There was a review from an active servicemember complaining that once this gym has your credit card information, they do NOT do a good job of taking you out of the auto-billing database despite any warnings you give them. I have also been charged for two months now despite NEVER joining. I paid a drop-in fee, told them I would sleep on the decision to become a regular member, and ultimately decided their program was not for me. Unfortunately, Ive had to dispute now 2 monthly auto-bill charges from them. I have a feeling I may have to dispute a 3rd. The staff is all smiles when you first come in, but if you point out a business mistake like this, they become very defensive and short-tempered.

Tried out the kick boxing class really loved it, instructors were willing to work with me at my pace. Great atmosphere and fun learning environment. They also were really good about the Covid precautions, mask mandates and sanitized equipment. Really felt like they where on top of things here.

This is without a doubt, one of the best martial arts schools. period. They are small however, they can make sure that each and every student perform at their peak. They incorporate a youth leadership program called the STORM Team. The storm team is a youth team that helps teach classes. The STORM Team students still must attend regular classes. They have various adult programs featuring many different arts with highly skilled black belt(s) teaching all of those classes. Overall, I give a 5/5, 10/10

My 8 year old son has been at NSA for the last six months and I would highly recommend it. I have watched my child go from quietly participating in the back row to volunteering to lead his class last week in drills. The instructors do an amazing job of bringing out the best in kids, and teach them self-respect, as well as respect for others.

This martial arts school has been amazing for my son. Hes only just turned seven, but in the last year that hes been attending the youth classes, hes been encouraged to really push himself, to focus, to become an all-around good person, and to meet challenges with energy and perseverance. Plus, its a great amount of exercise for a young kid. I can very highly recommend NSA!

This place is fantastic! Everyone here is really friendly, the facilities are nice and clean, well-kept. I trained here for a while, and now my two little girls go there, and they love it. You should definitely give it a try.

Love this place, the staff is great with the kids and very engaging with the parents. Kids need to work to earn the next level, not just automatically promoted.

The martial arts and teachers are great. But financially, theyre screwing me over. Im in the military and had a daughter in their childrens jui jitsu. Well naturally the military life is ever changing so it was time for us to leave. I informed the OWNER that we would be leaving the state in November. I would think they wouldnt charge us after that right? Well I was wrong. I got charged for the months of December, January, and February. A total of $366. I called in December when this happened and they said they would get it taken care of, well obviously it did NOT happen. I was in the middle of moving in January and had not noticed it but once we got completely settled in we caught it. I called to complain about it and theyre pretty much telling me Im screwed. If you do decide to join them, do NOT let them keep your card information on file. It was described to me that the store owner has no idea what goes on in the financial side of things and Im being told that Im going to have to just get over the $366 that they took from me. AWESOME!
