I use drop-off service once a week. Very affordable. Laundry always well cleaned and folded nicely.

I have never used it. I go w my friend to drop off her laundry and pick up the clean. For drop off laundry, they are open all day until 11pm, 6 days a week. From what I saw, the place was cleaner than most other laundromats I have seen.Also there is a sign pasted saying their machines are brand new, and modern.

It is usually kept clean. It does get relatively crowded and it costs me more to do my own laundry there as opposed to the average laundromats within a couple of miles in each direction but I feel more comfortable going here and I trust the people who work here

This laundry its the best its not the biggest but the machines are well taking care of the place its clean it has a bid bathroom and clean plenty sitting just a really nice and cozy place to do my laundry

Nasty Staff. Covid caused them to close early at 10 I got there at 930 and they said I couldn’t do anything Because they close at 10 and I would be there too long.They should close an hour before they want people to be out by. I guess it’s my fault for assuming they were competent enough to put signs that fully explain operating hours

Pretty clean and organized. Good fees, WiFi and free coffee. There are Changes, Cokes and snacks machines. You are able to bring your detergents and also able to buy in place.

My man and I are on going customers that go here almost everyday. We spend lots of money and time here. It is a clean environment but the staff not so great.It is Friday May 8, at 8:10 pm and my man went to go do laundry. The door was locked with more than several people inside and he was knocking on the door to find out if the laundromat was open or not and the staff member unlocked the door and was nasty and rude after being asked if the door was broken and if services were running.Very uncomfortable and unfriendly. Someone with a personality such as that should not be working with people. Terrible customer service.

Sorry, but the staff in this establishment is rude. I now go to Village Laundromat on Hoffman. It’s a totally different experience. The clothes are not folded as neat as other places I’ve been to, and again, the staff, is rude. Anyone you encounter here is gruff and rushed with you. I used to actually come here but stopped for this reason. I only came back because the one I was going to closed due to Covid 19. I’ll wash the clothes myself on a rock before I go here ever again.

Last week I got half my laundry put into the machine only to notice an out of order sign. Didnt help that the sign was postage stamp sized for petes sakes!! lol And on a few different machines too. Not kidding! At least the dryers all seemed to work.

The workers do a good job the place is always clean from the top to the bottom.

Dont think your car is safe in the parking lot because there are camera s there. My car was side swiped by a hit I run driver today cameras are visible in the parking lot. The personnel there was absolutely no help when I asked about the camera she said the owners where not there and she would have them call me I never received a call back. So we stopped in and was told the camera are broken by one of the employees. I have filed a police report so ownership the will be a police investigation my car has major damage and the ownership here was absolutely no help .

Take my clothes to get washed every week the workers there do a great job and your clothes smell fresh even after two weeks of picking it up and putting the clothes away you can still smell the freshness of the tide in the Downy thats my favorite laundromat

Clean place my CONCERN IS THE FIRE alarm/ distinguish is BLOCKED by the ATM machine that is A FIRE HAZARD!

Dont use this place for getting your clothes washed by their staff. the first time quality of the wash was good. the second time they either used less detergent or not sure why but my clean clothes didnt smell clean. the third time they lost my hoodie and my work pants still had all the stains on them. Im pretty sure that 3rd time they actually just rinsed them with no detergent and gave back. the clothes did not smell clean. multiple pieces of clothing had still visible stains. and yeah my hoodie was not in the bag when i got it back.
