My family and I were very pleased with the service and dedication provided by this agency. When we were looking to put our house on the market, COVID was really putting the squeeze on the economy and we were a bit worried. Landon and Janet did a walk through before we decided to hire them and they both said they could help us out. Once we put the house on the market, we received our first offer (much higher than I anticipated) which turned into the sale. There were some repairs we had to do, but that is expected when you sell a house. Landon stuck with us throughout the entire process and helped us knock out the repair addendum as painlessly as possible. We move around quite a bit with my job and I wish that I could hire them when it comes time to sell again. Between their description, the pictures and professional quality video the did of our house, I feel their marketing plan works. They put forth maximum effort and achieve the results you are looking for.

Janet and Landon were top notch in the process of helping us buy a new home. They took the time to educate us through every step of the process, honest, and professional in every aspect, As a result, we ended up in the perfect home for us!! To make it even better, they also represented us in the sale of our home. It was fast, it was again broken down step by step for us so that we understood everything that was going on and why. They even managed to have offers on the table within 3 days of our home going on the market by not only positing photos, but video tours of the house and property. I would highly recommend NextGen Realty whether you are buying, or selling.

My husband and I listed our home with Janet and Landon in February of this year. Very professional from beginning to end, very responsive to text and calls. I had a question for Janet and called her at midnight and she answered! What other real estate agent would do that? None. Have done several real estate transactions in the past and she was by far the best! I wouldn’t recommend any other Realtor in the Lexington area besides Janet and Landon Loper!We purchased land after we sold our home to build, and she was there every step of the way! She even called the County for me when I couldn’t get an answer. Now fast forward 7 months and now we are selling our land. 3rd transaction with Next Gen Real Estate, Highly Recommended!

Can’t say enough about Janet and Landon! Wonderful people!!! I had a difficult situation to maneuver through getting out of a family corporation plus listing a part of the property to sell! Janet was there every step of the way and worked with me for two years (when she didn’t have to) on how to get my property listed! I couldn’t have done it without her.I sold my property recently and thanks to Janet now live in my dream home with a pool and lake access!! Highly recommend this company, professional and treats you like family.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Janet was the seller’s agent in my recent home buying experience. From my perspective I do not feel Janet worked in the best interest of her sellers. On several occasions she did not submit paperwork in a timely manner. She stated it was “time stamped” but the documents were not in the emails like she said. Maybe it ignorance of how to work her documentation site/email or sheer negligence, I will let you decide! On several occasions we ask Janet to send us a response to the formal repair addendum, we did not receive a response to this document until the day before closing! We caught Janet in several lies! She stated the repairs we’re complete on the home, stated the roof had been placed, and stated she sent the documents. The roof was not repaired when she said but nearly 2 weeks after! The re-inspection showed the repair were not done! We received the repair invoices the day before closing which showed that the majority of the repairs were done completed until after the re-inspection was done! The biggest problem I found with Janet is the arrogance and lack of accountability. The majority of her responses are very back handed. When we request the re-inspections for a specific repair to provide proof of repair/changes with a photo her response was that it is unnecessary and that we are challenging the reputation of a reputable company. I would not recommend Janet Loper to my worst enemy to represent my home buying or selling. I feel Janet is not a ethical representation of the realtor realm!

Janet and Landon always have the best interests of the people they are representing even after you close on a property. They pay attention to the small details in things you may not think of and relay all of that information to you. for example my wife called Janet one night at 8pm asking a couple questions on a lot that had just sold a few lots down from us and within 45 mins Janet called back with all the answers and more info in regards to that sale. Both Landon and Janet are very professional and I would highly recommend.

The most proffesional real estate company on planet earth! The videos alone literally sold our home site unseen. But, that was expected considering the quality of the videos. They give a true sense of what the home is. Landon was very attentive to our needs and always responded in a timely fashion. Nextgen is the example of what client centric is all about. Old:I recently purchased a home from this Real Estate to find out that the contractor didnt do his job underneath the house and to also find out that the month that I purchased he was no longer a licensed contractor. After speaking with several parties involved I was told that I had to take care of all repairs on my own because they cant get incontact with the contractor or make him come to finish the job. Im a first time home buyer and the broker in charge did nothing to assist with her bad deal, she spoke down on me and has been ignoring phone calls from my agent. If you want to be forgotten about and your money taken shop around with them.Update after review: After making this review Mrs. Loper contacted me asap to find out what was the issue. She was very eager to find out what she could do to help and hunny she came through, after speaking with her for 2 plus hours she managed to get the contractor over to the house to complete the job ASAP. Now Im a happy First Time Home Owner!!
