Delivered on time at a fair and reasonable rate

This is basically a BAIT & SWITCH situation. The company is A+ rated, and the woman who does intake is very nice, but they contract out the work to other companies that provide abysmal customer service and cant be bothered with answering questions or going beyond the bare minimum (even though you pay a huge amount for the work). I reached back out to them to assist in resolving the issues I had with the contractors and never got a response. The contractor was unresponsive and disrespectful- I still have to resolve the issue and without the help of the people that work with them. Unbelievable.FOLLOW UP: Months after I posted this review I got a response from the company (listed here). Then I received a call from Jason, who said he was the owner of the company. He listened to my situation and said he would follow up but never did. So even when my issue was heard at the highest level there was no resolution. There is no way I would use this company again.

Called a few companies. Be careful. They all claim to be Chicago board up but this is the, as they say the original. You can count on them.
