Service was great! The price not so much. I’ve been trying different salons to find a home and this place was almost it! Until they told me my total for a fill in and basic pedicure both with a solid color; 84 dollars! Just seems like a lot to me. I noticed they didn’t have any prices hanging up. So I will not be going back.

I’m so scared to get my nails done because I can never find someone to do the properly .. however all that changed I went to kiss nails today with my younger sister and my daughter we all got our finger nails and feet done.... and I must say I love them this is my first time getting medium length and I really love them 🥰 Lol I’m speechless. I believe my nail tech was Lynn, Lynn did an amazing job thank you guys ... and the salon was clean and ran very efficient I had less than a 5 minute wait and was out right in time. I’ll most definitely be telling friends

The guy rushed my nails and within 10 minutes of having them my pinky nail came off and I had to have him fix it. I was waiting on a friend so I was already there to begin with. Then when we left, an hour and a half later another nail came off 😑 never again am I going there. Ive never had a problem with getting my nails done until today

I literally come here every 2 weeks for a mani, pedi and lashes. I came Sunday and come Tuesday 2 of my nails broke. I went after work to get them fixed and their packed per usual so I leave and return on Wednesday. I ended up paying $10 to get my nails fixed. I spend atleast $120+ every visit and I am a faithful customer. I just cant believe they made me pay for their mistake. Might only be returning to get my lashes done and thats it.

I just called to get a price for a color change of *regular* nail polish and was told $20! Not for a full or a full set, just a color change. Then she hung up on me. Really rude. It’s a shame; I just moved into the neighborhood and was looking for a nail place.

Love this place. Be going for over 20 yrs. Every two weeks.

They are very fast technicians and good at what they do but I do not appreciate them talking in their language thats so irritating they talk too loud too fast and its so rude because we dont know what they talkin about I dont think Im going back there

I went in and waited 15 min for wax brows, she took 3 people before me that wanted lashes and I was there first. One girl said I dont know why they havent taken you yet. I said I dont either so I went up front dugout my information form from bottom of basket (lots where on top, which proves I was there first) ripped it up told girl up front shes taking people ahead of me (no response) so I left. Bad Business

If you can get Lynn or the owner, it’s worth it. They do a good job. I’ve stopped going there after 7 years. I’ve found a new place where they ALL take their time. These techs are on their phones way too much. They rush through getting nails done all while texting. The last time I was there it took the girl 15 whole minutes to do my fill and she stayed on her phone the whole time. . My nails looked awful . They looked like Walmart stick ons. I was just disgusted, didn’t want to deal with it, paid, tipped and left, knowing I would never be back. The owner should really put a stop to this. I now go to a place where I know it’s going to take at least 35 to 45 minutes, and my nails look beautiful and same price.

First time I have had my nail done since covid and this place has really made it a safe space for visitors. Theres plexiglass in front of you and between each chair at the pedicure stations. And they only seat you at every other chair. The service is always great here.

I went to get a over lay and shellac on my hands and toes walk out paying 90$ for a service that was rushed not happy with the come out

My daughter got her nails and toes polish with nail art and in less than 2 hours it was off and I paid $25 and she was a flower girl in a wedding. I called to let them know they said it’s nothing they can do about it. So they just took my money and wouldn’t redo it. She just kept saying there is nothing we can do. The quality of work was terrible. I would never go back there again.

The attendant was rushing and did a poor job on my pedicure! I did not notice until I stepped out in the sunlight and I didnt feel like waiting for him to fix it. If I could give zero I would.

If you are a guy dont go here they do a rush job on you and make you feel like they dont want you as a customer, I got a man manicure and pedicure but I was charged $38 for no massage or anything extra. I will continue to go out to the mall I pay $40 there and they take their time and let you relax in the chair more and do your manicure while youre still in the massage chair.Bye Kiss u Missed.

First time getting my nails done at this location. The staff was nice. I feel they are little high on the price. I will go back. Manicure & Pedi was done the way I wanted.

I didnt get what I paid for. I paid for gel nails. Which was $50 for a full set with nail art. I enjoyed my tech he was entertaining but didnt finish my nails correctly. I enjoyed my time there with my two girlfriends who also got their nails done. The place looks great and is really clean and thats what the 2 stars is for. We were the last ones seen last Saturday. But right at the end I felt rushed. My tech started off right. He put gel on as the base. And I used the light machine to seal it. But to finish it he used clear polish which was not right. He told me that was how they finish off all their gel nails Which I know to be incorrect as I have had gel nails many times over the years. And now After a week they are starting to look bad when they shouldnt be.

The regular nail technicians are very good grab one of them if u can the men are excellent at the design of the nails

Great service. They are usually pretty packed but I love how they get people in and out pretty quickly. This is definitely gonna be my new go to place. They have multiple people working so you can do nails, pedicures, eyebrows or waxing really quick.

Went to get my eyebrows done. Had to fix stray hairs (right by my eyebrow, not hard to see hairs) at home. They shape them well and its quick. So, eh. Ill go back.

Wasnt happy with the technician. Was digging in my skin with there own nails,felt like they were trying to rush and dang near ripped my nail off :(. Feel like they charged to much. Tried to switch my words on what i wanted to make more money. Very unsatisfied and dont recommend.

Just went for the first time, paid $43. I, totally regret it!... The, lady who did my pedi, was very nice. But did an absolute horrible job!! Worst pedicure, I have EVER HAD! It wasnt busy, yet she did a total rush job, as if it were. My pedi, is uneven (I got a french tip). Im so disappointed.

Everytime I come here to get my nails done the lift in three days it psd me off because they charge so much and my nails never on longer than a week they do not use enough primer they dip the primer brush is one time then swipe all your nails with the brush like all the nails really got an even coat on them this is why your nails lift after two -3 days if u did not understand why I went to cosmetology school and this is the educational reason why won’t go back!

I love this nail shop. Just started going here and my nails always look fantastic and the shellac stays on for over two weeks. They are a hidden gem.

They now charge $1 to use any CARD. Yes, this includes your debit card. Im not impressed enough to pay an additional dollar. Especially when they can allow an option to use your debit pin. I dont particularly feel impressed with the pedicure. I see you have to ask for certain individuals to get the best service. Wont be coming back.

Okay so this is tricky. They can do some really cute looks here for sure, but the nails don’t usually stay on as long as other places and I’ve had my actual nails break from this place multiple times.

One star is too much for Kiss. Their service is terrible. Whatever you do, do not go there! I went in yesterday to get a quick fill-in since my original nail tech was on vacation and I seen a few bugs. I instantly left, I didn’t want to take any chances.

Its a very clean establishment but the service was poor. I received a pedicure and it was less than basic. My feet were still rough and my toenails werent properly trimmed. I pointed things out that i wanted and the nailtech acted as is she didnt understand. This was my first and will definitely be my last time trying this place out. Back to the mail i go.

They do not listen to what you want. The eyebrow girl waxed all my hair off after I told NOT to do it. She did the exact opposite of what I asked for now I have to walk around with messed up brows until they grow back

1.) Asked for a manicure for my 8-year-old niece for her birthday. She wanted white polish with red splatter for Halloween. First they told me that her nails were too small for the design so I showed them the picture reference she was requesting (which is pictured on short, natural nails). The lady started painting her nails.. (no mani... clipping, cleaning or anything) and gave her a dark red bar with glitter on top and a weird design on her accent nails. At no point did we ever request this, she just did whatever she wanted to do. My neice didnt interrupt, shes a polite and quiet kid.2.) I also had my 2 year old who picked out her own pink polish. Just wanted them painted. The woman got polish remover and tried to take the old chipped nail polish off but was having a hard time and stopped. She moved instead to do my nails. I thought she would end up buffing my little girls polish off after she finished my nails but she didnt. When i was handed my total she tried to charge me $5 for the attempt of getting her old nail polish off. [ATTACHED PICTURE IS MY DAIGHTERS NAILS AFTER THE VISIT. THIS IS WHAT THEY BASICALLY LOOKED LIKE BEFORE WE WENT IN. LITERALLY NOTHING WAS DONE]3.) I asked for a manicure for myself with just clear coat on top. She did the manicure and told me to wash my hands. I washed then came back for the clear coat and she handed me my bill. I asked, no clear coat? And she didnt answer. She literally doesnt speak any english at all.I paid for my nieces polish (that she didnt request), and my own manicure (that didnt get finished), and told her I would not pay the $5 that she was trying to charge me for my 2-year-old. (Her nails looked the exact same with week-old chipped nail polish on them!) I will never ever ever ever ever come into this nail salon again. I have never had such an unpleasant experience anywhere else

WORST PLACE EVER. Got a manicure & literally it looks like my little sister painted my nails. Always rushing for everything & Rude people. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

This place is right by my house and I usually go there when I can’t make it to the place where I usually go to get my eyebrows done because it’s a little farther, anyway, I go in there on a Friday afternoon and I see that they have signs on there saying that they will start charging an extra $1 for CREDIT CARD transactions. I go in there and paid with my DEBIT CARD and they still charged me an extra $1 which was no big deal to me they probably don’t know the difference. I pay my total $8 plus tip. I get my statement in the bank and they charged me $15. $15 dollars for a half-assed eyebrow job. Seriously? I’m never going back there again and I will spread the word to all my friends and family about this place since it’s a local shop. They’re dishonest and we deserve better. I wish I could give them a negative zero star.

A 2 star for it was a rushed job. Really bummed out.. Shouldnt have to spend that much for a fill for real never coming to this location.. Always ask for prices up front...
