Owner and mechanics are friendly, work was done correctly but I was definitely overcharged. Went in expecting to spend 2x less than what I did. Labor rate must be very high. An easy fix and a $20 part costed me $200. Work is done good but not worth the price you pay.

Absolutely the most RELIABLE and HONEST shop to work with. I bring both my vehicles to Richards for all work and servicing. I recently brought my 2012 Mercedes Benz GL450 to Richard because my air suspension was not rising. Richard detected the issue immediately and informed me what had to be changed, he quickly worked up a quote and as always gave me the best and most honest pricing. Richard is a great person, not looking to get rich overnight by over pricing, he is an honest individual, his staff is great and they get the job done quickly and right. I recommend Richards auto repair and body for all work needed to be done to your vehicle.

I just had my 2011 BMW 535xi repaired here through my insurance after an an accident. I picked this place because my insurance me recommended service, and I wanted to have the car repaired quickly. The work involved replacing and painting the front bumper, replacing fog light and few other parts after I hit a post on the side of the road. Quality of the work was outstanding, the paint matching was excellent and the service was very good.

I have been trying to contact you guys for the past week all of the sudden your phones are temporary disconnected. you guys have online that you are open on Saturdays. I showed up and the door was locked. I really dont appreciate this BS. This is a joke.

No one came to my assistance when I arrived and would walked right passed me when I asked for assistance. I finally met up with the boss after a half hour of waiting. I told him I came in to get my tires balanced. Something that should take no longer than 10 minutes. He told me to return in an hour. At the time of my first arrival he had two guys changing the brakes on a car. I came back an hour later and again I waited another half hour even after the boss himself walked passed me multiple times. Eventually he told me when that car was done, the car getting its brakes changed. My car will be next. I asked him how long until that car was finished and he told me 10 minutes. I waited another hour before those guys finally finished on that car. When they did finish, my car wasnt next like the boss had told me. They proceeded to take on customers that had just arrived and worked on their cars instead of mine. When I noticed this I got fedup and left. I went to another garage right down the street from them and they took care of me immediately. Spent less than 10 minutes there and I was on my way. I came into Richards with at most, a 10 minute job. And wasted around 3 hours of my day because of the horrible customer service at this garage. I am never brining my car to this place again and would not recommend anyone waste their time going there.

They never gave me a call to update me on my car I had to keep calling them. at the end they never did anything to the car not even look at it!! waste of time !!!
