Even though the membership is pricey, its definitely worth it. They have all the equipment you need and less crowd during the day makes for no waiting.

I love this gym so much! I been coming here for almost 3 years now and it has everything I need as an athlete to be great. My personal favorite is the space of turf in the back where you can do anything necessary whether it’s heavy deadlifts or power cleans. Also for the rainy days I can come inside and work my technique or do speed work. Highly recommend this gym!

Having never gone to a gym before, Snap Fitness has probably set the bar too high for me; if I ever move out of state, Im in trouble. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive.

I had a membership here last year and i cancelled my membership once I was able to conceive. Hoping to go back once I recover. No complaints, hope to have no complaints with the new owner

Good place to get exercise in

I’ve been working out in commercial gyms since 1994. Mostly big box corporate gyms, although some smaller places while traveling. This is one of the cleanest, most organized gyms I’ve ever been to. Equipment is all in like new, and obviously well maintained. There is a wide variety of equipment from machines to free weights. Apparently under new ownership, the owner was super friendly, and most importantly, personally available with fantastic customer service. My last gym acted as if they were doing you a favor by talking to you, including management and the corporate office. Highly recommend.

Clean and well maintained; expansive compared to other 24 hour gyms. A large variety of equipment, free weights, and enough treadmills and ellipticals that you wont have to wait, and how its been with COVID-19, you wont have to work out right next to someone, either.They offer classes, too, although I havent taken any of them - Yoga, Pilates, classes for seniors, and some others. They have personal trainers available, too (for extra $$).

Just joined. But my first day working out here was a great experience. The owner Brian was working and he was a tremendous help, extremely friendly! The gym was not congested so it made my workout smooth. The other members were kind and courteous. The restroom & shower areas were very clean. As far as equipment goes, if you need it they’ve got it! 💯

They were very kind to me and made me feel so welcome. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same love and respect that they gave to me.

Edit: The owner reached out and offered the services of the gym in a friendly manner. The weigh racks are noticeable organized and hygienic. Space to move and use the machine weights is very capacious. I recommend this place to the average person who is searching for fitness in their life.

I attend Silver Sneakers classes 3 times a week. My instructors are wonderful. Jerome is exceptional. The facility is clean and the equipment offers many personal fitness options. I am stronger and most importantly, healthier because of my Snap Fitness commitment. I have shared my enthusiasm with all my friends. Now, if I could only get my husband to start coming...

OK facilities, good price. Since of the free weight equipment could use an upgrade, and they need some additional items, like speed ropes and heavier kettle bells. Shower needs a remodel. Not usually crowded, though, and you can get through your routine without getting hassled. Good people, positive attitudes.

Cancelled my membership due to the gym being in absolute disgusting unsanitary conditions. Dust all over cubby area and “bar” area to purchase refreshments, yoga mats torn and needing replacement, dried sweat (so gross) and dust all over gym equipment, no hand sanitizer available, training area looks as if it’s never seen a vacuum, and the “yoga room” is a total joke. I’ve brought this up to management and it was obviously not a concern as nothing was done. When I signed up, it was not disclosed that I would be able to freeze the membership, so I was paying for something I wasn’t able to use as I was injured for 2 months. I told the person I cancelled with that I didn’t want to be responsible for another month, as I have been deeply disappointed with the lack of service and was also paying when I couldn’t even utilize this sorry excuse for a gym, his response was that I would still be responsible for another 30 days and that I should’ve read the agreement. Save your money and invest in a different gym. 0/5 would recommend, as 1 Star is too kind for such sub par service.

Truly 24/7 so you never have to worry about going at certain time. you can go anytime you want! I love that freedom! theres classes you can take with the fitness instructor during the day.

Three squat racks and bumper plates. (Among many other things if youre not convinced by that). I think this is pretty unusual for a Snap or any 24 hour chain. The manager/trainer seemed nice and knowledgable when training his clients. I wish the Snap back home was this good.

Scam artists. Never received $8.95 trial card. When inquiring, saw they were going to try to auto-enroll me into a membership. I emailed them 4 days before this auto-enrollment, yet they blamed it on corporate and having no ability to change it. Even though I can see the information, they dont give you an option to cancel online either. They TRY to make it like this and to catch suckers who dont follow up on canceling. Still no refund, lots of excuses.

This gym is very liberal. The personal trainer prices are over priced, I was told hiring one of their trainers can cost up to 200$ per week. I consulted other trainers outside and found cheaper qualified trainers. The only problem now, is that Snap Fitness enacts a somewhat complete ban of outside personal trainers from entering their gym. The front desk associate (trainer), told me Im not allowed to bring my trainer into the gym even if hes NOT USING their equipment. I also asked if hes allowed to get a guest pass into the gym, and they said NO. So instead of basically having someone instruct me on how to use gym equipment properly, and potentially have another new membership sign up, they went ahead and lost my business after being here for 3-4 years. I know the owner Mike, and in the past, Mike has been able to work with me in situations like this, but I guess over time they started to lose business, and needed to make up that lost by requiring you to hire their own personal trainers than bring in someone from outside.Mind you, this review entails my experience with information given to me by the front desk associate (trainer). I respect their policies and rules but its a bit way too much, especially when they denied trial passes to my trainer, when he could of signed up if they allowed him to try it out first. God forbid I use an app to train myself, they might deny my rights to my phone.

VERY DUSTY - dust above the TVs, dust bunnies around the running machines, dust collections in the corners, etc. Its very evident that whoever is responsible for cleaning the place is only doing a half-assed job. Also, the shower room needs the shower head replaced. There is a leak that causes the water pressure to be nothing more than a drool and there is black mold growing in the corners.Even though they have a good variety of machines and equipment, the above makes me cautious of how clean everything really is.Edit: Also forgot to mention that they never take out the trash.

Generous staff... Great and well maintained equipment

Very clean, friendly environment. Downside is that they have just one of each machine/equipment so if its busy you may have to wait or improvise your workout. Usually though it is not too busy so this not much of a problem. All of the machines are up to date. Just about everything you could want or need they have.

24 hour gym in the Lilburn/Tucker/Norcross area. Im usually there during non-staffed hours so I cant speak much to the actual staff and all. Its only a three star review due to the broken buttons on the water fountain, originally there was only one.. and now there are two.. it still works but it definitely makes it difficult to fill water bottles at the gym when the buttons you would push are missing off the machine. Along with that a few of the pads are beginning to show wear, and have been for a few months with cracked and missing chunks of the padding covers.

Excellent Snap fitness location and branch. Mike the owner of this branch, makes you feel very secure and motivated to be in the gym working out, and his staff are willing to do their best to assist you whether it be financially affording the gym, or seeking programs for fitness.
