This place is charging me 90 $ to diagnose my car when they did nothing. The gentleman that talked to my husband was rude an basically telling us they don’t want the business and trying to tell us our car was not worth the trouble even though it still has not been diagnosed and then also won’t touch it cause we put a newer radio in and had it installed by a professional but they said they won’t touch it but yet I have to pay my 90$ FOR NOTHING! Then tried to tell my husband even if he was going to work on it it would be like 3-5 grand. How can you qote a price if you never diagnosed it!

Annual inspection was completed quickly and professionally. They always treat me right no funny business. Will continue to go there since they are nice people.

I was able to schedule a same-day oil change. They explained everything and were very professional. I would recommend going to them for your car needs.

I had them check out an issue that I was having and they did a quick diagnostic and gave a clean bill of health. I was surprised because like most Car repair shops they didnt find or strongly suggest a long list of other issues. Id recommend them for this kind of honesty. Thanks guys!

I have used Liberty Car Care a couple of times now. I use to have a personal mechanic I knew to work on my vehicles. I did not know who to trust in the world of car repair places. The franchise places (Firestone, Dealerships, etc.) were good quality, but seemed to always push other services or repairs that “needed” to be done - and at cost prohibitive rates. Are they being honest, do I really need these other things done, or is it their job to upswell and make the bill higher. Ive just used Liberty Car Care a 2nd because I was impressed the first time. This time my fix was either a $150 fix or a $2500 fix. Before they told me that I expected a $2500 fix. But they tried the less expensive route and it was good to go. So relieved. They are honest. They explained everything so well to me. I never really have time to write reviews. But I am a business owner, (Mold Experts) I know how valuable good reviews are. This one is genuine. Too wordy, I know. But if you are looking for an honest, high quality place for care repairs, I highly recommend Liberty Care Care.

I called the day before pretty desperate to get my alternator replaced, they fit me in the next day and didn’t try to overcharge me or say things needed to be done that didn’t like many other places I’ve been to. They were all really kind and even showed me what they did (even though I don’t know much about cars, they explained it to me). I will definitely use them again and recommend. Thanks, yall!!

Being a woman, I would definitely recommend Liberty Car Care to any woman (or man of course) for several different reasons.They are fair, honest, and very reasonably priced.I have had to take in my old girl (2006) a few times to get some things taken care of.They have always taken care of the issue quickly and treated me with respect and never at any time did I feel like they were taking advantage of me because of my gender.This last visit my fan motor quit working on one of the warmest days of the year so far. I took it in the next day, received a quote and they started working on it.I called later to check to see if it was done yet and Steve let me know that they found a couple other parts that had gone bad and it was taking a little bit longer than they originally anticipated.I asked how much more it would cost and he said for me, nothing. He said they misdiagnosed it and that it was their fault and I shouldnt pay for their mistake.What other care care place is that honest these days? None that I know of.That definitely sealed the deal with me. I will not take my care to any other place!

We will be recommending Liberty Car Care to all locals that we know! We left our car to diagnose an issue we couldnt pinpoint on our own, and recevied a phone call the following morning explaining the issue clearly and honestly. Unfortunately, our issue was transmission related. Instead of quoting us a price upfront, the mechanics recommended that we (and encouraged us to) take it to a dealer to see if we had any warranty coverage to replace. We are so thankful for this honest opinion as our issue was covered under warranty, saving us thousands of dollars! To top it all off, we were not charged a diagnostic fee. I have never felt more respected or cared for by a mechanic. I finally feel like Ive found someone who I can trust, and we will be returning with any future mechanic needs! Thanks, Liberty Car Care!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. A car dealership told me I needed brakes. They told me I had 20% left on my brake pads in December. In March, I took my truck to Liberty Car Care. They told me I didnt need brakes. They said I had 50% left on my brake pads. An honest car repair service is hard to find. Thank you Liberty Car Care!

Ive had two great experiences with Liberty Car Care and plan to use them for all my needs in the future. Its great to work with a shop that is not only knowledgeable, but genuinely cares about customer service. They are quick to call and inform about the needed repairs, and very quick to get the work done. Most recently I brought my wifes car in for an issue with the ABS system. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in only a few working hours. They didnt push any extra or additional repairs. Glad to have a trustworthy shop so close by!

Picked up a nail in our tire on the way to a baseball game. We are from out of town and werent sure where to go and stumbled upon this place. So glad we did! Everyone was super nice & helpful. We were in and out quickly. Great place!!

The positive takeaway was scheduling. I called Liberty Car Care at 5 PM on a Tuesday, they had me in at 8 AM Wednesday to make the repair.Unfortunately, when the right front was put back on, two of the lugs were cross-threaded and eventually sheared when the lugs were removed for the next tire rotation (per the mechanic at the shop who did the follow-up repair).

Great experience with this group! Went in for a 100k mile check up and they worked with me on things I needed and even highlighted things I didnt. Great care and service!

My car was making a terrible noise when turning right and it wouldnt move for a second or two. The dealer diagnosed the problem being the traction control on both front wheels with a repair cost over $700! This is a 2009 car and not worth a lot. Liberty Car Care found a broken wire and fixed it for $150! They did take me home and picked me up when my car was ready. We treat you like family is what one of them said, and they do. They do everything from wiper bladed to rebuilding an engine, oil changes, etc. I WILL BE BACK! Thank you guys, you are my go to place.

Liberty Car Care did a great job fixing my car. They let me know what would need to be fixed now and what would eventually need to be fixed. I would definitely take my vehicle back again.

So a couple of weeks ago, I was heading out of town and my check engine light came on. Liberty Car Care was OPEN on a Saturday which was amazing and quickly identified the problem. Customer service was top rate and the staff member ensured my kiddos were entertained while we waited.

It is hard to find good and honest people in this world. Especially to trust fixing something you drive on a daily basis. I trust this company with all my vehicles. They make sure you are family by the time you leave. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Ive had a couple experiences with Liberty Car Care in the last couple months and I wont take my van anywhere else now! My 2012 is getting up in miles and would not start consistently. They installed what they thought was the fix and when it wasnt, removed the new part and didnt charge me a penny. Then recommended I take it to a dealership because it was a suspected computer/electrical issue and they were exactly right. Then a month later, same vehicles check engine light came on and the amount I paid was less than the amount they quoted me. They are straight up honest men that just treat you like they want to be treated and thats so hard to find nowadays.

I had recently purchased a pair of tires from another local tire shop in the area due to uneven wear. During the install they rotated my old tires from rear to front and failed to see the significant issue with those tires that Liberty Car Care noticed within 30 seconds of looking at them. The gentleman (I cant remember his name) that was assisting me, explained what the issue was, gave me advice on purchasing another 2 tires. The short time I was in the store I felt welcomed, educated and appreciated as a customer. Need to say I wont ever go back to that other store, ever again. They tried to con me. I took my car there for an inspection. They failed me and told me my control arm needed replaced. They originally told me I need to replace both and it would be $1400. Then they said 700 when I could do it. Then they brought it down to 400. I went and got a second opinion and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.

This place is awsome, I needed some work done to my work truck, every where else was to expensive or wouldnt work with me on payments. I highly recommend Liberty Car Care! I brought my truck here while my husband was gone working out of state. Jeremy explained exactly what needed to be done and didnt treat me like I was a clueless female. They got my truck driving smoothly and the cost was very reasonable. The guys in the shop were friendly, the inside guy was friendly, and the owners wife even offered to give me a ride home since it was going to take a few hours to do my repair! I take my truck back there for anything I need done even just oil changes.

I have never cried tears of joy over auto maintenance before, but today I did. No pressure (I think he said “don’t feel stressed about this at least 3 times), only genuine concern. I had a tire held together by prayer and karma, but we made an arrangement that I could afford to get safe right now. All staff was friendly and professional and Saturday hours are very convenient. They even have toys for the little ones. I was looking for a new shop after my usual spot closed, but my search is over. Hallelujah!

I HIGHLY recommend Liberty Car Care to anyone needing a vehicle repaired. I recently has a new strut, tie rods, and a wheel hub assembly installed on the front of my Ford Fusion about a month ago at another shop. They recommended Liberty Car care for the subsequent alignment. Liberty Car Care aligned my vehicle a day or so later and did a great job, at a price that was very competitive and very fair. Early yesterday I heard a rattling sound coming from the front of my vehicle and was concerned something had come loose or was coming loose. After making the appointment with Liberty Car Care to have it checked for the noise I drove the vehicle again last night after it had been in my garage for several hours and noticed the noise was gone. Just to be on the safe side I kept the appointment and took my vehicle in this morning to have the folks at Liberty Car Care check the front suspension. The guys in the front office both thought, as I did, that it must have been ice frozen to a part of the front suspension. One of the young men went out and inspected the front wheels and told me he saw evidence ice had indeed frozen to one of the front wheels and hub but was now gone. He felt this was what had caused the noise and advised me to drive it for a day or so to see if it returned. Ive driven it all day and the noise is truly gone, so he was right!!! He could easily have pulled my car onto the rack and charged me for an inspection that was really not needed. These folks are not only competent, experienced, professional, and very fairly priced, but MOST importantly....they are upfront, trustworthy, and HONEST!!! How refreshing!! My experience today showed me they know their stuff!! But more importantly it also showed me they wont recommend or do work that is not needed just to make a buck. These are good people!! I HIGHLY recommend Liberty Car Care over any other shop to anyone needing vehicle repair. From now on anytime either of our vehicles needs repair Liberty Car Care is the place Im going!!

My first experience was good n bad. I needed an oil change n a front end alignment. The young man was new but friendly n helpful. They took me home so I could leave the truck but when they came after me somehow they hadnt done the oil change. The manager knew I was going out of town the day and had me return early the next morning. He wouldnt accept payment for what I felt was an honest oversight by the new employee. Going back again for another alignment after new tires installed. Will recommend.

Ive used Hunts twice with friendly service since moving to Liberty BUT, I noticed a charge for servicing/cleaning my battery that was not discussed/asked for at my recent visit (I was getting a leaking valve repaired.) The $20 charge was refunded when I complained and I received a genuine apology, but this seriously affected my trust with his location. I am looking for another automotive place I can trust in the area.

I had my car towed here over the weekend. My wheel, tire, and lower real control were damaged from hitting a curb. The original quote they gave was $1400 because they decided to try and sneak three extra tires on to the bill. I said no. They tacked it down to $1100 and I said it was still unreasonable for such a cheap part. They gave me some nonsense about the parts having to be ordered new because (?). I towed my car else and got the work done for $785. $785+ two tows at $50 each + rental car for three days $129= =$1014. I got all that done for less than the price these scam artists tried to charge me. Terrible, terrible, experience. I do not recommend going here unless you just like wasting your money and being made a fool of.
