Last week, we had a problem with LogMeIn application, we couldn’t connect remotely, Daniel took as much time as needed to make sure it’s working properly asap. We really appreciate their technical support.

Service was great with this ticket and the impact is huge for my account and workload. Daniel is really personable and professional. I also like the way in which the comms occur with the recurring email ticket system and the live chat/phone support.

So far, so good. All going well with initial utilization of their services. No complaints!

I work remotely so when issues arise they are MASSIVE problems. The biggest thing for me has been speed of response as when my system goes down I literally cannot do anything. Spot has always responded well within expected time frames.

These guys really know what theyre doing. Theyre experts in Microsoft, vmware, and most of the technologies that business use today. And they know what good customer service means and putting the client first.

Spot Migration provides awesome, timely service; helps us to understand our IT programs, options and equipment better; maintains a high standard of excellence; and is easy to communicate with, which is a real plus in my book!!!!! They never leave a problem unresolved, and have helped us through more than one emergency!

Im being bribed with an Amazon gift card raffle to write this review, so here goes:-Service is ok. Sometimes they reply to tickets quickly and other times it takes a whole day (which can be a problem if I cant access my stuff!). Can be annoying playing phone tag with them sometimes. They should use the online ticket to schedule things instead of calling me randomly (Im not at my desk a lot).-The cloud service they provide is adequate. Weve had a somewhat rocky time transitioning. My access is sometimes cut for a whole day. Thats kind of a problem. Its marginally faster than what we had before.-I wish I had more control over things, e.g. I shouldnt have to put it in a ticket just to change the aspect ratio on my screen display.

Customer service is good, but their cloud is a hinderance to productivity.

Work for Spot Migration such a surprise. Things on their website are full of lies.They claim that they are #1 IT support company in the Chicago, not sure how they measured that.They dont have 35 people on staff as they claimed, they only have 5 people on linkedin, not sure where they got those peoples picture and bios listed on their website and pretending that they are a big company.They use other IT companys office photo on their site to make them look bigger because they are actually located in a shared co-work space, they dont even have their own office.If you are thinking about working with this company, make sure you really verify what they claim before you jump in.

Their service is amazing! The organization I work for recently moved to the cloud, and I love it. The reason I give three stars is because reps from Spot Migration stood in front of everyone in our organization and said the cloud would be faster, which its not. There are times during which our service drops out which is inevitable and not to be blamed on Spot, but I struggle to understand why this would be glossed over as a potential drawback to cloud computing. There are two sides to a coin. In fact reps from Spot said going to a cloud-based server was not a big deal because the internet is everywhere, and that we could go to the Panera Bread on the corner if we had to use an app on the cloud server... problem is we work in schools across the country and going to a corporate eatery to use an app (e.g., word processor or email client) defeats the purpose of going out to schools where we might need to use our computer to do work in those situations.So long story short is that Spot provides great service but aggressive sales tactics that dont connect to the big picture have resulted in me feeling betrayed by them.
