Went here for a bridal shower. The lady that did my nails ground my nails down too mich and they hurt real bad the rest of the day. Then within the week 4 or 5 of them lifted. Don’t plan on going back there.

If you’re looking for a good spot for your nail care, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! In the past I have gotten gel, regular and acrylic. I’ve truly never been disappointed. Very skilled, quality product and a great deal!

They do a great job with both their manicures and pedicures - they take their time and a lot of care to clean up your cuticles and to make sure your feet are nice and soft. The staff is nice and very helpful. Beautiful results and a wonderful staff! Thank you guys!

I never ever write reviews, but I have been to MANY MANY nail salons throughout the US and this is by far THE BEST I HAVE BEEN TO!!!! The staff are very professional and friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure that you get exactly what you want! The salon is very nice and clean and the prices are very very reasonable! I have paid twice as much for the same services in other states and being from out of town I was shocked that they were this reasonable, a basic pedi,$20 and acrylic fill $35/$45 for full set! They do a great pedi, very relaxing and I left feeling like I had got my money’s worth plus!!! Thanks Design Nails for restoring my faith in good salons, DONT HESITATE to book here if I was a permanent resident here this would be my ONLY nail salon, I have been getting my nails done 40 plus years and this place would definitely get 40 stars if possible! Stopped in to get a pedicure.. this was the MOST AMAZING PEDICURE I have ever had and it wasnt very expensive! Linda is the BEST! She puts just enough pressure to the massage to really make your legs and feet feel totally relaxed. She also did a manicure and design on my nails that is fabulous but her real talent is her pedicures!!! This is my new nail place!! Trust me go see Linda!!! Youre feet will thank you for it😁

Your always my go to shop, I have always loved the acrylic colors and your styles. Plus you fixed my bubbles under the acrylic. I wouldnt choose anyone else. Made that mistake and now they need fixed.

I got a shellac manicure on Saturday...it is only Wednesday and the nail polish is peeling off mutiple.fingers. I regularly get manicures at other places and it lasts more than 4 days. Terrible quality, not satisfied

My daughter and I went for pedicures before her birthday party! She was having a theme of unicorns and we picked out a unicorn nail art we wanted them to do for both of our big toes. The lady that was working with my pedicure put cold water into the tub. Then she grabbed my foot and kept pulling it the wrong way and was pinching and pulling my toes too hard. I told her that it was hurting but she didnt listen to me. I told her again it was hurting and then she stopped. Then after that she acted like I wasnt okay and kept asking me if I was okay. When she was hurting me when she was pulling and not touching the right way. I left there with red areas on my toes. The guy working on my daughters toes could not cut her toe nails but only file. I told him he could cut them and he didnt say anything at all. Someone came later and cut them. You know you could of just said that you shouldnt just ignore a customer. My daughter also told me they werent gentle with her toes either and she told them a couple times too. They did not massage our feet and legs. Like pedicures Ive had. When it came for the design they told me they couldnt do it that it was too hard. I told them that was what you should of told us that you could of not done it before they started with us so we could of went somewhere else that could. I found a different design that was just like the other one and they did it. They rushed us through the rest and didnt even put our toe nails on dryers or help us get up to leave. The lady that did my pedicure wanted payment immediately after while I was still in the chair for my pedicure which I thought was odd. Then she was talking with the owner about how bad the tip was. I was appalled about the service and how the owner reacted to her staff. To have an employee thats performing a service should go above and beyond and proud to be there, and be happy people are coming in for services, not whisper to each other about the tip I just gave. You know I have wonderful hearing btw! I find this very unprofessional and am and was very disappointed with our pedicures. Save your time and money go somewhere else!

A friend and I went to get a manicure and pedicure from Nail Design on Sunday. When we first got there we were greeted by a very nice associate who directed us to choose our colors. We had a 6 year old with us who was not sat with us making it uncomfortable for a young child. We finished our pedicures which were very rushed and my design was not even completed. the tech working with me was very much in a hurry and told me she would finish my toe design later. She sent me over to her manicure station and I was not set next to my friend but on opposite sides of the salon, hard to have girl time so far apart.During my manicure she was very bossy and clipped my finger causing it to bleed during the entire manicure. She acted like she had no idea why i was bleeding and was wiping the blood off with same paper towel the entire manicure (with no gloves). She had to put several layers of shellac on my nails to try to make the design i requested and it still wasnt quite right. She was quite pushy each time she asked me to set my nails. By the time she was finished with that she had me put my foot up on her lap to finish my designs on my toes, which ended up being crooked. It is now Wednesday and my shellac is peeling off. I have never had shellac before so I wasnt sure what to expect but I am not planning to revisit this salon again...

From the beginning to the end, I love everything about nail design they were just amazing and have tons of experience. I had gotten my mani/pedicure and the ladies here were just so friendly and welcoming. I loved the atmosphere nice and relaxing and the interior was nice on the eyes. Not to harsh and not many harsh fumes. I would recommend this salon and affordable price.

Enjoyed my experience here lots of shellac colors to choose from. My pedicure was perfect. More time could have been spent on shaping my finger nails but I would go again.

Went in to get my manicure done since my friend was at work and was blown away with the services here! The techs were really friendly and the salon was spotless! Also, no chemical smell was lingering in the salon either. When it was my turn the nail tech working on my nails did a great job of removing the cuticles from my nails without a single problem. She also reshaped them nicely too. When she was done it was just how I envision them to look like! Sucks that I dont live here. I would really love it if they had this kind of services back at home! I highly recommend getting your manicure done here though if you live in the area!

So it was my first time there and they were nice however the lady who did my nails cut my two or three times. Ive never been cut it hurts really bad she didnt paint them all the way to the corners like I like them but I wont go back just bc I was cut being she was using a drill to cut away my cuticle ! Ouch!

Came here today for a friends bday and it was great. I am extremely happy with the way my nails came out! Anyway, all the women here in this establishment deserves 2 thumbs up from me and all I can do now is continue to make it my mission to spread the word to the world of how great this place is.

What can I say? Angie and her nail salon is absolutely fabulous! I WONT go anywhere else, period!! The work they do on your nails and toes is wonderful, just as you want it.

I’ve never written a review for anything before but I think my experience warranted me to write one so others are aware. I came in with my 4 year old daughter to get a kids pedicure and regular pedicure for myself because I saw they have kids pedicure chairs. They were upfront with the wait which is fine. My daughter needed the kids pedicure chair so we had to wait for prior clients to finish. When the lady ushered us to sit down, it was immediately after the clients left the chairs. In other words, they did NOT sanitize the chairs between uses.Next was my pedicure service. It was mediocre. I felt the lady did a lot of rubbing my leg up and down spreading the scrub and lotion instead of genuinely massaging my legs and feet. Any other nail salon I’ve been to, the nail techs always remove the calluses at the tip of my toes for even the most basic pedicure. They do not do that here. Or at least not for the basic pedicure.As for my daughter’s pedicure, the lady did not even take 10 minutes working on her! Neither ladies ever smiled or asked us how we were doing, if we wanted a drink or any type of small talk. It felt very cold and unwelcoming at this place.As soon as our services were complete, they had me pay. Right when I finished signing the credit card slip, the lady who worked on my daughter asked from across the room how much I tipped then grumbled how cheap my tip was. Excuse me, but you should REALLY reconsider badmouthing your clients right in front of them considering I am Vietnamese and understood every word they were saying about me and my daughter and all the other clients in there!! Such poor customer service and that’s why Vietnamese nail salons always have a bad reputation! Then since I tipped “so poorly,” when they were ready for me to leave, they didn’t offer my daughter or me flip flops like they did with all the other clients in the salon while we were there. So I left and slipped my shoes back on only to have the entire pedicure messed up but I was so irate I didn’t care to go back in and have them fix it. I tip according to the customer service I receive so my “cheap tip” is a direct reflection of the service YOU provided us. If you felt you deserved more, then you should’ve pretended to care more and taken more time on my daughter.The nail industry is super competitive so salons need to realize they need to offer good customer service otherwise people will go elsewhere. Needless to say, I will never go back.

I just came here once, but I was really impressed by the way all ther services here were served. The products are all from famous brands, so the colors existed on my nails for almost 2 weeks. But the price isnt too much high. I think anyone may afford.

The staff is so friendly and professional. I had a Royal gel manicure and Vip pedicure today. Both were amazing and Angie really pampered me!I did notice, when I got home, a lil bubble on my big toe. I went back and she fixed it perfectly and without charge. I am so pleased with the service. I will be coming back and referring all my friends!

Awful service. I got a mani/pedi for myself and my mother for her birthday. Mine turned out fine, but her French manicure (which costs more), chipped away the next day. When she went in to have it fixed, the manager started berating her about how she should have done shellac because they last longer. My mom tried to say she understood, but that she still expected the manicure to last more than a day (again, mine lasted just fine, its still good almost a week later). They still refused to fix it, offering instead to just do a color (NOT what we purchased) and sent her away. Will never be returning here.

I came in to get French tip acrylic nails... and all I have to say is that the lady who did them filed them super crooked and while she was putting the powder on she didnt even put it at the bottom of my nail! I wont be going here again. And I live on the North side of Lincoln and drove all that way and got horrible service .

Didnt even touch my cuticles...obviously in a hurry to the next customer...tried this place twice thinking the first bad experience was a fluke...TERRIBLE
