Brought my Sorrento in for extended warranty service.Tried to sell me a replacement battery for a battery that I had replaced less than a year ago with AAA claimed it was not holding a charge. I had AAA service me the following day and they reported all numbers given me at Phil Smith Kia were incorrect and gave me a print out of there tested numbers which were all above the normal range and no were in the range of the service department.While waiting for my car my wife and I was looking at cars on the showroom floor and was aggressively approached by AJ a salesman who became quite bothersome.looking at my car today I noticed chipped paint on my hatch door which was not there prior to service also the wash job was horrible. I will be considering having my car serviced elsewhere and using another dealer for my next car purchase.

I am obsessed with this place & the staff. Rockie took care of me and it was quick and wonderful and left super happy ! Even the finance guy Howard was amazing. Its so great to enter a business where the workers love their job and the people they work for. I lovelovelove the owners dog Maximus on the ads and air freshness (so upset I didnt get him and give him a bone !).. heading back tomorrow for a small cosmetic fix that when I brought to Rockies attention he assured me I could come right in to fix... yellin from the rooftops if you want a fun and easy experience def go to this place !!... oH and I cant forget to mention that I asked some workers for change for a $5 to get some drinks and one of them took me right over to the machine and swiped their car ... just great experience !

Be very careful buying a car from this place they will Screw you over. With no care at all . The finance manager is very rude and has no respect.
