I have a 2018 Ford Focus RS and they did phenomenal work on my built engine and transmission! They took care of me as if I was part of their family. If anyone is seriously looking for a reputable shop that does things the right way, Speed Performance is the shop for you. I’ve paid around $11k to replace things on my car twice because they weren’t done the right way the first time around. I’ve had to replace my engine, transmission, and sound system because I paid people to do the work for it the first time and they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. I’m not going to put those shops on blast, that is not what this post is about. Speed Performance is the best shop on the East Coast and the best shop for any Ecoboost Engine Platform. Thank you guys again for your amazing work! I really appreciate everything they did for me and wish I would have went to them in the first place!

If your looking to get your motor built, this is the place! Fully built the motor for my car the paint work was incredible! My block looked brand new! The customer service their is incredible! I still speak with owner, he has reached out to me several times to check up and make sure everything is going well, he has answered any and all my questions. There aren’t alot of place you go nowadays that after the work is done they reach out and make sure everything is going well. My motor has no issues at all! I can honestly say that my money was well spent!!

Built and shipped my stage 2 focus st motor. Very responsive group of guys that answered all of my annoying questions. All used parts (head) I shipped down came back looking new. Motor has been holding strong at 425 whp (525 on nitrous) for over 10k now. They also serviced my injectors. Had them back in under a week from the day I shipped them.... strongly recommend these guys.

After nearly 5 years of ownership, I had eventually come to terms with selling my RS. I posted my situation on Facebook, and SP63 reached out to me and asked if they could take a look at it for me. I have been following this shop for some time and kick myself for not going with them in the first place. I towed it to their shop and was greeted with great customer service. Honestly the best customer service I have had and I have worked with most of the main companies that support the platform. Pablo is very knowledgeable about this platform and answered all my ridiculous questions and is an incredible human being. While SP63 had my car they kept me up to date with the progress and any issues they found. They were up front and honest when discussing upgrade options. Nishan got me north of 500whp which is what I was looking for. They also sent me HQ videos of dyno pulls and charts. I am extremely happy with how the car sounds, feels, and performs. Needless to say I will be using Speed Perf6manc3 for anything I need while I still have this platform. They also cleaned and detailed the car prior to pick up, it’s absolutely immaculate! I love these guys. They were very responsive and did a great job. Had some tuning problems (with a different tuner) that their tuner worked out no problem. They are very knowledgeable and were willing to spend time with me and talk about future upgrades and little questions I had. If you need your ecoboost or speed motor talk to these guys.

After I blew my motor, I tore it down to verify it was rebuildable. Ordered parts from somewhere else and boy that was a mistake. Called SP63 and talked to Jorge and its been nothing but cool comfort knowing that my engine has been in the hands of experts with decades of experience. Theyve been friendly, understanding, patient, and absolutely responsive even at the craziest times like 10pm on a Saturday! These guys are truly dedicated to what they do. Ill ALWAYS use SP63 even if its just for parts.

I gave them a call and right away they answered the phone. They answered all my questions. I called maybe three times with questions about the part I needed to complete my Focus ST. I was disappointed to hear it will take two weeks to get the part in. So I loved the service and the price of the part so I moved forward on the purchase. Then I saw an email with tracking numbers I was so excited. I even called to confirm its real and the young man remembered who I was right away. Wow great service and they definitely have my business in the future. I created my online account

I ordered some parts that I needed by a specific time, and unfortunately they didnt have all the parts in stock at the time that I ordered and they wouldnt get to me when I needed them with the shipping method I had originally picked. After contacting me, they offered to upgrade the order to overnight shipping for no additional cost in order to get everything to me while I still had time to install everything into my car. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be using this company again!

I have been a customer of SP63 for many years. They have never steered me wrong. You would be a fool to go anywhere else to have a motor built but SP63.

Worst place ever! Run away! Waited 3 months to get my parts returned. Had to file complaint to get the parts sent back. Then the parts that were sent back were not even serviced. I sent them to a competitor to be serviced again. And they said the parts had not been serviced before. Complete lack of car and respect for customers. This company had had so many complaints posted online about how they messed up it is amazing they are still in business.

I placed an order for 2.3L EcoBoost parts as a first-time customer. Specifically some pistons, bolts, and studs. I dont know if I was lucky but all four items in my particular order were in stock and shipped within 24 hours! I also asked some collateral questions through the messaging system on the site and they were answered the same morning. Would shop again.

First off, huge shoutout to Jorge over there at Speed Perf6rmanc3. Someone give that man a raise. I purchased my order while they were in the middle of moving shops and I was really concerned that my order was gonna be missed in all the chaos after the move, but Jorge took care of me and put my stuff together and even when another problem occurred with my order while he was away and came back to work, it reached out to me and gave me a call to let me know what was going on and why my order still wasnt shipped. So, I called the shop to inquire about getting a diagnostics done on my Speed3 and they walked me through a couple of questions right on the phone. Most shops wouldnt even open their mouth about what possible could be wrong without asking for money. IF my motor is gone, I am looking forward to purchasing one from these guys!!

I brought my Mazdaspeed 3 to have an engine built/installed . They took the time to answer my questions. I was giving updates via MSA with pictures of my engine build. I have had my engine in the car for 9 months with no issue! Currently have 600hp with the mods they suggested. I most definitely recommend them.

Spoke with someone a week ago(didnt keep a name as I didnt anticipate an issue) regarding bringing my vehicle in for service I was told to bring it in wednsday morning and I explained Im an hvac service tech and would need to drop it off the night before because I had to be working by 8am and I was told it would be fine to do as long it was before 5 pm because thats when they close. I called today before heading over and was told I am not on the schedule and that they would be closing at 330pm and not 5pm this is second time Ive used this shop and I will never reccomend or call them for another job, I left work early to be able to bring my car over to them and now Im not even on the schedule?What a joke! They have terrible customer service to not have a record of your appointments or who youre employees speaking to when they answer the phone. Even worse for another person to get on the phone and basically tell me theres not record of me and I cant get my car looked at because of it and they are closing an hour a half before I was told they would be. Moral of the story is if your not trying to have your cars engine built or have it turned go to another mechanic this place will only treat you like a second class car owner.

These guys go above and beyond when it comes to your vehicle. Very timely responses on my emails and great customer service.

Built my car 3+ years ago. I have 50k miles on a built motor now and no issues with it. My clutch went out recently and they offered to help since i’ve been a long time customer!

Extremely knowledgeable, excellent service and communication...never going anywhere else.

These guys suck. Spent 327 just for an install of a downpipe that I bought and had to bring back once because of loose bolts, the next time because of a leak (which is why I bought it to them in the first place) and they did not even fix it. A shop that replaces a downpipe and does not even check for leaks show they have no pride, and just dont care. bought it back to them 3x, and probably will sue them if I decide not to fix it properly myself and take it to another shop.

I highly recommend anyone with a speed 3 or speed 6 to let them build you a motor
