I come here off & on when i need certain services done to my car. My splash guard was not completely secured to the bottom of my car, as a result of going to the dealer, & it scraped the ground whenever I drove. I call them & they say cant fit me in until the middle of the following week, BUT i turned to Mavis & they were able to get me in that same afternoon. They’ve always done excellent work with my car, but I was SUPER impressed with how quickly they accomodated me & my last minute need. Definitely hit them up for your car needs! Quick service, quality work & easy on the pockets!

Just wanted to recognize Rachima at the Linden Mavis Tire location. Rachima went above and beyond in assisting me with a tire issue I had on my vehicle.It was a very busy Sunday afternoon at the shop and Rachima was under pressure trying to help customers and handling multiple tasks at once.Rachima prioritized my issue, fixed the problem and I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time. It was a pleasure doing business there because of her.I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles and I normally take them to the dealership for service. I have never had such a bad experience as I had with this place. My husband and I took the car to be looked at originally due to the front rotors needing to be changed, they couldn’t even do that properly causing the drivers brakes to lock and catch fire !They said they would change the rotors and pads since it caught fire and they never did until our 3rd time coming ! They recommended parts to be changed and blaming the all wheel drive and the problem was never resolved. I went for a second opinion and I found out the problem never had anything to do with the parts they wanted to change. Take your car to a different mechanic. Save your money and time !!

Made an appointment for 3 PM the previous day. When I walked in (around 2:40 PM) I was told tires would be done by 5:30 PM, then was told to 5:45 PM. I was asked to return and when I did at 4:30 PM I was told by another employee in front of the previous one I spoke with they cant install my tires and to come another day. If you want to waste your time, come to this Mavis. They will definetly do that for you! Poor customer service.

I had to get my tire fixed quick. It was losing air from a nail puncture. I drove here thinking they were still open but they had closed over an hour earlier. Supervisor was there still and he fixed my tire no charge. My daughter and I were very grateful. Thank you!!

I have been a car owner for over 20 years and I have never had such a bad experience as I had with this place. My husband and I took the car to be looked at because of a weird noise the tires and brakes were making. The problem was never fixed after spending over $1000 dollars. They kept recommending parts to be changed and the problem was never resolved. I went for a second opinion and I found out the problem never had anything to do with the parts they changed. Please take your car to a different mechanic. Save your money and effort.

I had a nail in my passenger right tire and my significant other brought my car in this morning for a service; he got said significant other in and out in a timely manner. My experience at Mavis in Linden was once in a lifetime experience. it was Nitty who helped me throughout my time there and is the reason for me writing this review. i had a flat tire, and people who have been through flat can understand how frustrating it can be, me showing up to the shop, Nitty understood my situation beyond just my car and put me at ease with assuring me that my car is in good hands, and it was. Salin here is absolutely amazing!! I had a low tire, he worked tirelessly to get the nail and patch it up. It was not easy. They were crazy busy, but he really tried his best to help everyone and made us laugh. Highly recommend.

At the recommendation of a mechanic we were told to purchase two new tires after an alignment. Luckily we chose the Linden Mavis for the tires. I initially spoke to a young man and woman who were able to accommodate my need the same day. Once the vehicle was dropped off and we relayed the message from the mechanic they got right to work. About an hour or two later I get a call from Nitty who in the most sincere and honest tone tells me the tires are fine. I am not a mechanic by any means but the tires looked OK to me. So the reassurance from the professionals at this Mavis really gave me piece of mind and will be the only place I shop for tires going forward. We need more auto shops and professionals like this! Dear Mavis CompanyI thought I would leave a comment to bring attention and praise to a fine manager I had the privilege of meeting, located at 36 East Edgar Road, Linden NJ. The gentlemans name, is Eddy.Not more than a few days prior to an appointment I made to purchase two tires, I had spoken to Eddy. I called to inquire if they duplicate master car keys. He kindly let me know they do not, but asked what particular problem I was having. Upon speaking with Eddy, he gave me a solution to my problem. Not only did his solution work, it saved me a large sum of money and time. His display of kindness was greatly appreciated.Eddy, could have simply replied to my question and ended the phone call. Instead, he showed himself to be NOT just what I consider a valuable asset to the Mavis company, but a man of excellent moral character and integrity.Further, I wanted to show my appreciation by letting him know that if and when the time were to come I needed service, I will shop Mavis. Oddly enough, a few days after our conversation, I had trouble with one of my tires. I kept my promise, called Eddy and as already stated, purchased two new tires.Indeed, this is a long comment, but it gave me great pleasure to write this and to not do so, would not sit well with my conscience.Last but not least, I also had the pleasure of meeting some of Maviss other team members, and they too, were most kind, and I might add, a reflection of Eddy, the Manager.After being robbed, which included my master car key, it was a most pleasant and refreshing experience to come in contact with such fine gentleman of Mavis.With deep gratitude,A.M
