Another landlord actually provided this companys number and said that this is the company they have been using for 3 years now. I am more than happy that I went with them! I did not have a single issue. There was no need to keep calling them because they kept me informed. They were extremely knowledgeable and nice. I called Lincolnwood appliance repair to perform an annual maintenance of my Vent A Hood range hood and to get rid of some unusual noise I am hearing from it. The technician was really skilled and knowledgeable and keeps me informed about his work. His job was fantastic! I will hire them again!

We needed a repair man for our house in Lincolnwood, for the dishwasher. They responded fast, very efficient and fair. It was a pleasant service overall.

Absolutely horrible company. Called for a microwave issue. The technician was suppose to show up between 10:00am to 1:00pm. No one showed up, when I called them, they said that technician was an hour away. I confirmed with them that the service charge is $85 (which includes fixing the issue). After showing up late, the technician looks at the microwave for 2 minutes which is on top of the range and wants more money because it will take him more time to fix the issue. Cancelled the call and asked him to leave. Dont waste your time with them and call someone else.
