The apartment was sold to the new company called Lund by Samson Construction and new ownership management office is extremely incompetent and rude. Just poor management of people. I would not recommend this apartment to any new resident.

Very nice complex that is well maintained.The carpets are a bit old though but they refurbished the kitchen.Pro: location, garage parking, poolCon: pool season is short, carpets, central venting is old and loud
