Gave a window of 1-4 and never showed up no phone call .

Terrible company. Didnt show for appointments, wouldnt return calls. Use someone else. They think youre locked in to only using them for warranty work. I pushed the company where I purchased my appliance and they did agree to arrange another company. Do yourself a favor, youll be happy you did!

Impossible to get a hold of & reprogrammed dishwasher that was leaking from back and didn’t check or bother to notice.

Stay away from this company, horrible service they deserve a 0 star not a 1 star, yes I was rude and disrespectful on my voice mails but thats because I was dealing with this idiotic company for over 2 months and when they finally so called repaired the refrigerator it was not fixed and they told Lowes protection plan that they closed the case because they fixed the refrigerator and they did not!!! I lost my patience I did not have a working refrigerator for more than 2 months in reality they did not want to come back because I threaten to sue them, for more detail check out my review on Yelp

Theyre very polite on the phone when they answer they never return your phone call they again scheduled in a point to fix something that their repair person broke on my refrigerator and still have yet to show up an hour after the appointment and nobody is answering the phones and I talk to them an hour before the scheduled appointment time ended and they told me they would call me right back they had to find out if the repair person had the parts or the ticket with them because nobody called to reconfirm when they are the ones who called me the day before telling me they had an appointment available for me and I agreed. I would never recommend this company to anyone there store front at 3764 West devon, in Lincolnwood is a sham it is a papered up store front no personnel on site at all

Allstar was dispatched through my warranty company to fix my washer they were very professional and on time for scheduled appointment. parts were ordered and installed in a timely manner would definitely recommend this company for any household appliance repairs needed

IF YOU ARE GIVING THIS “COMPANY” THRU HOME DEPOT ASK FOR ANY OTHER. They were sent to repair my dishwasher which had a leak code. Repairman arrives. Starts looking at unit, starts to take the screws out to detach dishwasher from counter and sides. Then starts with some weird thing about how he can’t get it separated from the side. I say huh? Look at it & move the dishwasher it comes right out, he then says “we can’t do that, thank you” you’re not allowed to pull out a dishwasher once it’s unscrewd to actually be able to repair it? 1st red flag. Then we begin a nice 2 hrs together where this guys says the connector hose is leaking he’s going to try and fix it with tape? I ask why not replace the hose? “ WE DON’T DO THAT” ok? So he tapes it up. Still leaking. I’m sorry you have to get whoever installed this to replace the hose. I say Home Depot installed. Answer “ WE DONT DO THAT”So he leaves, I call Home Depot and they say excuse me? He didn’t replace the hose and fix the leak? I say no he said several times “WE DONT DO THAT”. They politely say cause he reported and filed that he did. We both start laughing. After Home Depot apologized and was truly embarrassed that this happened because it’s truly insane that an appliance repair company can’t replace a water connector hose that’s leaking. They said they’ve opened an investigation and red flagged from any further service calls.

@@@ do not use this company@&@&&Well where should I begin I bought a refrigerator from HH Greg and this is my warranty company now because youre out of business and their service is the worst service Ive ever experienced in my life you call to ask for a manager there is no one manager their ticket call you back supposedly theres a Bob Bob never calls back this is going on for a month and a half Im not giving A star but you cant leave a comment so please research your service company and dont use this garbage company they dont call back and the parts always on backorder from whirlpool! I rather have Abt do the service any day over this company be fully warned !!!!

Once communication errors between Lowes and All-star were resolved, technician Bob was excellent, part replaced on Maytag frontloader washer and back up and running on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.

I will never purchase anything from a place the has something to do with this all star appliance, they had me with out a dryer for Almust 4 months, they are very rude unprofessional workers that dont show up for appointments and then they blaim it at the costumer, they are the biggest liar, they Txt STOP to cancel and keep people waiting forever with out an explanation, I hope I remember this company forever by knowing theyre horrible!!!😡😤 BBB

BROKE APPOINTMANT!! WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISER BECAME IRRATE AND RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME.....I suppose that Davids poor customer service and attitude towards customer service speaks volumes of how rude and unprofessional he is!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ALLSTAR APPLIANCE TO ANYONE!!!
