The Agent Craig is a terrible agent. I never spoke with him. He doesn’t reach out to his costumers (me) he doesn’t call to go over my plan and make sure I’m in the correct insurance plan. Overall he shouldn’t be in the costumer service business. He’s very unprofessional. The guy Dan who works at the agency is very unprofessional and just make excuses of why Allstate make mistakes. He told me Craig has many clients and he cannot talk to everyone. I never had a conversation with Craig since he took over and Dan just made an excuse for him. I also ask Dan why is my insurance so high. He say he might be able to look into it. This is a poor, poor customer service. I’ve been with this agency close to 10years. It was better when the other agent had the business. Craig is terrible and so is Dan. I wish I can give it no stars .
