Hire these guys for your pest control needs! Ask for Luke—he handled our massive squirrel problem (10 captured!) around Thanksgiving, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything from initial communication/visit with Guy (the owner), online dashboard to keep track of reports and make payments, quick pickup/fast email responses, to finishing the job was top notch. Thank you guys for getting us back to sleeping soundly!

I was not going to write this unscrupulous operation up but I have been trying for months for them to come out to our home to service us on the monthly rate we pay of a whopping $488.81 and they are a no show.When I phoned in Sept (last month) the woman was immediately rude and unapologetic about their lack of service and grew increasing loud to the point she began yelling at me when I at last felt the need to divulge that I felt that they are taking advantage of an elderly man, who has had service with them for years.We have been paying for over one year and getting NO service but this woman (the worst customer service I have ever experienced) yelled some justification was that no one is ever home. Which is not only not true, is no excuse by any means to NOT SERVICE a home and yet continue to bill us.Ive called twice now and just now again and she put me on hold to answer another call leaving me to believe they do not really care about their clients who should have priority after a major complaint.They will not refund us and I am getting nowhere as I can only speak to her apparently she runs the scam.After this review I am reporting them to the offices at our gated community and to the BBB as this is definitely an operation that takes advantage of the elderly as confirmed that the anger they display instead of resolving the issue has confirmed.
