My comforter split in the washer. First time I ever washed this comforter and visiting this laundromat. I asked for a safety pin so the stuffing doesnt go all over the dryer and was simply told, No, I dont have one sorry.. I said to the girl working at the desk that the washer ripped my comforter and she just said Sorry. The dryers were difficult to use since they wouldnt take my quarters. I switched to a few different dryers before I finally found one that took my quarters. Not pleased with my first visit here.

Place is always pretty clean and attendant is nice machines wash very good and the dryers are kept clean, been coming here for couple yrs so far so good.

I went to do my laundry last week and the lady that works in the morning was very nasty. She doesnt help and give change to the customer. We been coming to this laundromat for last 20 years and will never come again with her attitude. She wants me to pick up dirty sheets from other customers. It wasnt even mine. Shes not doing her job. I told her Im gonna tell the owner and she saidI dont give a damn The owner should watch out for his business and fire her to go somewhere else. Hes a nice guy and doesnt deserve this. Shes nasty more than the previous lady that worked there.

I needed to finish drying my daughters outfit because the dryers at this location never do a good job. Went back in the morning to throw her outfit in the dryer and was yelled at to leave premises by some attendant who barely speaks English because I didn’t have enough clothes to dry. Was informed that the owner does not want his electric bill to increase for drying a few articles of kids clothing.I propose that we start a donations jar to help this business help pay for their electric bill because apparently running the dryer for a few articles of clothing will bankrupt them.I support American businesses and would hate to see a local business go under because they are struggling to pay their electric bill.Please contact me if you need any help starting this fund.

Im a senior trying to tote my laundry. Men were fixing a large washer, and I was a bit in the way. One washer I was doing my whites, I like the water HOT!! The white button didnt work so had to do it on warm. Very expensive. And the dryers were free but dont work well!! This place really needs to fix all there machines!!

Sign says last wash at 10:30 PM, yet attendant stopped me at the door as I was entering at 9:35 PM to inform me that they close at 10:30 PM. Supposedly, they close at 10:30 PM and from that point on, they clean up until 1 AM. Soooooo, then why does the sign say you close at 1 AM, but can start wash till 10:30 PM?!Ummmm, last wash means you are fine, if you started you clothes to wash in the washer at 10:30 PM. The attendants think theyre slick...I wonder if the owner is aware of this. Well, until then, bad reviews it is.

I also go to the FMJ laundromat they also do a wonderful job with your clothing everything is always smelling nice and fresh and properly folded

I gave my son a dollar to change so he could get some candy from the vending machine. However the machine kept his dollar and they would not give him a dollar to replace it. After the worker tried gong back and forth with me WITH AN ATTITUDE, because THEIR machine took my sons dollar (I know it’s a dollar but it’s a matter of principle), which he was going to use in their own stablishment. Never coming back here again and I don’t recommend anyone does.

Place is always dirty, lint traps are always filled, & they only have 1 big washer. As well as staff is nasty. You can only wash your clothes up till 1030 but yet there open till 1am. If you get there at 1032 they will actually tell you NO!! & go else where if need too!!

The laundromat has horrible customer service. If could give lower than a star i would. The lady who was on staff didnt help at all she only want to fight and theart to call the cops after coming to me. I only want to speak to the Manager said they dont have managers. And would not give me is name or when he would be available. I only want a refund because one the washer did not wash my clothes they were complete dry and dirty. I asked could she help me she said no.. So dont come to place
