit and good nature offered me a ride and drove me home!!! His name is Jeremy and I recommend this location for storage and Uhaul truck drop off.

My friend and I used this location to do a local move. The staff member who helped was friendly and helpful. It did take about 20 minutes from us checking in with the staff for him to get the paperwork ready and hand us the keys. The location was clean and there was parking available on the street.
