Honest, professional and organized. Went to Steve willing to spend 8 grand on a new motor and he talked me out of it. Fixed my truck for 350 bucks. Lasted four more years and is still doing great. I now go to them for all my vehicle repairs. Thanks to them, I don’t see them often.

Steves was great, they were able to get me in with short notice and finished the job quickly and it was perfectly done at a very fair price. This was replacing an underbody splash shied on an Audi A8. Will definitely use Steves again!

I highly recommend Steves. Been using them for years. Love that I can always get an honest deal for exactly what I need done with no pressure to get additional work that may be needed but not mandatory to have done right at that moment. One time I took my car in for what I thought would entail getting my brakes replaced only to be told they were just VERY dusty. Cleaned then up and walked away without a big bill

I am not from Liberty and my van was towed to Steve’s Auto Repair for service work. Needless to say, I was not on their books. They were very punctual, professional, sincere and had me back on the road quickly. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Thank you!

I have been using Steves Auto Repair for quite some time and let me say this clearly. Nobody goes above and beyond like Steve and Kathy to ensure each and every customer is taken care of. Many times, (on short notice) they have always found a way to squeeze me in when needed to get me fixed and back on the road. BEST AUTOMOTIVE SHOP IN TOWN, HANDS DOWN!!! I highly recommend them and will be a life-long customer myself.

This company just left me stranded. They were supposed to leave my keys for me because I couldn’t be there by close, I took an Uber there, no keys. Can’t reach anyone. On top of that they were more expensive than everyone in town. We will never go there again.

I moved to the Liberty area 20 years ago and was then recommended to Steves Auto. I’ve not gone anywhere since. I’ve seen bad reviews on Kathy but can tell you that I’ve not once had any issues with her or Steve. Both folks have been open and honest with me and we always have discussions before any repairs are made. If you need service for your vehicle I highly recommend.

I took my car here for an inspection, needless to say, I was running late from work and called to push my appointment back 30 minutes. They were very accommodating. I arrived and within 5-10 minutes Steve already had my car taken back doing the inspection, very nice people, quick service, would definitely use again!

Very simple. Steves Auto do exactly what they promise. Took my car in for an oil change and brakes. Did the oil without any issue and told me that my brakes did need to be done immediately. Provided me with a more than competitive quote on getting the brakes done eventually but no pressure to do it immediately. Been taking my cars to Steves for the last 4 years and will continue to do so.

I work for a dealership and we started using Steves Auto in April of 2017. Not only do we send lot vehicles that might need to be checked I have had them work on my personal vehicle and we send our local customers to them. I have had them do work on anything from a simple tire, an oil change to a check engine light. They are very friendly, professional and and above all do great work. I HIGHLY recommend Steves. Keep up the great work!!!

Weve been going here for years. Steve rebuilt our 83 F-150 engine at an honest price and the old beaut is running smooth to this day. In a pinch when I had no time, my Jeep wouldnt start so I called the nearest place- Christian Brothers Automotive...and they charged me $400.00 to change the battery inside my key and reset the electronics to work with the fixed key. $400 bucks for a 10 minute job. I will NEVER go anywhere but Steves ever again. I dont care what kind of situation Im in. ONLY STEVES!

Friendly, Professional, and Trustworthy staff. The mechanic who diagnosed my issue not only advised me that I could easily make the repair myself, he gave me some pointers and told me where to buy the parts cheap. This has been my auto shop of choice for years, and will continue to be!

They charged me $35 to look at my car and tell me I needed new tires, which they couldnt help me with. They mentioned more complicated problems with the bolts, etc but said they wouldnt even put a mechanic in it until the tires were replaced. So I drove it myself down to get tires. Long story short? There was nothing wrong with those bolts. A day and a half without a car so I could be told they couldnt help - and I was charged 35? Count me out. I have never been charged for an estimate in any car shop anywhere else in the country. Never again.

If i could give them less than a one star i would, the lady that answers the phone is rude and when i was trying to discuss my bill she hung on me. we had our vehicle towed on recommendation of another shop that we had used. the car sat for days before had a diagnosis, the information was conflicting and i am waiting on paperwork for warranty work. at this point around a week. i got a call and said come and get it. i was told the charge was $75. i asked what was done and the response was, we dont work for free. i get that but i wanted an explanation on what they had done. never got it. 2 days later, my husband picked it up and the charge was $160ish. i just called to find out why the difference, she said the $75 was a check out charge. never heard of such a thing. i think i should be entitled to have a breakdown, never ran a diagnostic on the vehicle, made assuptions to what is wrong and absolutely no customer service. you can treat customers with disrespect and think in this day and age, someone is not going to say something. i will never recommend this place or take any vehicle to them. we like to stay local. lady, u have no idea what i do for a living ir how much business i could have sent to you. never will that happen.

I called today to ask about servicing my vehicle. Kathy, who has no place in customer service, answered the phone. As I asked questions she replied, angrily, that they are no longer doing business with someone I had worked for nearly a year past. Then proceeded to lay the phone down for 5 minutes then hung up on me. I called back immediately after in which Steve, the owner, answered the call and said he wouldnt be able help me. I heard in the background, Kathy saying, that a**hole called right back. Steve may be a local auto mechanic but expect to get talked down to.

For me if you cant figure out the person answering the phone (the lady) needs to be reassigned, its likely the owners doesnt care or doesnt get it. I just called for an estimate and was not impressed. I cant imagine dealing with her if there was an issue.

Im Not driving Ms Daisy, but Im close. Mrs. C is almost 91 doesnt drive far or much anymore. Ex-wives, neighbors, local drive thru Car Wash, Hy-Vee, the Post Office and friends from the 2BC Church take care of all of that.......Except one issue, you guessed it, a good mechanic. Some of you may remember, some not, Full Station Gas stations. That was before emission controls, on board computers higher Tech than sent Neil Armstrong to the Moon. (TRUE). Do I change my oil, put in points, plugs and a condenser and fill it with 93 octane leaded in my Porsche and drive down the Muskogee Turnpike at 119 (below Red line)...NO just dont forget the Good people that took care of you then (except an OHP officer when I had a broken leg) and dont forget the Great ones Now. Trust Steve and his Wife and staff they are the Best. Ps: I had slowed to under a hundred when I saw him, tough one to explain to the Bride why it was cost so much to fix the Porsche.
