This place is an absolute joke. I was told by an employee that even with the mask mandate, I was not required to wear a mask indoors. A few days later the manager Melissa stated I did have to have one on. While I will adhere to the businesses rules, it does not seem like they are on the same page. With an preexisting illness that limits my airway, masks can be dangerous for me. I found Melissa to be rude and verbally aggressive. The customer service was lacking. Ive been a loyal member for close to ten years. It is disappointing to be treated with little respect.*I also happened to see a number of Caucasian people go in after me, without a mask, and NOT be told to put a mask on before entering. I signed up for the 60 days challenge on July 26, 2021. Al took pictures of me on the 26 and sold me supplements on the 26 then told me the challenge was supposed to end on September 26. When I sign up I was initially charged twice for 16 sessions instead of 8 sessions. I had to call cooperation to resolve this issue because they (Libertyville location) were not willing to resolve it. They keep making empty promises until I had to decide to call myself and told them if we can not resolve this lets just cancel it. Canceling was a decision I should have stuck with because the headaches that came after were not worthy. I spoke to Al, Bryant and they never returned theirs calls when they promised to call back. To get a hold of them you have to go there in person. Instead of fixing the issue they will just avoid you and hope you get tired and give up. The whole program looks like a scam to me. They were quick to take my money but never serve the service they were selling or have promised. The training part was horrible with Sam because he was not punctual. I demanded another trainer and that process of getting a new trainer was horrible too. They finally assign Jake to me and we had good communication plus he showed up to what we agreed on and we were able to complete a lot of work out (all 8 sessions). Jake pushed me and challenged me. We made a lot of progress and I lost 25 pounds in 2 months. I was looking forward to uploading my after pictures but I could not because the challenge was complete in the system. I was trying to upload it on the 25 of September and Bryant told me to wait until the 26 (”the 26 will be exactly 60 days”) not knowing 60 days were already passed. I came on the 26 and that was still a problem to upload the after pictures. Another employee finally caught the problem. He told me that the challenge was supposed to end on the 24 because July and August had 31 days which make senses. All this could have been avoided if I was given the correct information or if my trainer had the correct information too. Their leadership at that location is very rude by not returning calls after they promised to call back. The little information I got was through my trainer. Their communication skills and accountability sucks. I was looking forward to fully participate in the challenge.In conclusion, you are better off accessing just the gym and work out than to buy their services. I will say 90 percent of their personnel are lazy starting from their leadership. You want to get things resolved, go in person not on the phone they will ignore you and not return your call.

This gym is always really clean, staff is friendly and the members are helpful. The locker room is very big and also always clean.There is even plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot, but beware of Libertyville Police, they are out there waiting to catch someone speeding!

My account was frozen for months and finally I had to chance to drive 2,5 hours to cancel my membership because I moved. The problem is that no one can give me correct answers as to how to cancel. They somehow charged me $21 for no reason!!! My account was frozen!!! And I came personally in and cancel my membership!!!! Are you guys trying to take last chance to steal my money? The manager on the phone was also rude! NEVER! NEVER AGAIN!!! BE AWARE OF THIS PLEASE!!!

This is a nice xsport. Its very small, but its maintained nicely. The staff seems nice. 3 stars because when I use to go there, one of the employees named Charles would hit on me all the time and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I guessed the time he started his shift and everyday I went early to avoid him.

My husband and I came in to use a free trial week since we were in town to visit family. When we told the staff that we were only in town for the weekend and wanted to only work out for two days, the worker, who Im told his name is Ryan, told us that in order to use the facility we had to purchase memberships. When we said we didnt want to do that for only two days, he said that he would cancel our accounts the following week. Obviously, we didnt trust that he would remember to cancel our accounts so we called corporate who had us mail in a cancelation letter and as long as it was post marked within the 3 days after opening our accounts we would not be charged the month fee. So I called corporate on June 2nd and now it is June 26 and xsport fitness has taken a total of 80 dollars from my account. Called this location today and the receptionist I spoke to said that the guy, ryan, no longer works at that location and there is no note in our accounts. However, the accounts actually show i owe an additional 40 dollars. When I asked to speak to her manager, avery said there are no managers on the weekend. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she said her supervisor Johnny was on his hour long lunch break. When we called corporate, they arent open on the weekends. I asked told Avery that I wanted her supervisor to call me after his lunch break so I guess we will see if he calls or if I continue to get shafted by this company

I have been a member of XSport for years, and the one issue I seem to have is with the spa services. I used to try to tan or use services from 5-7am, but no one would ever be able to sign me in. I eventually had to start making separate trips to work out and tan. Ever since CoVid and the hour changes, I can barely work out at any XSport. I have a free, 24-hour fitness center in my complex but still choose to support XSport. Today, I went in about 30 min before the gym closed because I was coming from work. I wasn’t even allowed to tan. The employee told me there was someone tanning in the last available bed and would be at least another 8 minutes, so I would have to come back tomorrow. It would have been appropriate for that employee to let me tan a few minutes after closing, if necessary, because I pay for these services and came in 30 min before closing. Perhaps the employee didn’t realize how disrespectful he was, but I don’t see a point in paying for a membership here when I cannot use any of the services I pay for.

I really enjoyed coming to this gym after long days at work to get a good work out in pre-pandemic. The equipment always seemed clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and kind. The group fitness classes were awesome and the best part! There’s a great sense of community in those classes. Unfortunately I’m moving to an area without an XSport, so I had to cancel my membership. However, the staff made it very easy and were super accommodating of my situation. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I dont need much. I see something heavy and I pick it up. Then...I put it back down. I dont use the gym or spin classes or pools/hot tubs, massage therapy, trainers etc. All I want is to have something to pick up and put down again and also use the machines. Sometimes the machines are broken and sometimes it takes a while to get them fixed. My one gripe is that this gym will wait until something spontaneously combusts and melts to the floor before they fix it. So I guess Im saying upkeep is not as good as I wish. That being said, the gym is good enough for me and for the monthly price I cant expect too much.

This post is important if you go to XSport fitness in Libertyville. I just had a terrible experience with the manager there. They are not following proper Covid protocols. The manager refused to give me his name after being extremely rude to me. I’ve already sent an email to their corporate office but they are obviously not open on a Sunday. Normally I would not bash a local business but this place is disgusting and the way I was treated was the rudest, most unprofessional way I have ever been treated by an employee at an establishment that serves our communities. Unfortunately my son likes working out there but I will no longer go unless I receive an apology for the way I was treated and this manager needs to be fired instantly. This place should be shut down by the health department. Go at your own risk! Or go somewhere that treats you better!

I had bad experience with this location. Before lockdown due to Covid-19. I was signed up for freeze my account then Sep’26 it’s charge me full price. I am call back then I got an answer that they can’t find my document and my account never freeze. Plus, the full price charge can not refund!. I don’t think it’s make sense if they charge me during Covid-19 still spread around and high cases. Who want to take this risk by going to gym?. So disappointed and will close my membership.

Like many other people have reviewed this gym as this place is a scam. I signed up THE DAY BEFORE they closed for covid and am still being charged in november of 2020. Was told I cant cancel/get a refund for personal training I never even used and that Id have to send a LETTER to their Corporate office to get it resolved. In 2020. As if it couldnt be handled then and there. Tried calling their customer service line and was waiting 30 minutes before I gave up waiting. Still dont know if Ill just keep getting charged or what but save yourself the migraine and dont go here. It wouldnt even be worth it if you lived across the street, youd be better off driving 30 minutes to some other gym just to avoid their scams

Decent gym but you can never simply sign up. If a person wants to become a member you will be hurdled through a lowball initial price then aggressively upsold at every opportunity until they reveal the hidden fees once you are moments away from signing a contract.

READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!!I want to start off by saying that the gym alone is great, and the personal training team is nice and makes you feel comfortable when just starting out at the gym.HOWEVER, I would like to stress this to EVERYONE thinking about getting a membership that the sales team (at this specific location) promise to waive certain fees/provide a free month of membership in exchange for signing up for their fitness programs (X-IT, Personal Training, etc.). After my friend and I came in on 1/8/2020 to take a look at the location and sign-up for their January Promo ($1 down, + a free month), the Sales Manager came up to us after discussing our contract with a representative, trying to get us to buy personal training sessions. We declined politely a number of times and explained that we did not have finances to sign up for these sessions, and eventually, the Manager let it go. The representative we were originally working with came back to finish up the contract. He began negotiating pricing for a total of FOUR X-IT sessions, we said no, but then he offered to give us a SECOND MONTH FREE and was only charging us $55 for all four sessions. With such an amazing offer, we agreed to the sessions in exchange for another free month (on top of the free month that we were already getting for the January promo). We were, of course, informed that we were to be charged for the first month on 1/15/20 and then the $49 annual fee on 2/15/20.I would like to stress this next part, my friend and I asked him MULTIPLE TIMES to ensure that we heard his offer correctly. Each and every time he said the same thing and assured us that we would be getting a total of TWO MONTHS FOR FREE in exchange for signing up for these X-IT sessions.Now comes 2/15/2020, my friend and I check our bank statements to see that we were charged a total of $89.95 each. The first thing Id like to note is that we were not informed that we had to redeem the points online to receive the free month in February. Although frustrating, we understand now that it is stated in the contract (in small printing of course) that we need to do this online. Secondly, after consulting with a CS Representative over the phone, she informed me that I only had 30 redeemable points loaded onto my account for the free month (30 points = redeemable for a free month membership). I explained to her that this is not correct and that I should have a total of 60 points for the two months I was promised when signing up. She then informed me that this is not stated on my contract and that she cannot honor any verbal contracts I had made in person.We are very frustrated with our experience at XSport, and more specifically with how shady and uninformative the sales representatives are with their customers.Again, I am not discouraging this gym as it is in a great location and the majority of the staff are very nice people, but do not and I repeat DO NOT TRUST that the sales representatives will keep their word. From my experience, they only care about your money - after coming in on 1/23/20 for concern regarding the X-IT program, my friend and I requested to speak to the manager as we had a few questions. The manager (yes, the same sales manager that kept trying to convince us to buy the sessions on the day that we first came in) finally came up to us after waiting for about 10-15 min, he asked us what he could help us with, in which I attempted to explain the reason for us coming in today, he cut me off a few words in trying to sell us personal training sessions. I stopped him mid-sentence and informed him that I had already purchased these services and actually had a question regarding X-IT, and to my (not so much) surprise, he cut me off AGAIN and began informing me about the program and completely disregarded what I was trying to say.If there is anything Id like you all to gain from reading this review:-MAKE SURE THAT ALL OFFERS/DISCOUNTS ARE PRINTED ON THE CONTRACT-And as obvious as it may seem, DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT W/O READING IT FULLY!!

Ive receive good customer service. The equipment is good shape. I believe you get 1 free personal training sessions. I do believe the prices are a tad bit high unless you are will to pay a $150 down.My favorite personal trainer is there Darnell Jones. The SPA has emerging recovery services. I believe the prices are comparable to the area.

Id give a lower star if possible due to random charges and general lack of communication. The sales team is only interested in getting you to sign on with promises of waived fees that arent followed through. Not just minor fees, $50 worth of fees randomly charged after being guaranteed many times it will be waived. In addition to that, asking to freeze an account and realizing the employees dont even know what could qualify for an account being frozen. That just happens to delay me long enough for my account to be charged an extra month when canceling it would have just solved the problem. Seems to be grounds for a lawsuit for all this.

Xsport is a great gym, but this five star review is due to this locations child care. Francys is the main care taker at this facility and she is WONDERFUL! My son wants to go to the gym because of her. She interacts with the kids and always plans activities for them so each time we go its enjoyable for him.

Ill have to change my review later to a higher star rating maybe, but after going to xsport for the first time since they closed, I get charged full price for a gym that is not even half operational. Steam room, sauna, pool, machines, ect. I understand the distance we need between eachother but Atleast charge the customers half of what you are providing. Other then this problem, this gym is among the cleanest and nicest gym I have been in, not like some of the ones located in Arlington heights, Niles, and some City Xsports, there is no competition when it comes to the Libertyville Xsport. 5stars on everything else when its fully operational.

This place is disgusting. I had a regular membership, and was doing my routine training stuff the. Equipment is not that bad, BUT man shower is a FILTHY place. Always smelled like trash can. Water on the floor was always there. Nobody wiped it. You could easily fell on the floor. And the SMELL was horrible. Did I tell you about the smell already? IT WAS BAAAAD!

Came in and cancelled all the way back in July; I filled out the cancellation form and was assured by the associate and that it would be cancelled. When I looked at my statement in November I saw that I had continued to be charged despite canceling in July. I drove 45 minutes to the gym to speak with a manager ( I tried calling the customer service line, but I was hung up TWICE after waiting on hold for an hour the first time and 20 minutes the second time without even talking to anyone) and was told that I would be refunded in full minus the $10 cancellation fee which would come out of my refund. Instead of that happening the cancellation fee was charged to my card, I was never refunded, and they’re still charging me the monthly membership fee . They charged me $10 plus another $35 for the membership. So reconsider going to Xsport as their customer service is terrible.

Me and my girlfriend just started a membership here since we were unhappy with our other 24/7 gym. I saw all these negative reviews before going in, so my expectations were not high. We went in and received a full tour of the facility. Once we sat down with the Manager, Mike, he asked us what we thought of the facility and what we were interested in. We told him we just wanted to be able to use the main facility and that was it. He didnt try to scam us like others have said, he didnt try to up-sell us. He just gave us the outline of what we wanted and then we talked pricing. When he gave us the pricing I was shocked. The month to month cost was the was the same as our other gym, but what you are getting here is a 200% increase. Not to mention the HUGE discount you get here for paying upfront! This was all my first impression so if anything changes I will be sure to talk to Mike first, then update my review if necessary.My suggestion to anyone who is unsure, or is having problems. Go talk to the Manager, Mike.

Everything is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. The only downside is some of the staff; while signing up, they don’t lay out all of the additional charges and fees for the amenities they show you on the “tour” it’s presented as apart of the package. But it’s not 😂

One of the worst experiences of my life, I went to get a regular gym membership, the sales guy at the gym was so insistent that, somehow, he sold me a contract for 40 sessions with a personal trainer for over $2,000. I made a down payment of 25% of the total amount that had to paid just so I could finally be left alone and workout. The contract said that it could be canceled within the first 3 business days, so I went the next day to cancel it . Darnell, the manager that greeted me, agreed to restructure the plan to only the number of sessions equivalent to the down payment that I had already made, so now I only had 10 sessions and I would not have to continue to pay the extra monthly payments. The manager told me that everything was taken care of and I wont see any more monthly charges on my credit card. I believed him because he seemed so friendly, however that was my big mistake because now, almost a month later, I received a second charge to my credit card. I tried to solve the problem directly by speaking with the manager, but I received only lies. First, he told me that the charge wouldn’t get approved as he had already filed the cancellation. Then, when it WAS approved he told me I would get a refund the following Saturday. None of that happened, so I called the customer service number and they told me that the original contract was NEVER cancelled, that it was too late to cancel it, and that I would keep receiving the charges until the full cost of the contract was paid. A horrible experience that I am still trying to fix. So be careful, unless you want to be talked into an expensive contract with an unhelpful and deceitful gym.

The gym itself is great, could be a little more clean but the machines are great! Costumer service is not the best. They promote things they really do not do, in a way they are a scam. if you need anything done they tell you to call their corporate office, which honestly does nothing for you as well. Ive been a member for many years and have watched this facility get a much needed facelift. However, since the facility was redone their maintenance has been severly limited. The don’t seem to want to keep it clean, repair abused lockers, replace lost or missing grips on equipment, fix broken shower heads, repair or replace shower hooks.With a little determination this place could be a a much better place as it’s location is so convenient.

I came here just wondering about membership options and the GM kept pushing personal trainers onto me, making me give him all this information about my weight to make me a “customized” plan, made me take my BMI when I literally just wanted to come work out. I tried to make it obvious I did not want to do any of that, made me super uncomfortable and wasted almost over an hour of my time just for me to come the next day and cancel because I felt so uncomfortable being there. It seemed very pushy and very judgemental. I have already lost over 40 pounds and they made me feel like what I was doing just wasn’t enough because I NEED a trainer. I was there for 10 seconds and felt weird and I would not recommend. I also did not see any sanitizing wipes for the machines and that’s gross.

Just went into the Libertyville location since the gym is open now. The emails state that you should wear a mask when not working out. However, this is not being enforced by anyone. Members are walking in with no face covering, most people arent wearing anything, even between sets/exercises, and even some trainers are not wearing a mask, or keeping it pulled down whole time theyre with a client, or when theyre up at the front desk. Ill stick to home workouts for the time being.

I came in to activate my 7 day guest pass. Finding a gym that is best for me is my goal. The sales rep started out okay. Great handshake, however I am not sure how honest he is. On the the tour, I shared that certain areas where going to work best for me. Later, he attempted to sell me a package. This process was seemed scripted and awkward. After he discovered, I wanted to try out the gym before signing up first. He said the areas, I wanted to use most was unavailable in the 7 day trail. Not sure how true that is. I will investigate and may just go to another gym if that is the case. To top it off, I had to walk around a leak coming from the ceiling into a bucket in the middle of hall from the womens locker room to the pool area.

The gym is great, a lot of machines and other work outs. the staffs are cool, theyre not that bad besides the other staff was kind of trying to force me to get trained since im going to play college football next year at some university school, and getting trained by someone else . but the gym smells in certain areas. studio one has a bad scent and its warm which i dont like, it needs to be nice and cool with a great scent. The basketball court smell horrible, smells like socks and sweat. it has to be nice and clean with a nice scent. in the weight area smells too. please do something about and it needs to be a little more clean. other than that the gym is nice, i dont have any problem with it yet. i might planning to work their for childs play since i need a second job to get extra money to pay for my classes and other things. what are the hours at childs play??? please answer back.

Very nice staff. They always greet you and ask how are you doing when you walk in. Very good fitness classes and spa services. Thursday class by Maribeth is my favorite. It is always different, you never see any monotony. And you are going to feel that workout. Plus, she has good and variety of music to go with each kind of workout even if it is just stretching- she will have a song suited for that and a different song every time.

Worst gym Ive ever been a member of. The price is nice for the equipment, but the service is impossible and Im easy to please. I was there over 2 years and interacted with employees around a total of 10 times for personal training or account questions. Not once did an employee get back to me when they said they would, not once was my personal training appointment scheduled when they said it was, and not once did a manager care. Whats worse, is it had prepaid for a handful of personal training I did not end up taking because someone misquoted me the trainers hours, and when I could make the schedule work they messed up the appointment over and over. I never got a refund. Theyll say anything to make you happy to your face and resolve nothing.Screw this place. Seriously, go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!If a manager sees this, no Im not taking this down. I was vocal trying to get things resolved while I was still a member but as a service to other nice people, Im leaving this here so they know what kind of dirty business theyd be dealing with.

I used to be a member here from 2013-2016 and warn anyone against them. In addition to all the issues with cancelation others have already mentioned, the gym always smelled horrible (I grew up in gyms playing sports so I definitely have something to compare to), the machines were constantly breaking, and the employees were always on their phones. Not to mention the bottles for cleaning the machines and the paper towels were constantly empty so you couldn’t clean the machines after using them even if you wanted to.

This is a perfect example of a business that knows NOTHING about customer service! After bringing guests here multiple times and never needing them to produce any ID, today Al the manager decided that my guest couldnt come in without one. Instead of having us go on in and bring one next time... also known as great customer service, he wouldnt let her in and wasnt very nice about it either. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better club to join.

They have more than everything you need but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It looks a little worn and it is dirty but they have a lot of equipment. Because its 24 hours, they should have a professional cleaning company come in during down times and completely douche the place.

This was originally a 1 star review. I changed it to a 5 star because I feel that XSport management acknowledged my complaint and took action in a timely manner. They did honor the refund I asked for. Thank you XSport Management............................................................................................................................My complaint is not the gym, (the gym is updated and well-kept), but the service and integrity. When I signed up for a membership, I was given a promotion that I will earn enough points to pay for second year membership, if I wanted; or I can put it to other services.Fast forward 11 months later, I move out of the state. In order to cancel my membership, I am told I need to go into the gym in person. Okay fine, I drive an hour and 1/2 do so. When I arrive, they told me their system is down and I need to come back to fill out the paperwork?!?!?!? A week later, I am charged the next year renewal fee???!!!?Firstly, it was their problem their system was down when I came to cancel before my membership expired. Also, looking back, I dont know why they didnt have me fill out the form and process it the next day or so? Secondly, it was not explained to me that my membership would automatically carry over unless I CHOSE to put it toward a second year. Despite not being informed, I believe they should have noted in my file or whatever that I wouldnt be continuing bc I lived out of state. (I did explain all of this to the manager or whomever spoke with me). Thirdly, I tried calling into the main office for week to explain my situation. Completely unresponsive and never returned my calls. So fine, Im left with a bad experience bc I am charged a nenewal fee for THEIR SYSTEM DOWN, which by they way, I did drive another 1 hour 1/2 to come back and sign the form, taking all of 60 seconds to do.Then....1 month later, Im charged a cancellation fee?!?!? I called in and the person who answered the phone verbatim told me, Oh, sorry about that. We sometimes forget to tell people when they sign up that there is a cancellation fee. (?!?!?!?!?!?!?!)XSport needs to do better training when it comes to signing up new members and taking cancellations. I feel nickel and dimed by them. I dont believe it was their intention to do so, but their policies should be explained upfront so we, the customer, can make informed decisions. Also, their ability to follow-thru on a situation like mine (moving out of state) could have be handled better. This can easily be a 5 star review bc really liked the gym and atmosphere!

I tried this gym out for less than 30 days. When cancelling my membership I was told that in order to do the 30 day trial I was supposed to do some kind of addendum. Than I was told I was gonna get charged an additional $10 cancellation fee due to cancelling my membership.After producing the contract I signed online which clearly does not mentions any fees, I was told that the $10 will be waived. This was not true.Yet another shady fee gym.Will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

Clean place, friendly staff. So many things to add on for recovery, scheduled classes and child care. Personal training sessions are awesome with really great trainers! Fun competitions and challenges for everyone. The spa is a must for relaxation; facials, massages, cryotherapy! Ryan is great to talk to for your membership needs, but all of the staff are friendly and approachable. I love being a part of Xsport in Libertyville!

I came to check out the Xsport Gym on Oct 11, 2019 with my wife. We werent sure about getting a membership, so the Manager Ryan and the sales agent (Chase) offered us a discounted rate and the guarantee that we would get a full refund ($99.85*2=$199.70) if we cancelled within the first 30 days. We didnt want to make a decision that day, so Ryan told us that the offer would be valid till Oct 13.We came back on Oct 13 and signed up for the membership. We were given the discounted rate and the 30 day money back guarantee.Anyway, we found a better gym membership deal through our health insurance, so we cancelled our membership within 8 days (Oct 21). The cancellation was handled by Ryan again. He asked us if we could wait (for him to process the cancellation and refund) till Nov 10 so that Chase can get the commission for the membership. He told me he was just looking out for his employees and that we did not need to worry, that he is the Manager and that he will take care of it. We agreed, signed a cancellation form and left our key tags with him. We had only used the gym 4 times and we didnt use any of the complimentary services or the free training session that is allowed for the new members.On Oct 25, I got a text from Chase asking me to come and sign a new membership form. I asked him why since we had already cancelled our membership. He told us that he needed us to do it so that he could get paid and it would not affect our cancellation. He asked me to do it as a favor to him. So I came on Oct 27 (with my wife) and signed new contracts. Chase also told us that our cancellation was already in the system.On Nov 9, I sent a text to Chase asking him to remind Ryan that he is supposed to process our cancellation and refund by Nov 10. Chase texted me back that he does not work at Xsport anymore.I immediately went to Xsport (Nov 9) and asked to meet with Ryan. The employees there said that Ryan wasnt there and he would only be available on Nov 11 (Monday). The employees there also told me that they do not see anything in the system regarding our cancellation or refund.I went to Xsport on Nov 11 and asked to meet Ryan. The employees there kept asking me to sign another cancellation form. I refused as I had already signed a cancellation form on Oct 21. After waiting for about 40 minutes, he came to talk to me. I reminded him about our agreement and that he was supposed to process our cancellation as well as refund us the initial $199.70 amount. He agreed and said that he had cancelled our account and submitted a request for a refund. I asked him for a receipt, but he said they dont have receipts, so he gave me a printout of our refund request. He told us to wait 7-10 days to see it posted on the credit card.Its Dec 10 today, we still havent received any refund. In fact, we were charged an additional $20 ($10*2) on Nov 16, which I assume is for the cancellation.So there you go. I am looking into what my options are in regards to claiming my refund.Update: After posting this review, Xsport customer service got in touch with me and issued a refund.

I really liked the Fitness center at Libertyville, IL. The Fitness center is spacious and has lot of machines to workout. I am very much pleased with my Personal Trainer Jesse Gifford, who helps me in maintaining my physique and fitness. He is really a very good trainer to work with and pleasant person. The second thing to consider here would be the X-IT classes which really helps you to shed your body fat and weight with an affordable group exercises. Overall its a must try fitness center if you are looking for a one.

One of their better locations staff actually seems to care about current members vs most locations who just seem to want new members. Terrible experience. My friend and I wanted to workout and pay for a day pass but one of the employees kept on persuading us to sign up when we had explained to him numerous of times that we we were members at a different gym. Took up to 40m for the employee to stop talking so we had left right away and did not get the chance to workout anymore.

I literally drive 30 minutes to workout here. You can tell the staff thats there really love their job and know what they are talking about.I always feel welcome and the gift shop, spa and protein bar rock ! Shout out to Christian who helped meet all my accommodations. two thumbs way up!
