Poor customer service for UHaul. Called several times to try and reserve a truck. Always put on hold then asked to leave a message and they would call me back. Once they even said that some one would call me back in a few hours, no call came. I called back and found out none of the reps had come in. Tried back three more times same story. The last time I refused to be put on hold and told the last guy what had happened and was told to just go online or call the 1-800 number. Guess if you need a UHaul don’t bother calling in and talking. Just call UHaul direct.
