You guys have terrible reviews for good reason and I remember why I dont come here. Website says you close at 10, yet the clerk was walking out and locking the doors at 8:46pm. Ridiculous. Worst gas station Ive ever seen, and I lived in Milwaukee. Ill make sure not to try coming here again.

This is the worst gas station you can EVER GO TO. Here’s my reason. Half the pumps never work. But more importantly is that, they literally robbed me in a way. I mean I’m still a young girl but my father went inside to pay for the gas and we usually put $25 for it to be full. He came back and he was putting the gas in the car, and once he was done. It was only half way. Now mind you, it was only at 1 quarter and it only filled up another one? It doesn’t make any sense. I hope this all makes sense but please take my advice and don’t go here and waste your money at this place.

None of the pumps work unless you prepay inside. Going to Mobile from now on and wont be back. I recommend everyone else not waste their time. Mobile is just up the road

This gas station is so poorly managed and I keep returning because its conveniently located for me but today was the last time Im going to give them my time and business. The pumps are contantly out of order but they dont even bother to flag them as such. The car wash is rarely working and same thing--never labeled as out of order. One day I waited for 20 minutes for the guy to try to fix it because he said he couldnt refund my money.

HORRIBLE CAR WASH $8 for a 45 second car wash that did not do 2/3 of the things the sign claimed it did. It left soapsuds all over my car. I could have done a better job with my garden hose.

Run down place. Half pumps dont work, other half doesnt have anything other than 87 octane. Pump handles wrapped in garbage bags. Never paper towels by the pump. Inside is dirty, none of the items have prices so take a wild guess each time you want to buy something. Illinois gas stations are mostly horrible, they should take pointers from Kwik Trip in Wisconsin.

4-2-2013I have been a loyal BP customer generally speaking. And specifically this station, that is... until recently! Over the last 6-9 months, the ability to find a pump that is working is almost impossible. There are 18 pumps, and over the last 6-9 months at any given time there are only 6-8 pumps working. Out of those, some of the credit card teminal on the pump isnt working and you have to pay inside. Additionally, The car wash is either not supplied with the necessary solutions & the blow dryers have been reduced to 60 sec. dry time. This is a poor excuse for a gas station.

Car wash is the worst Ive ever been to. Barely 2 minutes for the $8 wash and did NOT clean my car. Ill never go back there.

Worst car wash, left car completely soapy and wheels look bad. This gas station is not open until midnight either.

24 hours my ass... they turn the pumps off anywhere between 10pm and 11 pm.

Pumps always out of order. We never go back anymore.

Bathroom is hideous, cashier was very friendly.
