From start to finish, Union Restoration and Remodeling team was great. Starting with remediation and demolition to pack-out, reconstruction, and pack-back everyone was friendly, considerate, efficient, and detailed. It was great having one company to rely on for all of our needs, rather than having to coordinate multiple contractors through the various phases of work. The office management team were professional, responsive, and wonderful to have in our home, despite the less-than-ideal circumstances.

Very professional and did great work! I needed out bathroom sink torn out and replaced by a new one and so I contacted Mike from Union Restoration and Remodeling who responded and came the very day. After assessing the job, he gave a quote which was very reasonable and promised to come back the following day with his crew for the job. They came as promised, knocked it out and replaced it in a very professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend Union Restoration and Remodeling.

Mike helped us out of a tough situation when we came home from vacation to a wet basement and a ruined floor. He had a crew of six guys there the next day to empty out the basement to prevent our furniture from getting mold and rip out the floors, all for a reasonable price. My basement flooded through a window well. Mike came out that day, when my other calls went unanswered. There was no pressure or urgency to commit which Id gotten from other businesses. He gave me a free estimate which I felt was very fair. Most importantly, he knew what he was doing with water extraction and tried to minimize the tear out by opting to dry first. I am so impressed with the quality of the customer service and work, promptness and desire to help people that is evident in them. Mike is the person who helped me today, and when I had water damage from a roof leak a couple weeks ago. He is the one I will call directly if I ever need any restoration work again, and the one whose name I give to my neighbors when they ask for recommendations.
