So I work for a restaurant that changed owners 3 years ago. Steve from AAA showed up on a Friday night and solved a range of complex problems with our Microsoft Office suite of apps in a matter of hours. His prices were very reasonable for the service he provided, and was quite understanding with me as I tried to help him understand my needs while managing a $6k dinner service. I was so busy that it was hard to thank him properly for such a fix. An additional positive note: Steve understands complex spreadsheets. He switched our computer charger cord for one with the ground broke off. he swore up and down that it was ours- we knew it wasnt- so we left- got home- he never fixed the virus and charged a fortune- he treated us good the first few times we went there and fixed the problem- but not any more- enough said.one mad sir right here
