Henry at booth 4 did my nails and I love them... I brought in a picture of a previous nail design that I had and asked him to match the picture. He did them better than the original picture by putting his own twist on the design. Hes nice professional pleasant to be around does Great nails and friendly.... Its a nice shop some what busy but my wait wasnt too long.. The young lady that did my pedicure ( I didnt get her name) but she did a great job... That was my first visit and Im most definitely going back to Henry of course ...

Do not waste your money here!! They get worse every time I go!! We should not be paying close to $40 for a fill-in and having our nails break just 2 to 5 days later it’s ridiculous 😡just go somewhere else unless you wanna have to pay to fix your nails two days later!!

Walked in for a pedicure. Only had a 5 minute wait on a Saturday. They have a lot of nail techs so that helped to decrease wait time. I had basic shellac pedicure that was $40. Excuse my ugly toes lol. My sister got shellac French manicure which was $45. People were friendly and shop was clean.

Inconsistent prices. I am often charged different prices for the same services I receive on a regular basis.I often have to wait 45 minutes or more for a mail fill.It’s chaotic and noisy

I’m always satisfied. I have been going to lily for over 10 years and have always been happy. There were a few times that I had to go somewhere else do to just trying somewhere closer and I’ve always come back to Traceys nails to see Lily! I even have most of my family and friends coming to her as well.

I got my nails done on Tuesday with a fill in and ombre. On the following Friday evening one of the nails on my right hand started lifting. I went to have them fix it the next day and they charged me $5 to fix it. Wednesday I noticed a nail on my left had was starting to feel funny while I was at work typing and today (Saturday) I noticed it was lifting. While I did like how my nails originally looked, I am going to use nail glue until my next nail appointment rather than going back there and pay more money to get my nail repaired.

I love them so much. I was been there over 20yrs. Highly recommended

Overall experience was great. Fast service, as soon as walked through the door I was seen. They let you know the prices upfront. It was a bit expensive. I am very pleased with their work.

Walked in, waited less than ten minutes and got a pedicure no problem. I had also needed my nails done . The lady at station #6 is terrible at nails. She rushes and doesn’t even smooth or shape the nails correctly. Very disappointed. IF and thats a strong if I go back the lady at #6 will never touch my nails.

As soon as I got there I was asked to sit in a chair to be serviced. I got my nails filled with designs in less than an hour. I love my nails and will come back.

Do good job on nails but poor customer service depending on who you get. Customer service is important it helps a more positive atmosphere.

This was a horrible experience… I work midnights at a hospital and all I wanted to do was get a long overdue pedicure… after waiting 30 mins for my pedicure, I was sat in the chair and my tech began working on someone else… I told her twice my water was cold she ignored me twice then proceed to turn on hot water and leave it on to almost scolding… I will never come here again… I feel it was racial but I can’t prove… I just felt unimportant but I bet they want the money for their wack services

Took my girls for a girls day before my wedding and was treated amazing. They are so nice and good at what they do. Everywhere else i have gone they are rude. Not this place they make sure your happy. Got our nails and eyebrows done. Amazing job. Thank you for making me and my girls feel welcome.

Do not go to Tracys unless you want to get an infection. Left the urgent care with 3 meds today. Got my nails done Wednesday they been itching for two days and starting blistering they hurt and my fingers are swollen. Ive been getting my nails done for 6 months and never ran into this problem. This was my first time coming here in years Im highly disappointed. 😭

I have had my nails break JUST 2 Days after having them done, as u can see in the pictures! I’m sick of paying all this money for bad work with cheap materials!! And it costs 5$/nail to fix them!! I went in for a full set of nails which usually they cost $45 plus extra if you want a design. I was charged $60 for the set of nails and $20 for using 2 colors. When I asked my daughter what she was being charged it was $50. $45 for the set of nails and $5 for her design. Obviously I was angry and spoke up. They gave me a $5 discount. I remember when James worked there and my nails were beautiful and affordable. Ill never go back. There prices change from person to person and we never leave feeling like our nails are beautiful. I have polish all around my cuticles and they look horrible.

Tu is the best nail tech in my opinion. Shes always efficient and Timely. She is the only one I will go see. Does beautiful work and is very talented.

Got a manicure for me and my daughter. I asked for a manicure for my daughter and they just painted her nails, and after being argued with about wanting my nails painted and not shellac the guy seems extremely uninterested in my service. I felt super uncomfortable. This was my first visit here as well but I am quite familiar with nail salons. I have never been asked to pay before my service was complete either. I didn’t want to make a fuss and I just wanted to leave so when he asked if they were ok I said they were fine and left. There was glitter (from the top coat) and bubbles in the polish and polish all over my fingers and cuticals. I love that I spent $30 ($20 for service and $10 for tip since I had to pay before I saw the finished work) to get mine and my daughters nails painted and I have to redo them. I will not be back.Update: pretty sure I now have an infection in my cuticle as it is now all puffy and red. Thanks.

Went there to get me and my baby girl nails done yesterday sat in the chair he started mine and they was about to start hers but was trying to put her at the end which I wanted her to sit next to me see only 8 for them turn around to say they don’t do little girls nails and I said two full set when I walked in. There are alot of techs that work here. A friend recommended this place. She goes to a man and her nails always look great. Well I walk in and get this rude older lady. I see her work in a couple other reviews. Immediately its pretty obvious shes irritated to be doing my full set. Huffing and puffing. Yanking my hands. Shes gluing on tips and I can see that they arent fully glued on. I point this out and she brushes it off and does nothing. Does a super half a$$ed job. Gets super ticked when I refuse the gel polish because I have a color at home Im planning on putting on later. Charges me $5 dollars for extra long length, I presume to make up for missing out on the gel polish fee? Well I leave chewed up, sore, and feeling belittled. Avoid this place. Check out my thumb in my picture. Thats how she left me... acrylic not even close to smooth or close to my cuticle and THAT is considered EXTRA LONG? So long you need to charge extra? Yeah. No. This place sucks.

They did a decent job, but raised the price without informing me due to the glow in the dark acrylic used. He mentioned it when I first had them done, so I told him not to use it, but he did it anyway without increasing the price. They got me when I went to have them filled in, charging me an increased price, $30 for a fill, without notice. Glad I like them or he wouldnt have gotten the $10 tip I gave him regardless.

This place is very rude. Special nail techs that sit at 5,6,and 14 . They charging $50 for a pedi that they do in 15 mins . They basically charging just to wash your feet . My feet was still not properly done . Then the attitude towards black people is ridiculous like we are such problem but they doing the bare minimum. I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody.

I came in for a full set and I had Lena in booth 13. She was amazing. My nails haven’t looked this good in a long time. They are not bulky and they are all beautifully even. She was polite and very professional. I happened to come in on my lunch because it was by work. I will be going back.

Will never go there again spent $190 on nails and feet for 2 people and after 3 days it started coming off and when I went back there they said I would have to pay to get it fixed cause the guy that did it wasnt there. That place is a joke and they are rude, I will be calling the BBB on them.

Left me standing there for 20 min when I walked in and was ignored when I tried asking an employee if I could get my nails done they just spoke Chinese about me and never addressed me until one employee came up to me and says ummm what do you want? Would recommend they are covid safe (taking temps, the nail techs double mask, and make sure the customers have a mask). There was no wait, i signed in and they took me right away. The nail tech that took me was wonderful she had amazing english, made sure to check on me through every step and just was super kind overall. I was in and out within 30 ish minutes with good quality nails, i work with my hands a lot and not one has broken or chipped yet.

Classic hurry up and buy kinda place. No surprise my shellac is peeling 4 days later. They have no price list listed and of course my nail tech didn’t know English which I hate to say I’m not trying to be mean or anything but how you doing my nails and you didn’t understand what I said? She did them wrong which o notified her multiple times about .. it wasn’t even that she didn’t understand it was her dismissive demeanor towards me. I wouldn’t dare go back and I’ve been telling ppl my story. Y’all Chinese shops have to do better we sick of y’all!

I use to go here often. I asked for a full set and I said I wanted them natural and somewhat short since I work with my hands a lot. The technician said “here let me show you something”. So instead of using regular glue on tips, she just uses the powder and acrylic liquid. She did the entire set like this... I didn’t want it and should have spoken up. But then the end result was so awful. These are the worst nails I have ever gotten. I am so disappointed. My wonderful boyfriend bought my nails for me as a birthday gift and I just really hated the result. I won’t return again.

My $40 acrylic full set was breaking and popping off on day 3. On day 11, all my nails were completely off. Not worth it AT ALL. Unacceptable work for the price they charge.

The lady who did my nails was far more concerned with getting me out of there than making them look good, or even get my money’s worth in general. She just did coat on coat on coat of nail polish til it looked “good” (in her eyes). The length i told her I wanted the end result, she cut them to, then had to file down so theyre way shorter than I wanted. Theyre super lumpy. Uneven. The same day i got them done i already had all kinds of paint chipping.

I love this place so much I dont think Id ever change, I drive 15 min just to go here seriously.

First time here and Vivian took me, she rushed through the pedicure it took a total of 15min, then was super rough on taking my gel polish off and rushed yet again on changing my color. Will not come back. $48 for a total of 30min

I had been a customer for about 2 years. 2 moths ago I had a nail split sideways across the nail. I had to glue it together. This happened because the techs didn’t soak or soften the gel polish. Instead they just used their electric grinder. I questioned this a couple of times because I worried they were grinding my maid thin! I was assured they were only taking the polish off. Wrong! I get my nails done once a month. Because of the split I waited a month and a half. My last visit I managed to fall up the sidewalk! Not realizing how bad my injuries were I went in. I was so upset because I had broken my glasses. A lady told me she saw me fall and had told them. Not one of them had come out or asked if I was ok. I told them I had fallen. The Lerner did ask if I needed an ambulance which I declined! He I was in pain but figured it would go away. When I asked for the landlords phone number and name . I was told to go down to the tax store at the corner of the strip mall. Their person that had the number was on vacation. I knew this was a lie because they had been there in the morning. I walk with a cane and they told me to go myself to a store that was closed! When I went back they still would not get the number for me! I later realized my pain was increasing and my toe was 3x normal size. Went to ER in the morning. I have a broken large toe and a fractured wrist. Recovery time for the wrist is 6 weeks, the toe is 2 months. I went 12 days without my glasses. I decided to write this so other people know they don’t care about their customers. I only had my nails done once a month but I left a 25% tip. Of course they lost me as a customer!

They rush and can be very sloppy. One time tbey filed a hole on the toe of a good friend of mine while getting a pedicure. Depending on whom you get. Some of them are sweet

I got a mani and pedicure and the end result is okay but I was in and out quicker then the people that was in there way before I pulled. The lady wasn’t patient, she was in a hurry, my water was cold and she didn’t take her time. Usually a pedicure would last at least 30mins alone and my mani was just a soak in water, clip clip and clear polish for $50 they will never get my service again. I’ll drive to the east side before I come back here again and I stay a couple of blocks away. This was my 1st and last time at this establishment. I’m very disappointed in the service I received.

Pedicures are rushed! The woman who did my pedicure said she charges $90.00 and that’s regular pedicure! They don’t do bigger pedicures with hot towels the delux packages but she said she will discount me and get this she charged 75$!!! For a regular nothing special poorly done pedicure! Disgusted with how she’s taken advantage of people and not doing her job!! Rushed and laughed entire time smh

Best place I have ever been to. I just went there with my daughter. This was our 3rd visit. We both requested T.V. and I have to say I have NEVER had a better job done on my nails. I brought my own polish. It does a cats eye effect when you hold the magnet it comes with over it. I asked if he didnt mind doing it and he said no problem. He did my nails EXACTLY as I asked. They were shorted and nice and thin, just how I like them. He took his time making sure I got what I asked for but was not slow at all. I will use no one else ever again!

Tried a new technique on my toes (new for me) see now I cant remenber whats called...2 thing I do know..lol..#1 the polish on my toes has 500% more shine #2 usually takes @ least an extra 1/2 hour for my toes to dry enough for me to leave.......my toes were dry 5 minutes after she finished....they are still so shiny I cant stop staring at my own toes...love love this new what ever its called..cost a little more, but well worth it:::)(

Very dirty and disgusting

My nails are crooked, and uneven. They are all different lengths. Bubbles have formed on the top, and my nails hurt so much. I kept telling the lady that was doing my nails to make them thinner and fix them and she was rude and looking at me funny and did her own thing.

The pricing is never what they post. They always find a way to up charge you. Hit or miss with the techs and their friendliness. Most always good quality work.

Friend and I came in on mothers day, to treat ourselves, an hour before they closed. From the beginning I felt like she was rushing. She skipped a whole step, filing my actual nail before applying the acrylic I got the coffin shape, and my left thumb looks half coffin half square. The acrylic is so close to my cuticle on my left middle finger. All the nails look flat yet bubbled, so theyre really thick. Some nails arent fully covered. And she didnt put cuticle oil on. My friend was a regular, and shes the one that brought me, and I was going to go with her more often, but, no. Her nails are just as bad, she told tlthe guy that she wanted the same colors as her daughter, and he didnt listen, and gave her the same as last time. He did fix it for her, but she later noticed similar mistakes as me. Only giving one star cause I have to. I dont even want to go back to get the fixed.

I find that the nail techs, dont correct there imperfections they just keep going and when you tell them your nails or acrylic is un-even there mad at you, but i do enjoy the pedicure people they take there time, so they get 2 stars for nails and 5 stars for feet.

They all do rush jobs, didn’t even let my nails dry all the way and they have horrible attitudes.

This is gross in all my teen life of getting my nails done underneath never looked like this the lady changed the look I wanted 3 time never going here again.
