My computer screen stopped working and I needed it repaired. I actually had t have the screen on my laptop replaced. I shopped around and I felt most comfortable with them doing the work since they have done some repairs for me before. So they did a great job and my laptop is working as good as new.

Was looking for a mini itx Mobo, so I called the place to ask if they had any that were compatible with a 6th Gen i5. Was told that they did have one, so I drove all the way from the suburbs to the place. Once I got there I asked them about the motherboard and he hands me an ATX Mobo! I had no other option than to buy it because I really needed a Mobo that is compatible with a gen 6th i5. I asked again, that as long as it was compatible I would buy it. Well long story short, Im with a finished build that I cant use because as it turns out, the Mobo that I bought is NOT compatible with my processor!

I got my custom desktop setup here for my home office. They really worked with me to get all of the computer I needed for exactly what I will be doing with it. I work from home so I get a lot of use from my computer. I did not want to get any features that I didnt need and they helped find a computer that was perfect for me.

Horrible service. I tried to get an HP ProBook with Krex. I ordered it on Thurs @ 8am. They had no communicatiion with me at all during the process- no email. Nothing. I started calling them on Friday late morning just to make sure the order was received. I was sent to a voicemail. I left a message. Nothing. Called back a few hours later and spoke with someone who could NOT check my order status. He said theyd call me back. I called again a few hours- let me check if the person who can help you is available- he referenced that I needed to talk to the manager and he had been in meetings... really? I need to wait for the manager to call me back to check on my order status? Really? Told the guy that I needed to hear back by end of business day, gave him my cell. Nothing. Called back at 5:30pm CST. Was on hold for 19 minutes. Finally talked to Al (manager?). He had poor communication skills, short on the phone. Was not at all apologetic about anything. Said he had an ETA of 9/3. I asked him to cancel the order. Good riddance. Fun fact too- when you are on hold on the phone, their spiel advertises computers they custom build... and they can put in a 5 and 1/4 or 3 and 1/2 inch FLOPPY drive. REALLY!?!?!?! Krex appears to be stuck in 1986 when they were founded. Horrendous. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!

Super helpful staff, great prices, much better selection than radioshack or best buy for serious computer enthusiasts or people looking to upgrade what they already have.
