My Experience was Absolutely Horrible! I havent been here in a while. It used to be a great Car Wash.The entire format seems to have changed. Its basically a self service car wash for $20.00. The exterior of my Suburban looked better before it went thru the wash. There were areas of dirt that were never removed by the mechanical brushes in the wash. The guy wiping down the car (Just one person) did a half hearted job of wiping down the car. The areas in the back by the bumper and license plate seem to have been untouched. The wheels were half clean, and half dirty. I had to buy windex at a local CVS to clean my own glass. They do not touch the interior, at all. I had to vacuum my own interior and clean my own mats. If you want a decent car wash, go to the place on Route 106 and Old Country Rd in Hicksville. They do a much better job, for about the same price. I will never return to Washville In my opinion, leave your car dirty, as youll regret spending your money here. I usually dont post such negative reviews, but this place leaft me with the feeling that I was ripped off!!!

Great carwash in Lindenhurst. Kid friendly too. They have these water blasters that the kids can spray as the cars go by.

My car wash place of choice around West Babylon/Lindenhurst. Gets the job done, no complaints. Has specials on exterior only washes. The guy inside said every night 2hrs before they close. So its not always 6-8, just depends when they close. And no Sundays.

Truck was still dirty when we left. Seems like nobody dries the vehicles good anywhere you go.

Overpriced for the quality and service. $22.95 with tax and $5.00 tip ($27.95)for the basic car wash. Brought in my car today,it was not filthy or anything,I just like having my car wash on a weekly basis. Not as busy as weekends but still took about 40 minutes for the basic wash. Staff is polite and well mannered. The Manager should be more attentive instead of just sitting at the desk looking at his phone. He should be out there making sure the cars are being done correctly. Half of my car was half wash all the dirt and dust still there. The widows have streaks on the inside from not being cleaned properly or using dirty rags. Probably wont be returning

I used to go a lot to this car wash in the pass. So today I decided to take my car. But my car was cover of soap when it came out of the machine. The rims were also full of dirt and the ones is looking the same dirty. Not the same business I used to get back in the days. You pay for the service that you never get.

New place still figuring out how to operate. Started with free car washes, just have to make the entrance more easier to turn, currently it very sharp.

Just left Wellwood Carwash. It’s obviously under new management but after waiting in a confusing line with 2 different entrances from opposite directions You find out they are only offering 2 washes. I know it’s covid but at least forewarn people that you arent cleaning Interiors, which was a main reason I was going. They dont even vacuum or have vacuums hooked up (eventhough sign says free vacuum). Was 20$ before tax and tip. So 25$ for an exterior wash. Not right.

Was quick. No one in line. They use the same cloth to clean the inside of your window as the outside. Leaves a haze unnoticeable until later. Always happens. Changed hands again. Probably 4 owners in last 10 years. Maybe more. Im guessing they dont give LE discount anymore. Or they just didnt give it to me.

I went to this car wash today...to give them another chance after my last not so pleasant experience a few months ago. Didnt notice til after I left due to lighting...but the interior windows didnt even look wiped down...dirt and sand all over the rug inside. I left my cup holder out...that wasnt even touched. Back seat wasnt vacuumed at all. Still mud on the tailgate and side panels of my truck. I already pulled away and got home before noticing everything..so my mistake for not checking it over before leaving. I gave them their last chance this afternoon. I will not be returning.

I went today to get my car washed and interior vacuumed before turning it in. They were terrible. Asked for Ritz. Before going in to pay I asked the guy vacuuming to move the box I have in the back (it’s light and holds grocery bags. He said sure. I shouldn’t have trusted him. He didn’t do it. I paid for them to vacuume and wipe the dash and console. There were chips (not just little pieces but whole chips) still on the floor And the console was still full of dust and some drink spills. They didn’t clean door well to the passenger doors. They were still full of pollen when I got home. There are spots on the exterior that look like they weren’t washed too. They did a terrible job from start to finish. Go somewhere else!!!!!

This place is awful! Got my car washed and asked for exterior wash WITH WAX! Got home and noticed my car was very dull and NO beading when wet. Called up to ask if I can have it done again because I’m not satisfied with the job! She said I can come back tomorrow morning. Well, I came back in the morning and around 9:00 am and no one is here. What a joke! Don’t go to this car wash.Definitely don’t get that special they have; The one for $38 and you can go as many times as you want for one month since their not open all the time!!That being said, I’ve never had this happen to me ever!!!! Weird!

Wish there was a no star option. They stole my phone charger. I noticed immediately, pulled back in and said if they don’t return it I would call the cops. They went into the back, got it, and returned it. I regret not calling the cops anyway. Stay away, the place is trash and they will steal. The lady at the register even apologized and said “they are usually pretty good.”

I paid for a Ritz car wash, when my go-to carwash --- Lindenhurst Hand Car Wash was still closed. There was only one other car to be washed after mine. I sat at the bench, as they dried the car, cleaned the windows, and another guy apply tire dressing. Didnt wipe the interior paneling, dash, or doors. They were quick, but it showed in the days to follow. As I drove off the lot, I noticed that the inside of the front windshield was signigicantly streaked, where they rushed through applying and drying the window cleaner. That is a huge pet peeve of mine, because its a safety hazard, particularly during this time of the year when heat and humidity build onto and amplify any streaks on the interior glass. It was even more evident yesterday, with the sun lowering on the horizon. Never again!

Very friendly, all car washes are now expensive. But the men did a good job. Cleaning my car. I will go back! Oh, the cashier was also very pleasant.

I had them redo my car 3 times and it was horrible. The car was still dusty as well leaves were still there. They didn’t clean the dashboard or the monitor as well as the exterior was still dirty. When I kindly asked for a refund, the owner started yelling at me about how that was all he could do.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there yesterday and they did an awful job on my car. I paid for the #2 wash which was cleaning the interior. Seats were not cleaned, windows are all streaked. The people didnt speak English so I could not even explain what was wrong with the service. They had all nasty looks on their faces. Dont go there. No manager was watching over them. I will never go back and the money I was going to tip them with never made it to them.

They do hand washes with no soap they spray with water scrub and more water 50$ for water the owners and managers could care less about the complaint all they could say is I didn’t watch them do it . Do not waste your time or money at this place they didn’t even have an excuse or explanation they could care less about you car truck or your experience at there business they just want your money and don’t care if they loose your business

The worst. Every time I go I spend the money to get the best car wash and interior clean The Ritz. Every time Im there I find myself having to make several requests to re clean the interior where they missed huge areas. Seems like the employees do not care. If 0 stars was an option thats what I would give. Thats my last time there.

Today was my second time using this carwash... The 1st time was 6 months ago & it was horrible, I thought I would give them another chance... MISTAKE!!! They didnt thoroughly dry my jeep, they didnt vacuum the drivers mat thoroughly or the drivers floor under the mat. They used the air pump to blow the dust from the floor which then ended up on my leather seats & they didnt clean them!!! Never again!!!

This place is not how it use to be. I spend a good amount of money there and I shouldnt have to come home and do any cleaning. My windows had streaks all in the inside, my seats still had dirt in them, my dash board was like half cleaned and when they get done with your car they dont even let you know if your not paying attention they will just let it sit there and walk away. If i didnt have to give this place a star I would of gave it 0.

I understand stand that I only got the basic wash but for $17 u would think u would get a basic wash.... they didnt even wash the windows on the inside... I could have done it myself for free and they hardly vacuumed the car they didnt even move my mats... I even tipped $5 .... I will never go here again 👎👎

They always do a stellar job on the outside of the cars, but I wish they did more on the interior. They use compressed air to blow the dirt and dust off the seats, but I wish they did some quick wipe down with a cleaner/leather treatment spray for leather interiors. But, again, outside of the car always looks sharp after a carwash (Im not reviewing/talking about a full detail)

Just spent $23 on the Deluxe special. As soon as I got home less than a half a mile away, it became apparent that the car was barely even washed. There was dirt specks still all over it, white powdery residue from the chemicals, and streak marks all over it. I took it back no more than 5 minutes after leaving, and the 20-year-old kid of a manager refused to give me a refund and acted like those dirt specks needed to be brought to a detailing place to get cleaned. Jokes on you buddy, Im filing a chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

They do an excellent job. I use my car as my office/home lol. Managing several buildings Im in my car a lot. Papers, lunches etc. Bring it in every month filthy and leave looking new.

Service is very slow. For the time spent & the price, the job could have been better, they missed spots on the vehicle and on the rims. If you are planning to go there during your lunch break be prepared to spend close to 45 minutes from start to finish just for a regular wash.

Stay away!!! Bad service!!! They charged me so much for detailing a car and when they done the car still smells and looks dirty. They didn’t even touch the engine bay or trunk. I had to ask them to redo it and they wanted to charge again! The use so little tire shine that it barely shines!

Worst car wash I have ever received. I got the number two and paid extra because I went a little long in between washes. When I got back into my car, nothing inside was clean, everything was pushed to the floor and all the dust still sitting on the dash board.At least I know where I’m not going anymore to get my car washed!

What a disaster. Brought my car here last week and what a terrible job. Dirt still in the door handles and cup holders. Rear view never wiped. Dash still had dirt. The back seats were still dirty. Dirt still on the rear bumper.I recognise I was probably the last car for the day as I rolled in at around 530 and the guys probably wanted to get the hell out but not when I pay $30 for a car wash. unacceptable. Ill stick to some guys car wash in deer Park or oak Street car wash in copiague. Cheaper with better results.

Had to be one of the worst car washes Ive ever gotten. There were dirty streaks all over my car and when I told the guy about it he didnt even care to clean it. Also asked for tire shine so they put something on the tires but it did not shine at all or even clean them up. I would stay away from this place.

Requested the Deluxe Wash and for the amount of the wash and tips, I was disappointed. They didnt do a very good job vacuuming the interior and it took 3 people to do a terrible job detailing my car. I had to tell them to dress the tires and they looked at me like I was crazy. Since new owners have taken over, its gone down hill!

Dont use this place, they are overly priced and they did a terrible job on my car. They didnt clean all the windows and the windows that they did clean they left streaks all over them. I ended up having to reclean them myself. They also left wax all over my car, which I also had to clean off. So if I had to reclean the car what was the point of spending money for this place to do it for me? take your car somewhere else.

Ive been here many times before. Although they usually do an okay job, Ive never had a problem. Today was very unusual. They refused to do the top tier cleaning service without an explanation why. So I accepted a lower one with a shrug. Afterwards they somehow turned the car off and off course couldnt start it again since I had the key. I learned after the car was washed that they broke the ignition knob while trying to start it. When I confronted them, the only response I was given was to try calling tomorrow to talk to the owner. I will certainly call, but with this kind of response I dont expect much.

I got a groupon for a Ritz car wash at this place, and was nervous to use it when I saw the reviews on google. I have to say I am very glad I went there. The winter did some major damage on the inside of my car, bringing dust, dirt, and leaves inside. When I pulled up to the wash I was immediately greeted by a member of the staff, and was treated with such kindness. The staff wad vacuumed, and washed the inside mats of my car. There was a fun little toy you could use during the wash that shot suds out at your car, which was a nice touch. They hand dried my car and wiped down the dash and seats on the inside as well. Definitely will be using this wash again in the future.

I paid $21.65 with tax for an exterior/interior wash. While the exterior came out great, with the guys cleaning anything that was missed; the inside is basically just a vacuuming.I had water spots on my door trim panel from a few drops of rain that were still there. No cleaning of the cup holders or radio area either.I didnt interact with any staff so i cant comment on that. It is a clean and modern business but the price does not justify the cleaning.I understand its only a car wash im reviewing but when you spend over $20 you would expect to not catch any dirty areas once you get back into your car.I didnt factor my tip to the guys into the total price of the wash.I wouldnt recommend the wash for the value.

Usually totally satisfied with the service, but not so much today. Excess dirt and sand not vacuumed out of the car. I had to was some clearly caked on bird droppings off thw side of the car myself.

Went there for the second time. First was when I had a GroupOn and had my friends Newer Nissan Titan wash. That experience was great the woman behind the counter was informative and let me know how long it would be, seemed to be a tight running ship. That was a few months ago.This time I went no GroupOn but still opted for the $50 VIP wash figuring they deserved it and the service was worth it from last time. I was wrong. The attendant behind the counter litterally only said the price to me, he was engrossed in Cops on the television. I watched as two of the washers couldnt figure out how to shut the trunk of a BMW X5 so instead of telling the owner they just pulled it down so it looked like it was closed. (They needed to push the button on the trunk lid in some order) They never asked or informed the driver and he didnt notice because he was on his cell phone. I told him I didnt think they closed his trunk which he confirmed when his was was over and he had to open the trunk to then push the button to close it, but since they basicly forced it down it took him a few minutes to get it right.My daily driver car which is a much older Buick didnt receive close to the ammount of attention that the much nicer cars that paid for cheaper washes received. I didnt notice it while I was there but after leaving and getting lunch, in the heat of the parking lot ALL of my windows including my windshield became covered in fog and streak marks, I had to go back inside the restaurant to ask for a hand full of napkins while I spent 15 mins wiping down my windows so I could drive. The tire shine was streaky and inconsistent. Overall not even close to a value for the $50. If your going here, dont opt for the VIP. For now Ill take my business elsewhere.

Horrible Service! Today I experienced what I would consider the worst carwash from this establishment. I purchased the Ritz which retails for $29.99 which is the 2nd best carwash they offer.This wash was horrendous! The entire roof of my car - filthy...not spots of dirt...filthy as in untouched with soap/water/brush. The entire roof of my car suffered the same affliction. After payment I went back in and spoke to the nice woman behind the counter, she agreed that it was wrong and offered my next carwash for free.After going back outside one of the employees proceeds to inform me that my car is dirt because it requires a detailing. This statement was and is untrue, my car is a 2014 ford with 8,000 miles on it and I purchased the Xlenolylol treatment from Ford. Dirt doesnt even stick to this car, cleaning it is 100% effortless.So at this point I explain the circumstances, the owner is nowhere to be found and as Im going back and forth with the employee, other patrons are expressing their unsatisfactory results as well. I returned the free car wash and asked for a full refund which was provided.The door jams - filthyWheels and rims - spotty at BESTLower quarter panels spotty at BESTThe interior - UNTOUCHED and filthy..Stay away from this place!

I have been to this place twice now the first time i went it was on overcast day and no one was there and i got a decent car wash and everything was cleaned inside and out. last week i went for the second time it was a nice day and there was a line, while i waited half an hour for my car to be finished (it sat in the parking lot untocuhed) while ever car the manager had to tell it guys 3 of them to reclean a ton of places on every car. when my car was done i get in and drive away, the only thing cleaned on the inside of my car was half my windshield and car vaccuumed they didnt even empty my trash can, wipe the dashborad or clean out my cup holders. i will neve go here again i am even going to rip up the last groupon i have for them its not worth it. go to the car wash of montauk
